Good customer service and great food and drinks

I met rude customer service yesterday in West Ealing they were chating each other with another language and laughing when I'm waiting 20min my hot chocolate. they make my hot chocolate but they didn’t give me after 20min she give me it was cold no apologies nothing it was the First time I meet bad customer service in my retired life..

When we went it was empty but suddenly it started to pack up. Staff really nice humble attentive and quick service.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, recommended for a quick meal.

Coffe was cold , I told them to change it they didn't.

This particular branch has employed rude staff that are judgemental , irrational and poorly trained bullying a mother and child and calling the police on autistic a child and degrading/humiliating his mother is disgusting and needs serious investigating . Staff that behave in such a way should not be employed elsehwere.

Do NOT go here. They kicked out a mother because her child was autistic. Shame shame shame on Costa!

I've heard from a trusted friend that the cafe has shown discriminative behavior from the staff working there. Police attended, and found that the issue was an autistic 3 years old boy.. I'm proceeding to uninstall the Costa app and will never put a step in. Adios.

It's the worse Costa my sister and nephew got abused by two staff because my nephew was bit loud even my sister apologise for the noise and it was polish lady and Indian guy so rude and impolite brand my nephew as naughty child and my sister keep reminding them about his special needs but refused to care or have any empathy not only that they called police on her my sister was left intimidated and horrified.there is no adjustment made for my special need nephew this would count as discrimination under the Equality Act.

Terrible establishment. Kicked a fanily out because a child was stimming, massively breaking the disability act. Will never step foot in the place again.

Absolutely shocking customer service ! I have been coming to to cafe for longtime due to work calls and meeting , but what I had witness today was complete shock , a mother and her son ( I think her son may have had additional needs prob age 3 max ) was escorted by police because the store manager had banned the mother and son due to disruptive behave ! He’s 3! I could hear the mother explain to the police her son is only 3 why would they call the police . The poor lady looked so shocked and embarrassed! I am very disappointed with the store Manger Alexander for such bad action towards this family it was very uncalled for ! Will defo not b returning there again ! Disgraceful behaviour , a person with disability has the right to be respected! Stay away !!!!!

So brilliant to have seen a rapid improvement. Wonderful service, please clean, staff friendly, large restaurant/ cafee shop beautifully decorated. Please see the pictures. Toilets large, clean. Well done, if I may say so !!

Clean and nice. Some tables was not. But they was a bit busy today

On entering the store the barista shouted at me to close the door and then I had to repeat my order to three different staff. How many costa coffee Baristas does it take to pack and charge for a croissant? Apparently three.

Costa you’ve really let me down. I jumped up to get ready and get to your West Ealing store before 7pm (as noted online as your closing time) to arrive at 5pm and be told everything is switched off!! This was the most infuriating experience to date 2022. Sort your selves out of I’ll be migrating to #starbucks #costa #wasteofspace #dontbother

First time in this Costa place in West Ealing and the service was spot on.

I am a regular costumer, but this Costa made me upset. I asked for the toilet code and they gave me a wrong code. I went back and asked one of the staff and she refused to tell me, and she then walking and open the toilet door for me . Hello Costa I have bought 2 coffee that day and I wasn’t there only for pee.!!!

I love this costa, it’s nice cozy and clean, very polite, nice and efficient waiters, usually have place to seat and it’s not too loud, what else you can ask for?

WiFi, friendly, hardworking staff and reliably well made drinks. But It's very limited in providing main sockets for charging; it only has four when it's able to seat approximately 60 people. That is poor by anybody's book.

Nice one to have a quick stop. Grab a coffee or a cold drink and carry on. Nice staff.

Coffee ( well thats what I asked for) tasted terrible bitter and honestly tasted like they had scrapped the bottom of used tray. This is not just this store various costas over the years in Hammersmith, Ealing, and Kensington,and used to get a nice coffee Think it's time to change coffee supplier's.

Really disappointed with the coffee. The company has changed their plant milks from Alpro barista to an extremely CHEAP VERSION, which tastes disgusting and loaded with sugar and all the other bad stuff. Was a lover of Soya Latte, i have stopped visiting Costa, i am sure there are a lot of people who gave noticed the cheaper variety. Important point to add regarding this Ealing Broadway branch is that they never fill your cup often 3,/4 filled only or sometimes less then 3/4 another way to cheat their customers, when one pays £2.95 for a coffee one eould expect to receive a full cup. Would the company like if the customers decide to pay less, because they are not getting what they pay for. This has been happening for years at this branch, at times i have taken a takeaway only to realize afterwards my cup was half full. This chesp tactic must be stopped by this particular franchise. I have often complained others have to but we get fobbed off by rude staff.

The coffee here is consistently very good and it is simply down to the baristas. They simply nail it each time. On my way to work this is my must go coffee stop for my favourite caramel Cortado. Well done to all the staff who are so welcoming too.

Really nice place good location.... shame it led down by moody staff specially the doughier one I think is the store manager I'm sorry I have to say she's disgusting she need to smile more and maybe wash her shirts

It was fine. I went a bit late and probably the staff who helped me was tired. Still helpful when I returned to ask if she could add some hot water in my hot chocolate. The place looked tidy.

Good morning Igo to costa in west ealing There is a work called Danielle And I was a lot of rude and also coffee not like two days ago And the last week, my friends and I came, the coffee was different from the order, the tables were dirty,If I go to any Costa and make a mistake, the workers are sorry The problem is not when you skip the problem when you insist on a mistake and it is rude with the customers Thanks

Just like any other Costa. Could maybe do with re-decorating.

The staff and menu is great but if your going to do some work don’t bother unless you have your own data. They have two internet connections and only allow customers to use the one that has no internet connection. Save your time money & effort stay at home. Unless you fancy a coffee it’s not worth it especially if you’ve got deadlines.

It has Good coffee and a few new drinks for the festive season. It has good food too. And the service is brilliant.

Nice place with seating, and love the strong coffee and new blend americano, staff was smiley , so that always helps, and place is clean, if i'm around the area again will def go back.

Staff were laughing about what I called one of the drinks and we stood for at least 2 minutes while I tried to figure out what they call it (I used a pretty generic and obvious name), thought it was a bit weird they found it funny instead of being helpful. Not a particularly clean place either.

Lovely place with nice service. Unfortunately, there are no vegan panini, sandwiches or cakes in this particular store. For the past 7 days the only time I found anything I could eat was Monday and it was a vegan ham sandwich, which didn't look appealing, so I ended up getting a Latte.

Always smiling and nice people working there. No fuss and simple way to have your coffee there.

Nutty granola back on, cavernous place, attentative staff obsessive table clearing.

They have changed the Interior inside costa west Ealing. Looks better. Nice ope space and feels very homie! Also was warm and always busy. Has a nice selection of coffees and food and desserts. Lovely staff always friend and always clean. The only down side is the toilets can be cleaner. Very spacious and comfortable!

One of the best located Costa outlet right at the corner of one of the entrances of The Broadway Shopping Mall. The service is great with quality product in spite of the crowd that throng to this Coffee Shop.

The WORST Costa I have ever been too. I was given a cold latte, when I went complain it's cold the Costa employee said in a rude tone it's not cold. Instead of making me a fresh coffee she just heated up my latte in the cup. I only have one coffee daily and really look forward to it. Thank you Costa Hanwell for ruining it for me.

The management team are passionate about delivering great customer service. Pro’s - Lovely atmosphere Community environment Coffee better here then other store’s I’m sure it’s because of the person making the coffee and not down to the machine. Cons Public use the space to complete personal work and not buy coffee , this can be annoying as the plug sockets are in use and the tables are taken up for hours. The store should keep an eye on people taking advantage of free WiFi access and free electricity. The store is very busy, the team need to get quicker at cleaning the tables.

Today I was in Costa in West Ealing the behaviour of the 2 staff was not professional. Throw strip of paper cups at each other. Pretending to smash a cup over the other. Instead of cleaning tables. Customers eating food bought elsewhere n only asked for tap water. Spending more time speaking to "know customer" and making it special...whatever that means. Banter has its place...customer service...etc When I asked for the manager...was told he left at 1pm. Asked who was in charge...it was one of the two I had been watching. NO MANAGER EXPLAINS EVERYTHING BUT WHY WASNT THEIR A SUITABLE PERSON? However...both have skills as I initially watched them work together in harmony...fast place...was really great to watch. Then insulting each other. Sitting down and throwing strips of cups to each other... I think someone needs to remind these two that people have eyes n they are the face of costa...if I was the owner that is not how I wasnt my staff to behave in public with my logo on their shirts. PROFESSIONALISM PEOPLE. IT WILL CARRY YOU TO BETTER WORKING FUTURE. HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR ROLE.

Always very friendly staff and a nice, cosy atmosphere which beats the nearby Starbucks by a mile.

Bit more quiet than others. I often take my client there for a coffee, as I'm a social worker and he enjoys getting out and enjoying Lunch there with a coffee, Tea or a Fruit drink.

Awful Awful awful!! From the dirty glass on the front door to the slack service and disgusting bathrooms. Here is what I experienced. I wanted breakfast told the girl behind the bar that I needed the bathroom first she kindly issued me with a passcode. I don’t know how many attempts I made to get into both toilets but it was impossible. I went back a third time to tell them I could not get in. Now bear in mind there are three girls working behind the counter one was told to go help me she looked hacked off scowling as she slovenly opened the door and gave it a shove. ( it’s just after 9am ) the bathroom had paper all over the floor and a massive amount sticking out of the bowl, a rancid, disgusting smell and what looked like urine on the floor. The stench was so overpowering I called her back telling her I simply could not go in there. She looked even more annoyed as she opened the only other available toilet. I pushed it open there is a huge mop inside the toilet bowl and the floor is just as filthy as the last one. I call her back she really is annoyed now ‘what is it’ she hisses. I show her the mop in the toilet bowl she shrugs her shoulders throws her arms in the air. Walks away saying ‘I can’t do anything we are busy’. Granted there was a line of customers 5 people to be exact. And three staff. But this is not what you expect. The place did not even look or feel clean. Needless to say I left and went to Starbucks clean friendly professional ....... Final thoughts .......you really do get what you pay for.

Always liked this place but recently they got new barista and she looks very intense. Didn't find her welcome at all.

Is a Costa Coffee, so all expected as of any Costa Coffee. Needs a bit freshening up the interior. Especially the toilets need an upgrade.
