The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in England

My daughter and elderly mother go into have breakfast once a week after shopping, I join them when I can. A lady named Sue is amazing with my mum who doesn't understand the self service machine and will take her order at the till where other staff members have rolled their eyes and pointed for her to use the machines. Sue goes above and beyond in actually remembering orders the next week and checking to see if we are okay. We had to go on Saturday this week, no Sue and no customer care, not even a smile. Sue really does love her job and represents Morrisons to the highest level and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I look forward to seeing Sue again this week.

Really slow service. The 3 staff were more concerned with gossiping and laughing with each other than serving customers. Coffee was good when it did eventually arrive. There are many alternatives for a coffee in Huntingdon.

Sunday visit to Chesterfield market area, fancied a coffee We purchased a Mocha, Latte, and Cappuccino, 3 cinnamon buns and soft drink, Strangely sitting in we got paper cups, ( that smelled fusty) All buns served on cardboard trays? Mine was warm and soggy There’s was still cold? Drink was boiling Redhot and tasted horrible, Embarrassingly I handed it back to the counter on leaving with 2 other left hot drinks Total waste of money! ( she never questioned why we left all our drinks) Left and went to Caffe’ Nero

Was my first time in England and really wanted a coffee I don’t usually drink another drinks because I have lactose intolerance in S. Korea don’t usually have free lactose milk so that is why thinking in that I ordered Americano with extra 2shots (5 total) but I couldn’t even taste the coffee was just like water with dark color so I add extra 2 shots and finally it tasted as coffee 😂 and the cookie super dry… as barista this is an insult 😤😂

Went to cafe after doing shopping with my partner and his mum. Bought 2 turkey baguette. Dont buy. They covered the whole lot in gravy. The baguette was soggy wet. You even get a little gravy boat , what for I do not no. They should not put gravy on it if they give you a gravy boat full of gravy. Shame really, as it did look nice on the picture behind the counter. Got covered in gravy. Never again.

Honestly worst coffee I’ve ever had they made it wrong initially but putting any coffee in my frap even though it said clearly on the side then when I got the new one it tasted disgusting! The store was also empty so not due to a rush !

Ran out of breakfasts the sausages good the service is slow got a dirty cup and the Coca Cola machine is out of order all the time maybe might come back

Want here after my swim 1150 am but was told they were too busy to to food and not cooking says it all really young staff not enough of them can't cope

Terrible customer service, not sure if our server was hating being at work ...total bad attitude to me and my friend. Ignored at point of service by talking away and turning her head away from us as we gave our order.After placing our order ,, told "go over there " so abrupt .. only saving grace of our visit, was the food was really nice for a potato ..

Good visit to this food outlet set up as a pub. We needed to have a small bite to eat before our long haul flight to Bangkok. We found they did small plates so had lamb kofta and tandoori chicken- lovely- found the staff were so friendly even though it was busy. 10 out of for their service and smiles. I know it’s Heathrow but it was a lovely experience and well worth a visit if you’re using Terminal 2. The rest of the menu looked good as well.

I wish I could say the café had improved at all since my last negative experience (and review) in December last year, but it has not. The menu is still limited with chronic stock control issues, service chaotic and half-hearted at best, and overpriced (who on earth expects to pay over £9 for a cold sandwich and a tiny handful of crisps and salad at a garden centre?!) Today I ordered a cake, a hot chocolate, and a sandwich. In the queue behind me was a family of four who each had a cold sandwich and a pot of tea - a much larger order, as well as being placed after mine. The server didn't listen to my order properly, and only put through the sandwich - itself a surprising £9.75. I was not given a receipt, and given the price I assumed my full order had been taken. That one cold food item - a mere third of my order - took over 20 minutes to arrive, after the family of four behind me in the queue had been served, finished, and left! When I pointed out that most of my order was missing, I just got a surly response from the server that it was all that was on the receipt, and if I wanted more I could place another order - no apology for his mistake, the extraordinary amount of time it took to bring up even the one bit of the order he remembered, or anything. The whole experience quite spoiled what had up to that point been an enjoyable and successful shopping trip. The only saving grace was that the manager promptly refunded me following this experience, but the café seems to have gone really downhill in the last 12 months - I can only assume it must have recently changed management.

Came across such a lazy and rude member of staff. She definitely needs some lessons in customer service! So so unhelpful. Avoid this place!!

I go there frequently one meber if staf intertain him self with very loud music noise all araund as sport center is play its own music and his bad attitude his place of work is hung araund the till.and flickering his phone

Stopped in for a drink with a friend on a Sunday afternoon. As soon as we walked in the lady behind the bar shouted at us across the pub to get out as we apparently weren’t old enough (both 24 years old). Friend went straight to the toilet as I was walking to the bar to speak to the lady and explain that I was 24 years old and showed her my ID. Once proving we were both old enough to have a lemonade in a pub on a Sunday afternoon, no apology from staff for the rudeness. Then was told my friend wasn’t allowed to use the toilet until we had bought drinks (even though we had gone there to get a drink). Will not be returning here again.
