THE BEST STARBUCKS IN LEEDS DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Owen made me feel an angel and the crew made me the best Starbucks I’ve ever had! Really recommend! So good! The girls are fabulous too!

I visited this Starbucks with my wife and 2 kids. When I entered my wife sat down as I ordered the 2 coffees at the till to take away. I ordered and paid for them and one of the other staff members who was the barista decided to walk from behind the counter and begin to give a customers dog attention. After touching and giving the dog some attention she then came back to behind the counter rinsed her hands under water for around 2 seconds (not washing using soap) I then politely asked her if she would wash her hands before she made our coffees and her responses was, I just have. My reply was you haven’t washed your hands you have rinsed them. She then she began to get a little high rated and said that she wouldn’t serve me, which I was happy about. So I got a refund and left and decided to go elsewhere. I do have the member of staffs name and will passing on to the correct department. I love dogs but hygiene is a must.

Turned up Sunday morning as the store opened to find all the chairs still on tables, no food in the fridges and the staff clearly not wanting to be there. When I asked for a bacon sandwich it felt like I had asked for the earth. At this point I was about to walk out as the attitude of the staff was just appalling. However I decided after the monumental effort for the requested bacon sandwich that I would have a coffee as well. I will not grace the visit with a "money well spent" because it really wasn't, it costs nothing to say good morning, or to have good customer service we were the first customers of the day I hope those after us were made to feel a bit more welcome.

Found staff were very slow and didnt understand what Gluten Free meant, offering me a Vegan Wrap!! Took the girl at the counter nearly 15 minutes to check on an ipad if there was anything GF on offer but there was nothing. The shelves were almost empty and this was a Sat morning. The cafe is dull and dreary and not very welcoming at all. Left with nothing!

This used to be my go to Starbucks for completing my university work. However after getting my phone stolen by a man a couple of days ago, Starbucks have promised to send over the cctv footage countless times but have not! Really bad for a business who seems to care about the customer. I’ve also noticed some of the staff seem to be rude. Do not visit this Starbucks absolutely appalling service.

Hardly anyone in, 3 behind the counter & had to wait to be served at the til (no-one in front of me!) Took an ages to get my take out box chocolate that was barely warm!

Having called in to the cafe around 1600hrs on 26th October, my wife & I went to the counter for a coffee and cake each. The quality of the cakes was poor and really not tempting enough to purchase. Instead we ended up with a packet of almond biscuits that were wrapped. At this point I was beginning to have reservations as the empty tables near the counter had not been cleaned and had various used cups/plates etc left on them. As by this time we had ordered the coffee we noticed there was room at the far end of the cafe and so I went to look for a table. As in the other part of the cafe, all the vacant tables had dirty cup/plates and food debris left on them. The floor was not clean either, as it had numerous used serviettes strand all over. Not wishing to stand to drink our coffee (being both over 60) I found the cleanest table and cleaned it myself before my wife arrived with the coffees. During the next 15 mins or so while we drank our coffee, No-one came and cleaned any of the dirty tables and other customers had to shuffle dirty cups etc from table to table. The standards are certainly not good enough for my wife and I and we would have thought that Starbuck would have more pride in the quality of their establishments. From my perspective it is the scruffiest cafe that I have had the misfortune to eat in and wish we had gone into Browns next door. We did enjoy the coffee at the time but both wondered if the cups had been cleaned better than the premises?

you can never go wrong with a starbucks the staff are helpful and friendly the coffee is very good the upstairs seating is always welcomed after a big walk around Leeds shopping too

We called here yesterday for a coffee and a cookie whilst waiting to go to the City Hall. Service was slow - maybe as there only appeared to be two staff on at the time. I had to try and clean the table myself with a napkin. The unisex toilet was dirty and the floor swimming in water, plus the lock was broken. The place was also surprisingly grubby looking in general and not in keeping with Starbucks branches we have previously visited over the years. Not somewhere I would ever want to go back to sadly.

Called in just after 11 for a coffee - after placing the order it took over 10 minutes to get my drink and I was only 3rd in the queue No apologies for the wait - no interaction of any kind. Pretty poor really

This Starbucks was dirty and the toilets were particularly disgusting. Also it took ages to get our drinks. Would not recommend.

Went for a coffee with my husband on Thursday, the staff were very friendly, but both our drinks had caramel added which I didn't ask for (gross) the staff did change them without any fuss but they shouldn't get two drinks wrong in the first place.

We don't have a Starbucks in our local town so normally use Costa. We had breakfast in Starbucks on a recent visit and were very impressed with the quality of the fruit toast, beats Costa hands down!

Thornton'sアーケードの入口にあります。日本のスターバックスとは、少し雰囲気が違って、歴史ある喫茶店という感じで 非常に雰囲気がいいです。コーヒーも美味しかったです。

Called in for a morning tea. Having ordered we found out that the toilet was not working. We were told that the alternative was in Nando’s but that wasn’t open yet. So no toilet facilities, I fairly sure that isn’t even legal! The tea was served in an enormous pot, a most uncomfortable receptacle to drink from and at £2.20 not the cheapest of cups of tea either.
