What a dive in all areas.Withdrawing the one star!

Heard about the Friday fish and chips.we called in and must say that they were some of the best fish and chips I have ever had and better still only £3:95. My friends couldn't believe that was the cost. Definitely be going back

I can't exactly say anything good or bad about the food as we didn't get to eat there, even thought I booked on their on-line booking system for a table of 3 for my mother in laws Birthday meal, we arrived at 14.30 table was booked for 15.00, there was about 7 customers no one at the bar and it still took about 5 mins for someone to come to see us, eventually a lady came and asked us what we would like to drink I told her we have booked a table for 3 people we was told they have stopped serving food for the day even though they still had the board outside saying what food they was serving, so I showed the lady my booking confirmation on my phone her response was there's nothing in her diary ( obviously they'd forgot to put in in ) can't believe they had stopped serving food at 2.30 in the afternoon. No wonder the place was virtually empty if they treat the paying the way we was treated 😡

Stopped in for a couple of pints of stout. Very busy Friday evening. Beer seems good and place is fine. Seems really popular.

Went to cafe 105 when I visited Stourbridge with friends , never been there before and will not go again, The tea was not nice , tasted like the cheapest that they could give you. I had beans on toast , a very simple meal to make you would think . Who ever made it only toasted the one side and the toasted side was barely toasted , it was more like beans on bread. My friend's son who has special needs had a full English and complained that the bacon was only just about cooked. He was annoyed about both our meals and complained to the waitress about my meal , she just splayed out her hands as if to say what do you expect me to do. His mom later asked for more butter the same waitress who was on her way to a table with a plate in her hand leaned into our table to hear what my friend wanted and the plate she was holding came about 3/4 inches away from my face , I think if she had hit me with it she she would not have been that bothered. We were not the only people there who were unhappy with our food , we saw another lady take her food back spending quite a while complaining. This cafe had quite a lot of good reviews so I was very surprised to get such bad service and food that I could not eat or drink anything there and had to go looking elsewhere after leaving the cafe

I come to this Starbucks a few times a week as a pit stop on my early morning run. It’s the only coffee shop open at this time. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and make good coffee. Some of them even remember my order each time. It’s always clean. Nice music playing making for a good atmosphere. Shame that the outdoor seating has been packed away as people do like to sit outside, wrapped up warm with a hot drink but hopefully it’ll be back. I can’t comment on the food as there no options for coeliac but I don’t come for the food so it doesn’t bother me. Keep up the good work!

Kieran and Liam were very attentive they’re were on it the whole nice so nice Atmosphere wow amazing never seen anything like it !!!! Crazy

Lovely friendly staff unfortunately it was to cold in there for my 89yr old mom, we couldn't escape the air conditioning

my order was wrong, sub wasn't toasted or double meat like I payed for and the cheese type was wrong. I was also missing a bottled drink and the sides I ordered, one was right and the other was wrong.

Whilst in store after ordering 2 iced coffee’s we were handed our drinks without lids. My partner very politely asked if we could have lids for our drinks and the member of staff very rudely replied ‘if we had lids I would’ve put one on’. Being an assistant manager in retail I would be appalled if I heard any of my staff speaking to a customer like this.

I was staying in The Feathers across the road. £7.50 a pint there made me cross the road to The Bull. No one behind the bar. Eventually a customer offered to look for the barman who was chatting outside apparently. Another few minutes passed before I gave up and started to walk out. A random woman carrying a baby insistined on serving me while still holding the child but was rescued half way through pouring a Guinness by the barman. After 20 minutes the background music was replaced with a comedy sing-along accompanied by a ‘local’ whistling loudly and out of tune, I left.

Bought a feather pillow and the feathers keep coming out and scratching my face ,I took it back and was told , because I had bought it longer than 30 days ,they couldn't do anything.it wasn't cheap £30 and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I will be contacting trading standards .

Never been before, Lovely atmosphere, landlady and bar staff were so friendly and welcoming made us feel like we had been going there for years.... Will 100% be back with the family as the outside space is fantastic, lots of space for the kids to have fun. Landlady also said have lots of events running on different days and nights... Thank you for a great night
