Sunday visit to Chesterfield market area, fancied a coffee We purchased a Mocha, Latte, and Cappuccino, 3 cinnamon buns and soft drink, Strangely sitting in we got paper cups, ( that smelled fusty) All buns served on cardboard trays? Mine was warm and soggy There’s was still cold? Drink was boiling Redhot and tasted horrible, Embarrassingly I handed it back to the counter on leaving with 2 other left hot drinks Total waste of money! ( she never questioned why we left all our drinks) Left and went to Caffe’ Nero

Been visiting cawa Chesterfield for several months to meet with and have drinks with friends. The staff are friendly and coffee is decent enough . The atmosphere could do with improving somewhat, the easy chairs need changing as they are very low and worn out.

I asked for a cheese and ham sandwich to which I was told they only had croissants and no bread .I then ordered a cheese and ham croissant, the lady behind the counter couldn't understand mutch of what I was asking.when my food came to the table,I was presented with a cheese and fish finger croissant not what I ordered.i had about half and wasn't impressed,so we went to MacDonalds feeling very disappointed, and it costing over £11

I am reluctant to leave a negative review but I have tried contacting Cawa Coffee via two avenues and they haven’t acknowledged my comments. When I visited with my friend I had a full loyalty card and I was told in a fairly unpleasant way that they don’t do that anymore and refused to honour my complete card for a free drink. We were given our drinks and cake in disposable cups and cartons which I felt spoilt our experience of visiting a coffee shop for a treat. Don’t get me wrong, the coffee and cake were nice. But on the whole it wasn’t a good visit and the customer service is non existent.

We always go every week. And have done for some time. But the cake portions have become pitiful and for the money it’s quite disgusting the size of cake you get now. It’s frozen cake and it used to be a good size and nice for a treat. The staff aren’t always that friendly and if you ask for your drink extra hot. It’s hit or miss whether this happens So because of this I feel the need to review the cafe as we are now going elsewhere where and it’s a shame because we like it in there. The staff say the portion sizes of the cake are pre cut when it comes. (Frozen) but I’ve been going here for years and I know that they’ve made them smaller and the prices higher.

Andy and the lads provided a great lunch and a very warm welcome. I would recommend 'posh beans on toast'.

We visited Willow Springs cafe and soft play regularly prior to lockdown, and this was our first visit since they re-opened. The new outdoor play area is a breath of fresh air for families desperate to let their kids get back to normal - a clean, safe space for children to play whilst parents can enjoy a drink at the spaced tables. Staff were really friendly and we had a great time. Will definitely be returning!

Called for a coffee, no please or thank you from either of the people working in there! Have they not heard of customer service, somebody needs to teach them some manners, my 2 year old grandson has better manners, give it a miss here😡
