Went here after watching a movie for tea with friend. The cafe interior looks a bit worn and could do with refreshing. Tea came but no milk, spoons or sugar, had to ask for milk and spoon. My Tea was nice but my friend’s chai latte was lukewarm and sadly she didn’t enjoy it. The thing that bothered us though was they have no soap in their toilet. When I asked if they could put some out, it took 3 staff members to discuss it before one of them advised the dispenser was broken. I suggested they go buy a pack from the Poundland next door. They just shrugged their shoulders and said “it might get stolen”! Come on guys, you are an eating establishment and your staff use that loo and then prepare food for customers!! It is unhygienic! Please invest in some soap!!

We ordered avo on toast - one of which was gluten free. A large portion of 2 rounds of bread with avo on came, and they had gf bread. The avo on toast was good. We had ordered an additional hash brown, but we didn't really need it as there was a lot to eat, and the hash brown was a little soggy, rather than crispy. The coffee - a (very)large latte, was excellent and very good value for money. Staff were helpful. Cafe was warm and I felt safe and comfortable there.

The worst food I’ve ever had! Chicken was slimy. Kitchen was filthy. This place should be in business! The staff were so rude. Refused to listen or offer a refund. They shouted and we were told to get out when we told them. Disgusted with this kind of behaviour. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Great for breakfast, but leave your coat on and keep an eye on your phone. Really nice cooked breakfast and decent coffee, but sadly it's freezing inside and you have to watch out for street people begging or stealing. I was in here recently when a girl had her phone stolen from her table. The staff don't do enough to keep them out. It must be difficult for the busy team to manage, but they have to try and make the place feel safer, and warmer!

OK the pluses -convienent location -decent hot chocolate -variety of pastries The minuses -dismal service -poor maintenance of facilities (surely its part of Esquires Sop's to have a toilet maintenance rota as with other coffee shops) -high turnover of staff -expensive (for comparison can go to wenzels across the road and get a hot chocolate for 2.20 vs 2.60 for small HC here) Come on guys.. Shepherds bush deserves better!

Spacious cafe, sometimes a little loud, but ambience is otherwise OK and service is fine. Quality of food and coffee is average, but it's conveniently located and it's a great people watching spot for Shepherd's Bush.

We went for the “Full English breakfast “ advertised on the sign outside the shop. After a 20 minute wait, we were served a pathetic, lukewarm, microwaved meal. They should remove cooked items from their menu and stick to pastries. Truly awful.

What I like about this coffee place is that it is always a bit different. Depending on the day and time what you order might not always be the same as last time. Nice, relaxing feel and the staff is very welcoming and lets you do your thing whilst sipping your drink or eating your treat. They now have fresh Granola bars more often which I much prefer to the ones before! My regular to go place before or after my workout routine :)

Every few days I was buying my coffee there. Price was a bit expensive but latte was pretty good. One day I decided to go for a green tea. I was charged £3.05 (for paper cup with hot water and a tea bag!) - more expensive than coffee. Not coming back again, this was a rip off. I found cheaper coffee shop with much lower prices and same product quality on the other side of the street (don’t remebber yhe name though)

I always come here prior to seeing QPR play but the staff do not seem focused on the customer. I had to repeat my order a number of times with I think the manager trying to train new staff as well. The loyalty card I used was no longer accepted with no explanation and my blueberry muffin was a bit dry, coffee good though. Come on, get this place going again.

went in to coffee shop sat 6th January 2018 in afternoon about 1500 hrs to meet my friend. went to counter to order there seemed to be a long Que/wait asked young lady if there was a toilet they were polite at least.The toilet needed a thorough clean as it may not have been checked for a while. the service was slow the gentleman who served had a damaged hand/arm so could have done with some extra help. Hence the Que and slow customer service. The prices for a simple earl grey tea came to an expensive £3.10. To boot there may not have been enough or no provision for gluten free food. i travel to London area (L HR) every day from the west Berkshire area and even great western charge me at most for a reasonable size cup £2.10 for earl grey tea. The coffee house is not even in a westfield location, it is in an ordinary 1980s shopping mall where you would not expect to be ripped off, even my friend paid the best part of £5 or more, for a latte and a muffin. The coffee house was not very full, so service could have been better. I was there for for long enough to notice that the toilet needed housekeeping etc!!! general ambience and welcome needs improving this small chain needs to up their game !!! if they want customers through their the doors!!!! so in short Improve or lose out!!!

No hot food, plenty to choose from but the microwave is broken. Coffee served in a paper take-away cup Slow service even though very few customers.

Called in to the cafe today. Haven't been there for ages.They used to have lovely staff,good coffee and it was usually very busy.Today it was almost empty,I think there was one person sitting down and no queue. At least 3 staff and a man were crowded around the counter looking a an ipad type device.I waited patiently for several minutes but was completely ignored.One of the woman(wearing outdoor clothes) ran behind the counter and started berating the other one while typing on this ipad device.I continued to wait expecting someone to say "Sorry we will be with you in a minute" or "Can we help you?" They all continued to ignore me for several more minutes. Eventually I said"Is anyone serving?" and one of the three women (all were wearing glasses)looked at me as if I was a piece of dirt on her shoe and asked what I wanted.I told her that I was not impressed with their customer service and that they could at least apologise for the wait.She started arguing and said that the one who had gone behind the counter was a customer and she was dealing with her.I asked where I could give feedback and she said "complain about me if you like.I don't care"At this point I decided to take my custom elsewhere and advise other to do likewise until customer service improves.

We stopped for coffee at this coffee shop to escape the rain. Its a fairly standard small chain coffee shop with a good selection of coffee, tea etc.
