My veggie patty on salad was frizzing and I had one portion cheese and herb bite but they send me a nachos cheese bite and they don’t melted my cheese on my sandwich

A Truly Unpleasant Experience – Avoid This Subway Branch I recently visited this Subway branch, and I can confidently say it was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The moment I stepped inside, I was hit with an unbearable wall of heat. It was 18 degrees outside—mild and comfortable—but inside, it felt like a sauna. There was no ventilation, no air conditioning, and no respite from the oppressive temperature, making it an incredibly unpleasant place to eat. Despite the stifling heat, the food itself was only lukewarm—not hot, not cold, just an unappetizing in-between that made me question how long it had been sitting out. Given how warm the store was, you’d expect piping-hot food, but somehow, they managed to serve a sandwich that felt stale and unappealing. The staff, unfortunately, did little to improve the experience. Communication was dismal—they repeatedly asked the same questions I had already answered, making the entire ordering process frustrating and needlessly drawn out. It was clear there was a lack of attention and professionalism, which only added to the disappointment. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting this Subway branch. Between the unbearable temperature, the poorly prepared food, and the lackluster customer service, it’s simply not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other places to grab a sandwich—any of them would likely be a better choice than this.

Order a 6inch meal deal and a foot long sub- only sent a 6inch with a bottle of Fanta

Driver stayed in the vehicle because it was raining and I had to walk all the way to the main street

my order was wrong, sub wasn't toasted or double meat like I payed for and the cheese type was wrong. I was also missing a bottled drink and the sides I ordered, one was right and the other was wrong.

Forgot to put sauce on sandwiches, and the bread was really dry!

Nothing to write home about. There was less than half a box full of salad. Two hash browns which I paid extra for and all in all disappointment .

i ordered double meat which i did not get , and left a not to hold the jalapenos which went unheeded also.

The sandwiches were smaller than 6 inch, more like 4 inch. The steak cheese melt had barely any contents in it. Very poorly presented, bread feels old and hard. I never seen a subway like this!

Unfortunately the poached egg is not the same as before and it does not look as advertised as this is what made it tasty and delicious… please bring it back…..

Great place for breakfast or lunch or dinner! Prices are pretty good and the staff are really kind and helpful looks newly renovated so it looks quite nice although not halal the veggie breakfast is fantastic would recommend if not Muslim as not halal

Food was ordered at 9.50am and arrived at 11.10am... cold and chewy

I'm 5 minutes away from the restaurant, the delivery driver drove in the opposite direction for 15 minutes - the food arrived almost half an hour late, and stone cold - don't have the means to warm it up, so £20 waisted - want to know what the driver was doing, and how I get my money back...

no egg, wrong drink even though I was told. No replacement offered. Cold food and driver never got out of the car, I had to go to him

My overall experience at Subway locations across Birmingham has been good. But today's visit was exceptional. I took my daughter with complex special needs into the Hagley Road location and was pleasantly impressed by the customer service provided by their employee Sehaj Singh. He was extremely kind, patient and respectful not only to me but also my daughter. He allowed her as much time as she needed to place her independently and I cannot put in words how much this meant to me and my daughter. I usually avoid going into restaurants to order because the staff are impatient and seemingly annoyed by my daughters slow requests. That was not the case today and his kindness has been the highlight of our day. He has raised the bar for customer service and although I thanked him repeatedly, he humbly responded that he was just doing his job. I do agree, but he was doing his job exceptionally well and I want everyone who reads this post to commend him for it. Thank you again Sehaj. We will see you again soon.

Absolutely terrible. The guy making my sandwich felt the breads then gave me the most stale one. You can taste how old the bread is. Also they tried to put 2 tomatoes slices 3 strands of onion on a footlong. I'm paying £7.50 for a stale sandwich with very MINIMAL ingredients. That's was my first subway in 5 years because it was the same back then... Closing the book on subway forever. They was once a nice place to eat but have been taken over by idiots.

Food was not even wrapped up was all over the bag wedges was cold and delivery driver sat in his car and phoned told me come out and get it like he not ment come to the door not happy at all foods horrible

Hash brown were all soggy, the cheese bites were all squashed and smashed up and cold and the Margherita slice had no filling on the slice!! garlic slice was hard and cold...... the plant base steak had not much filling and again cold. had bread for lunch!!

Really are some lazy and or stupid people in this world , put in a just eat order missing most the stuff we ordered the morons that work here couldn’t even be bothered to toast the sandwiches or put the sauce on them also ordered cheese bites that where frozen can understand why ur stuck making sandwiches and u couldn’t even do that even a simple thing like putting dips in was far too hard , think u belong on universal credit not going to lie 😂😂😂

Amazing you can't leave zero stars. Ordered food to be delivered at 6pm. Good hadn't arrived at 6.25 so called restaurant only for them to tell me it had been delivered, then they hung the phone up on me. A minute later the driver arrived and delivered the food. We ordered a spicy Italian with no salad, a tuna salad box with double tuna and nachos with cheese. What we got was a spicy Italian full of salad, stone cold nachos with no cheese and a ice cream cone of salad and Tuna in the box..... appalling. Called the restaurant whose staff was very rude asking me what did I want after explains the food order for them to tell me they would collect the food and replace it with the same food. When I explained I didn't want the same food as I'd already had delivered they said that's up to you and hung up......beware

I ordered three sub's, one turned up completely wrong. I called to ask if they could deliver the right order to which they said they was to busy. I then asked for a refund on the one sub too which again they said they was too busy to put through and then hung up on me. Terrible customer services.

Ive been there plenty times but honestly sometimes been served in nice and nasty way. Last time was on this Saturday morning and lady(I think her name was Kay,couldn't remember or maybe kayley)has made my sandwich very good. She was patience and listen to my concerns and made it perfect. Thumbs up for her. But I do rememeber another time, another lady served me in nasty way. Even Ive paid the full price but her treats were like I asked for free food...I can remember her face, since then whenever she's there I didn't go and won't. Anyway I'm still wondering shall I stop going there or keep going. Just because of last service, I've gave 5starts
