This is bad. I've made 2 orders and each time things were missing. First time I didn't complain because it was just a box of sea salt and I figured it must have fallen in the driver's car (the bag was not knotted for some reason), but this time it's 2 important items. I think it's time I give another shop a try.

Ordered 5 tubs of chocolate for Christmas presents for the teachers and 2 didn’t arrive I told the delivery driver and he said they only give me this and he said complain to just eats on the app overall it is a disgrace and I won’t be ordering again.

The second chance they have had and still my order shows up missing multiple items. Still had to go to the actual shop to get what was needed.

Ordered at 16:21 was told estimated delivery time was approximately 17:15-17:45 and turned up at 19:30 ( joke and will not be using this service again)

the reason for the low quality rating is because so many of the items I had ordered were missing from the delivery. Very frustrating and expensive as I will have to pay for another delivery which I resent having paid for one already.

I've always come here with my babies / children and always been happy. The staff are fantastic at handing things when it's busy. Always friendly and never seem to forget anything! The kids mel for £1 is obviously amazing value and the chips are so good!

Missing two Items and was not told and no subsitution provided. Delivery driver didn't greet himself as Justeat when he ring the flat telecom and just wanted me to come downstairs and as a delivery service i expect it to be delivered to the door and not just the entrance of a flat. it's the whole point of delivery!. Customer service from both end client and delievery services should do better. Delivery was within time frame, however customer service needed.

I am trying to tell you as well as the eggs being damaged the bay leaves are missing I have paid for these items and a 10% service charge as well which is just not good enough please deliver 2 new eggs and my bay leaves and I will hand back to your driver the damaged eggs as I can’t give these to little children
