Pobre. Big que. 15 minutos de espera para el rollo de salchicha. Solo medio desayuno disponible. Pobre mantente alejado, ordenado. Terrible👎👎👎

If you want to wait 20 min to be served with only one person on cash tills then this is your place. It’s adequately staffed. But they choose not to run the tills and leave one may be 2 people to serve.

Nice Greggs in the centre of town. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The food is good and as expected. The drinks are nice too. Seating available inside but not much.

Lots of ham, generally found in the seats, as this is a hog eat hog village. Bland and blond, like the food, and nothing ever adds up, like the news here, but the photos make everything look palatable. Don’t ever come in, in hot weather, as the gym shorts, as aromatic as the fare, will divert your attention, like a train wreck, involving circus freaks and large artic sea mammals, which I think the blubbery thing on my plate once was. A dimplely, cross-eyed crowd quite comfortable with goopy-eyed servers.

I went into the Stourbridge greggs, I think there should be one working on the till and the others prepare the food. The lad who served me took the money for my order then started to mess with food, he didn’t even wash his hands after messing with money. All the staff in there takes your money then prepare your food and they do NOT even wash there hands, they should wear disposable gloves when handling food, Also there was not any food and hygiene certificates on display. THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO WASH THEIR HANDS

Don't get me wrong the staff at this branch are always great.....but when I opened my Ham & Egg sandwich everyone in the office actually laughed out loud.

Cold food they they won’t heat up .. asked for a slice of pizza which was in a hot cabinet. When they gave it me it was obviously cold .. I asked for it to be warmed up as I was wanting to eat it before visiting as I had rushed to the hospital. I was told they are not allowed to heat it up .. I had already paid via Apple Pay to ended up taking it home.. what’s the point ..?? It’s a captive market selling sub standard food... I did however have a nice latte but that was out of a machine so didn’t involve much staff input ... thank god !!! My tip of the day ?? Eat elsewhere... anywhere... or better still starve yourself .. if you usually like Greggs you could probably do with saving on the calories anyway !!’ Why put a Greggs inside a hospital ??? Generating customers for the diabetic clinic !!!

My family and I went to Greggs to buy lunch, we went to the Mander Centre Wolverhampton Gregg's. There were 2 staff working, a black girl and young blonde girl and a mature brunette. We were served by 'Sharon', the attitude on her, my daughter couldn't decide what doughnut she wanted, Sharon huffed and puffed and pulled a face. My daughter is 5, when she finally decided; Sharon commented "Thank God for that!"...REALLY! you are there to serve not give snidy comments. I won't be going to that branch again. Disgusting attitude.

Thought I'd had or found the worst places in Wolverhampton to find bad coffee and cake but this if far worse . When I ask for a large Latte I expect to get one ,could of quite easily fit in a standard takeaway cup and a lot of froth on top of it and why aren't you using full fat milk , I don't want semi Skimmed milk I want a creamy milky coffee not water as for the cakes, thanks for using your fingers to pick it up great hygiene. The cake was given to a homeless chap of which I'm sure he didn't mind who's fingers were all over it . I was . Won't be back oh and do something about all the OAP's who want to take up all the seats with shopping bags for hours on end ..bad coffee, bad hygiene , bad experience. Glad the staff are happy ..

Literally popped in to grab a drink, ended up asking about the Gregnut (that needs to come back asap by the way). The assistant manager Mark hooked me up with the new praline doughnut to try. Completely took me by surprise and has made my day! It's worked a treat too, because you know I'm coming back!

Stopped here on lunch had a cheese baguette and a cappuccino. Served by a friendly face. I opted to pay the extra 30p and I ate in by the glass frontage and did some people watching where I tried to spot someone who didn't look like they had aids.

Oh my days I've never experienced such an awful mess in a cafe before and none of the staff were interested in doing anything about it. Visited Saturday late afternoon and literally every table and also the floor were covered in dirty plates and cups, crisp wrappers etc. I ate in the cafe and in the whole time I was there eating and drinking, not one customer entered the cafe to be served and not one member of staff came from behind the counter to attempt to clear the carnage!! I was going to say something as I left the establishment but I couldn't even see any staff!! I don't usually frequent Greggs but after watching the TV series I thought I would give it a try and I was disgusted and definitely won't be visiting again. Head office should give it a visit. It would be ashamed.

30/12/24, afternoon. Found one of the servers extremely rude: went there to ask a small query and was met with a sardonic, cantankerous waiter that could have answered my question with a yes or no. He didn’t give me the option to use the services but from this encounter, it put me off wanting to even be there. The cafe was pretty much empty, barring two people. Have always wanted to try there but now have no plan ever to. Would not recommend, even to sit down or ask queries.

Visited with my friend who lives locally. I had the set meal (£17.95) for 3 courses. Pate, cod fillet (on a bed lots of veg/potatoes). My friend had the mushrooms on toast to start along with a vegetarian burger. We each finished our meal with sponge pudding and custard. The food was SUPERB. Generous portions and very well presented! In the last few years I have driven from Birmingham. We love Tha Spring Hill because the food, ambience of the pub along with service is consistently superb, value for money and worth every mile and penny. Question: Why can't other pubs and restaurants take a leaf out of Spring Hill's book? I don't know it all, however I do know good food when I taste it. I will also say when food and service is over priced and poor. This is certainly not the case here. Very well done indeed to all if the staff at Spring Hill! As Arnie said 'I'll be back!'
