Went in this morning ordered coffee & a breakfast roll. The Smell upon opening was disgusting. As you can see this roll had barely any filling & looked awful. When I returned the food the staff were rude said it’s not there problem.

I used the drive thru service at Starbucks yesterday to be greeted with unfriendly staff whom I found very rude, the card machine wasn’t sanitised after use. My drink was awful, watery with no taste. Unfortunately don’t think I will be coming back here again, poor service and drink quality.

I used to go to this place almost everyday on the way through to work. There is one particular lady who works there always smiling and great customer service and is very professional. Ever since she's been off the workers There are very rude and never ending getting my orders mixed up. You go through the drive thru and very unprofessional approach on the microphone. Once you go to pay they look very miserable and give off this horrible vibe they never smile and very unprofessional. If I ran this particular store I would change the staff immediatel. Nothing is worse then going somewhere and no one wants to be at there work place.

Terrible. Rude staff and the drinks are watery and bitter- definitely made wrong. They have also made the wrong drinks order on several occasions.

Love Starbucks...! But this store seriously needs to look at the management staff here .!!! Never open on time always so unhappy on the intercom. They needs a manger like Ian from the new Tongham drive through. And it’s now 8 o’clock am and still not open when the website says 7.30 am and open 👎🏼

We headed into the drive through this morning. The intercom was broken (not staff's fault obviously) but the queue was quite long. Got to the window. they didn't have 2 of the things we wanted in. Got 2 cheese toasties that was basically slightly heated bread stuck together with cheese. Both toasties has stuck to the top of the packaging it came in so just ripped away as you opened. Also not even cut in half so we ended up covered in grease trying to rip it into pieces to share. What a shame

I pass this drive thru everyday, to be greeted by the most amazing, friendly staff ! They really do make my morning coffee a pleasure, however I do feel whoever is in management needs to consider how they run this place and/or treat their staff . For eg during the heatwave we had in August the staff didn’t have air on or fans where a lot of the serving part of the store is in direct sunlight . Currently the speaker that u announce your order whilst driving through is not working and the staff have been given NO indication when it will be repaired, which is creating unhappy customers, who take this out on the staff !!!!! Whoever management is , look after your amazing staff if you don’t want to loose them ! It’s disgusting!!!

After lockdown, it was a delight to have a starbucks coffee again. While the queues were long for the opening weekend, it was not too long of a wait. The staff were friendly and efficient, espically the young girl on till who was very good regarding social distancing and hygiene, and brightened our day. We will certaintly return- we felt very safe using the drive thru in the current climate.

We have visited here a few times, each time the service has been hit and miss, sometimes it is great, other times the order that I placed at the voice board, whatever you call it, has been lost and I have had to order again from scratch at the window. The coffee has always been good and they have been friendly with great service but it can be slow at times.

We went here for our Xmas team meeting. Really relaxed atmosphere and good coffee and toasted sandwiches selection. Not very busy when we was there so perfect timing for us! If you’re going up this way and want a stop off break then definitely recommend it.

Very convenient, you get the typical Starbuck experience. Very comfortable seating and usually fairly quiet, so no long queues. A word of warning though, be very careful when getting back onto the A3, the traffic is usually very fast. We have seen a couple of accidents at this spot.

This is a relatively new site for Starbucks, this branch has no sign on the A3 so you could miss it, if you cross the M25 junction travelling towards London it's on the left next to a derelict hotel. There is a drive through and loads of parking for cars and long Van's. Not HGV. A good place for sales reps to meet. Coffee is good too!!

The lady in the till wasn't very nice. After telling us they run out of pasta and chicken, she gets upset because we didn't think in a second option straight away and took us an extra minute to order an alternative. We just ate here because it was already late for the kids, we assume the food is not great but at least we expect a good service to compensate the quality. And btw, how can they run out of anything being a supermarket?????

Lovely traditional pub but with the added bonus of fabulous Turkish kebab served in the garden. What a fabulous surprise that this hidden gem was tucked away at the back there.

Exceptional Service with a Warm Smile. I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Tilly at The Bear in Esher, and I just had to share my wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm smile and friendly attitude. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations and checking in just the right amount—attentive but never intrusive. What truly stood out was her genuine kindness and the way she made our meal feel special. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but truly enjoys making others feel at home. Tilly, thank you for your amazing service! You made our visit so much more enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be back because of you. If you ever visit The Bear in Esher, I highly recommend asking for Tilly — she’s a gem!
