Went in to get drinks service was really quick and staff were friendly

Air conditioning was way too cold. We asked to turn it down. They didn’t. Drinks were cold total waste of 9.70. It’s not good enough

Dirtiest prep area ever come across and stick tables. Not what is expected. Oh and no ketchup for bacon buttie. Poor show

Went there several times to get a good cup of coffee, but they always make worst drinks. Ordered choclate hazelnut cap. And what they gave me was water. When asked they said its not watery😂😂 well, I had worked in starbucks myself and thats not how you offer coffee to clients. Steaming was not done well, no foam on a cappuccino. Plus the croissont was cold.Work on your coffee making skills rather than wasting time on lashes and makeup. Hire a coffee master if you can do so starbucks.

Ish is amazing. His customer service was brilliant and definitely an asset to the company!!! I wish more people were like him!!

Matt and Sabrina were fantastic! Matt made me the best coffee and I was really happy with the great service I received. Sabrina was also lovely! Fantastic service as always, will be back.

The delivery driver just pocketed the drinks and i have wait a few days for Justeat to even acknowledge this. absolutely pathetic. wish i could give 0 stars. 0/10

How can you wait 25 mins for 1 drink. Be told multiple times it’s in the queue. When you finally say - come on 20 people have had their drinks after me?? They don’t know what you ordered. When you tell them - they still make it wrong. Embarrassment

Great location, facing the square, but bad coffee, we had latte which is so bland, and cold.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

I went there 2 days ago in the evening. The female staff whom I approached was rude and didn't have the right attitude to listen to the customer's problem. The guy who prepared the frappe was polite and helpful.

Not too bad really..its Starbucks so you know pretty well what you'll get..not cheap but I've been railroaded into steeper coffee shops

I did not receive this order at all, i was waiting over 2 hours for it and did not receive it even thought it says it was delivered, that is not true. I would like a full refund

Phenomenal, Matt and Nicolas both deserve promotions, they went above and beyond and were funny and bubbly before 9am! Would love to come back, can’t thank them enough! X

It's a Starbucks that serves cake and a wide range of hot drinks. It's a typical chain with the standard high prices for what they offer. Generally pop in once a week for a coffee and a chat with friends, but the place does get noisy and it's very hard to have a conversation without shouting over the general noise. Plenty of customers in there that use the free WiFi and are working, seating can be an issues when busy, it's a bit tight for space. Overall it's OK if you need a Starbucks drink, plenty of other cafes and drinks places around. Staff are friendly and helpful, although it does feel short staffed a lot of the time. Worth a visit.

Love Starbucks coffee from Broadgate. Even when they get it wrong which is not often, they make it right whenever possible. Staff are polite, friendly, considerate and patient.

I was very desperate to get to the toilet the door was open was refused entry before I had the chance to ask the manager of the day jay. Henceforth I will not be returning to the premises again and I was a £100 a week customer

The food they serve is stale and they cheat you on purchases. I was charged double the amount for 2 croissants. Wouldn't recommend this outlet.

It’s in a great location, nice and clean place for drinking a coffee and chilling with friends, in busy time maybe you struggle with finding a place to sit, I recommend to used Starbucks App to using rewards and free drinks ☕️.

I been going here for a very long time and i am always greeted well by the staff and especially Jay, who makes my day. I never have any problems with the coffee or the food. Unfortunately it is a very busy cafe as it’s located in the city centre so if you are after a faster place for coffee i do suggest others in the area. Overall a very friendly place to catch up with friends or family.

Had bought a mobile order and was sat doing some work, didn’t have the exact order that I had ordered on the app but I understand and it was okay. Then needed the toilet however you need a number which is on the receipt. Unfortunately because I had ordered through the mobile app they refused to let me go to the toilet and publicly announced it to the room. I was so embarrassed that I left. It was a younger man with tattoos, who repeatedly embarrassed me I won’t ever be coming to this starbucks was a horrible experience.

Ordered a hot chocolate and a green tea lemonade with some muffins and a wrap. First issue was the hot chocolate was cold and both of the drinks tasted like it had some kind of soap or dishwashing liquid in it. I approached the barista and stated my issue. He immediately said sorry and remade the drinks but however as i said it tasted like chemicals and soap he turned to his other barista and started calling me names and laugh. (I cant remember the names of them but both of them were tall, girl had long black hair) I was utterly disgusted by the behavior and attitude of the staff! However the new drinks were rather horrible than the previous ones! And the hot chocolate cup had mocha all over the outer side of the cup. Threw both of the drinks in to the bin after taking a sip. Miss the old starbucks staff and its service!

It was okay.. but I think they forgot to put coffee in the drink? So I basically had almond milk and ice 🤦🏼‍♀️

delivery time time kept getting pushed back and after 2 hours said it had been delivered but it wasn't and I still haven't got a refund a week later

I have been to this Starbucks probably more than 40 times now because I love Starbucks and I go to university in Coventry but I can say wholeheartedly that this is consistently the worst Starbucks I have been to. If you get a drink with syrup in it, it will always be almost completely flavourless. Just hot milk. If you get coffee, it's not uncommon for it to be burnt. I have never had these issues consistently at any other Starbucks. I could forgive every so often getting a bland or overbrewed drink but it is 9/10 times a massive disappointment. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back after first getting a mocha with extra pumps of mocha that tasted like almost nothing and then later getting a hazelnut crunch hot chocolate that genuinely was indistinguishable from plain milk. I am just so disappointed and unsatisfied almost every time I order from here.

Unfortunately, bad Service . On 5/9/2023 I came with my daughter to this shop. I ordered two drinks. They brought my daughter’s order but I did not receive my order. I waited more than 20 minutes. I asked the staff about my order. They said you can only wait. I later found out that they made one order and neglected the second order. They made me wait 30 minutes because of their indifference. So, I don't like going to this shop again.

It has a nice seating area after refurbishment but I ordered a clotted cream cold brew and they gave me a iced latte thing. I don’t know what happened.

I hope that they take numbers instead of names as they normally get it wrong even after they asked you to spell it out , then the girl who prepared the order say it wrong as well because it was wrong for the start . Why do not you do take just numbers it is much easier !

Ok Harry made Java without mocha and chips but quickly corrected his mistake. Friendly service - nice atmosphere- at the end perfect drinks

Since it has had a revamp the service is a lot slower and the staff get the orders wrong constantly, the place is usually too busy and not enough staff to cope with demand also the new layout has less seating and if you need the toilet you have to ask for a key

I asked for almond milk and got normal milk so that bummed me a bit. It's a really good starbucks to work on your laptop and one where you can sit outside if you qant to smoke or enjoy the sun

After getting refurbished, Starbucks Fairfax has just gone into a downward spiral. I don’t see the point of advertising the use of the Starbucks app for mobile orders if my transactions are being left at the end of the queue, needing a prompt instead! I thought yesterday was a one-off but it happened again today. Ordered few minutes before arriving in store but a few orders after arriving, had their orders made first instead before mine. And you also need one of the baristas to unlock the toilets with a key now before you can use the loo? Just outrageous!

Nice seating inside and out. However for my coffee costing £4.20 I would expect my order to be correct. I paid extra for cream and oat milk and got neither. Extremely busy inside so I guess mistakes can happen. Friendly staff. Toilets however had no paper and were dirty. Maybe I should stick to Costa...

Amazing service! I ordered for accident hot latte instead of ice one and I asked for a cup with ice. Emilie offered to redo my order and made an amazing ice latte. I really recommend this Starbucks! Thank you again Emilie 🫶🏻

Considering it’s Coventry this is the best Starbucks I’ve been too, young lad and lady served me this morning and was so lovely! The guy was very funny and good with customers and the girl was very quick and worked well as a team. She also put a love heart with the foam which I’ve never seen Starbucks staff do before as it’s supposed to be fast, even with the coffee pattern it was still the fastest service.

I don’t usually leave a review, but after my experience with it he staff today I had to! The Tuesday morning crew were so incredibly kind, and pleasantly sociable! They were very attentive and took extra care with adding a personal touch to my experience as a customer. As a manager and a barista myself, I truly appreciate the staff who were on! I wish I caught their names because they deserve a name drop, particularly the two guys who were working. They were amazing even when the queue was long, and they don’t waste any time making the drink, so you won’t be waiting long, even if you get food! I hope everyone gets the same experience! Thank you so much, especially for my shaken iced coffee thing at the end (lol it’s a mouthful to order though)!!

Staff is always polite, even in situations where you can notice the workload is more than the people currently on shift. Every time I get exactly what I order and even get my name right. Best Starbucks in the city

Great service. They spelled my name right haha. I asked for my crossiant to be warmed up and they did quickly!✨ but the let down is the table was dirty so I had to clear the mess before sitting down. And also it was very busy but that cannot be helped as I do understand it’s very hard job. ✨🌈

Literally every time I order the coffee is so milky compare to other sites.. For instance Starbucks in Bermuda Park, Walsgrave, binley, tile Hill is so much better.. Plus I always get upset stomach and end up on the loo multiple times a day.. The way they use one napkin on each cup and worktop etc is disgusting
