The best Costa ever - clean, organised, fantastic service and lovely staff. This review is based on several visits and is a consistent review as opposed to a one off! It is always a pleasure going there unlike so many other cafes in London 😀

Costa needs to address the leering men in front of the shop. They are harassing women walking by.

I had to use a mask to be able to use the toilet. I think this was the dirtiest toilet i have ever been in . The smell was .. making me sick

The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming, the staff are very helpful, and the coffee is amazing! I was a customer at another cafe in town that was not as good as this one.

I had a feeling of this shop being franchise. During the week the current staff are okay, but the weekend staff a step before being rude.

Absolutely disgusting. I paid £5 for a "ham & cheese panini which was like rock hard cardboard. Not worth it.

First expression. First time make an order in this shop for delivery, and the shop was cancelled it without reason, and nobody explained why. nobody contact about. The customer service very poor. This situation bothers me.

Coffee taste not great, muffins dry, not good value for money.

Compared to other branches the coffee tastes below average in this particular Costa. Stock clearly isn't date checked, when purchasing coffee pods I was given boxes of pods expiring on the day. This wasn't the first occasion they sold pods nearing their expiry and in the middle of the month I didn't mind this as I used them up in a few days. When I asked the lady behind the till to swap the pods with a box that has a longer expiry date the other staff member rolled her eyes and grimaced. The small independent coffee shops on Churchfield Road provide much higher standards of customer service alongside better tasting coffee. If you're in two minds where to go for your caffeine fix I'd highly recommend visiting one of them instead of Costa.

Lovely friendly staff & quick service

Always ordered from this Costa Coffee from Just Eat or UberEats. Had perfect, first-class experience until recently where my girlfriend keeps getting milk lattes rather than oat lattes. It's really frustrating for her as she has a dairy allergy so has to throw this away each time this happens. It has only started happening in the last two weeks, so may be a recent hire. Please can you continue to write 'o' on the cup for oat latte like you used to. This will prevent people from being worried about having a reaction to your drinks.

The staff was nice and friendly. The toilet was neglected. No toilet paper and the soap dispenser was broken. It's unacceptable nowadays to wash hands with water only. Good side is spacious indoors and outdoors seating are available. Generally can recommend

Covid safety is very very poor. They still have the same number of tables packed into the space and social distancing is impossible.

One of the tables was broken so the 3£ coffee I just bought and places there fell all over me. They cleaned the floor and didn't offer me a new one. I've seen many times in Starbucks replacing a fallen order even when it's your fault which was not the case.

Is all good except that every single day the same group of men sit outside all day until closing, not once in over a year have I been able to sit outside and enjoy my coffee and smoke, yes I know smoking is bad for you etc etc was once a rare chair going outside last year, I sat and was made to feel uncomfortable. Please make them move if finished, as seems only one in the group has coffee ALWAYS. Hope you will do something about this.

Coffee ok not as good as other Costa venues. The toilets were disgusting.

Not bad cofee, but can be expensive.

Chai latte and flat white coffees were lovely and delicious. The toilets were atrocious and after my partner's visit in there, being told to not bother is disappointing because the team should be doing regular checks.

The service isnt great hear the staff seem to always be over whelmed even though on some occasions i have counted 6 staff, i love the tosties hear and the mac n cheese but to be honest the service kinda puts me off coming unless im desperate.

It is really disgusting place to take your coffee in as too much mosquitos and insects which can fall down in your coffee especially next to the bin..I am a regular customer her in acton Costa but now I will not come back again as it is unhealthy and negative food hygiene..Thanks

Good coffee as you would expect from Costa although sometimes it's a struggle to find seating as it's practically busy all day Lovely location and outdoor seating for you smokers/vapers

I was in this cafe again after a year. Nothing has changed. Still very rude, frustrated employees. Who make fun of paying customers. This was the last time in these and other shops of cafe costa!

Very pleasant Costa with nice staff and plenty of seating. Never too busy. The only reason for not giving it 5-stars is that it's nothing very special (like the very nice Costa in South Ealing) just a standard but nice-enough Costa. Still the best place for a coffee on West Ealing Broadway.

Coffee is good, but cake selection is always poor.

It's a busy site and a reasonable Costa spot. There are some charge points around walls if you need to work. Toilets are code access and kept in reasonable condition by staff. Family and work friendly.

Nice and friendly team, and the best is the tables out where you can enjoy the urban buzz on the Acton High Street

Good Coffee and food selections like toasted sandwiches etc. Mostly busy and can be hard to find a good seat. Charge points at the window bench and some wall sofa's. Toilet is coded so ask for reciept at till. if you get a seat near the street side its perfect for watching the street life in motion.

I just never liked their coffee, way too pale. And tastes like boiled water.

The price is definitely not worth the service two people behind the till were serving a que of 14 people service was appalling.
