Costa Coffee in Coventry

It's amazing how consistently this Costa store can get a drinks order wrong. The order only has to be shared to a colleague 1 metre away and yet, everytime, wrong milk, wrong size etc. You have to watch them like a hawk and they get frustrated when you point out they've used the wrong milk - like you're the one in the wrong! You just paid £4.90 for a coffee - you want what you asked and paid for! Staff with attitude.

Nice little Costa in Flackwell, staff are polite and friendly, parking is always OK on the streets around. Usual prices etc.

Refund please. For the second time in a row, the coffees were spilled or knocked around in the delivery. There was less than 50% of the coffee left in the cortado. Secondly, the website does not offer transparent 'getting help' options.

Service fantastic.Nice and cosy cafe with inside and outside seating. Been going here a bit and Jonathon remembers my order every time. All the staff are really lovely, especially noticeable when Costas can be a bit faceless sometimes.

Coffee is great, but toilet facilities wete disgusting!! Pee all over the floor, toilet seat stained yellow with urine, absolutely appalling.

Absolutely amazing customer service, employees are friendly and polite. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes, although I got a flat white. Would definitely go again :)

Someone have a word with the young lad with tattoos - not the friendliest or most helpful member of staff !

Everything was incorrect and items missed off the order

The order came over two hours after ordering. It is the wrong order half missing and ice cold.

Lovely atmosphere. 5 people in front of me in the queue but still served within minutes. Toasties was spot on and hot choc perfect. Served by Charlotte who was so sweet and polite. Keep it up!

Always good, not to happy with the increasing 8 to 10 cups before you get a free coffee, false saving I think as will impact customer foot fall

Popped in for coffees at 3.50....they're supposed to close at 5.00. Told we're closing in 5 minutes...really?

Rudest manager ! The cafe was very quiet and the manager wouldn’t allow one of the staff to bring my drink and pastry to my table. He told my friend, his colleague and myself that I had to wait at the counter. He certainly doesn’t consider disabilities or customer service. Sooo rude!

Same old same old ....my lovely loved the blueberry frappe though....my self... well same old same old... at least it wasn't the only takeaway cup, no dishwasher, chocolate flake...oh they've stopped them....marshmallows...take out only...the dogs eat my homework short of Costa... staff excellent I have to say.

I ordered two lemon tarts and only one got delivered

I don't usually go to chain cafes because I prefer to support local independent businesses but today I was desperate for coffee and the only thing around and open was Costa. It was OK.

This order has not arrived!!!! It says delivered!!!!!! It has not been delivered!

Great place busy, friendly staff, good select of food

Without any doubt this is THE best Costa I've ever visited. It's always busy so I guess I'm not the only one who loves it, but I get looked after, smiled at, and treated with politeness on every occasion. Aga is a real gem ! Somehow she manages to remember regular customer's orders, some of which are complex ! And she's always happy too which is contagious, even when there;s a lot going on. We're now regular visitors and would happily recommend Flackwell Heath Costa to everyone. Keep up the good work Aga and your crew, and thank you.

Always a friendly welcome, great atmosphere and cosy. Wish they did more fresh food and more food choices for alternative diets. A little pricey.

Quite a big store for a small village. Good staff. 50 seats? Some more outside. 30 min. Parking on street outside.

Slightly quiet when visited so not much buzz. Staff as always hospitable and welcoming

I ordered Mango bubble frappe and it had none of the bubble balls in it!!! Not very happy as this is part of the reason I had it in the first place. Delivery was very quick though

Coffee is lovely but do not read instructions to" leave on step please do not ring bell" there is a reason for this. Thank you

Disappointed, I ordered a 'Roast Chicken & Bacon Toastie', though received some form of tomato wrap. The remainder of the order was fine and pleasant.

I visit this store and one other in Coventry on a weekly basis with my 18 month old daughter. Unfortunately my daughter has dietary restrictions and is a picky eater so I normally purchase her something from Greggs and then get a coffee and sandwich or cake from Costa to eat together at Costa. This has never been an issue until a week ago when a member of staff (probably new as I've not seen him there before) interrupted my lunch to abruptly tell me not to bring food from elsewhere, despite the fact I was eating food from Costa! I tried the explain the Gregg's item was for my daughter but he weren't interested. What's your suggestion my 18 month old daughter eats seperately at greggs?

Friendly and quick service whenever I pass by this Costa and so far always a tasty coffee. Keep it up💫🙏

Apart from turning around and leaving due to the size of the queue every so often, if you can get served relatively quickly, then go for it- staff work hard to keep that queue down as much as poss...

It's coffee. Keep it strong. Don't go Starbucks about it!

Such welcoming staff especially Aga. She is lovely to everyone as well as their pet dogs!

Easily the best Costa in the Wycombe area. Staff are always super friendly and they really know how to make a nice drink. Still amazes me how with exactly the same ingredients and recipe as the other Costa's in the area they make it so good :-)

Very friendly staff. Well laid out social distancing system making it nice and safe. Location is nice and central to the town centre and nice for a quick stop on the way to the park. Some parking outside. Click and collect available via the Costa app as well.

A small but perfectly well run Costa. Plenty of space for social distancing which in all fairness depends on the intelligence of the customers. We are all responsible. Sausage bap pretty much the best food they offer but it's really rather nice. Coffee was good too!

A friendly greeting awaits at this Costa Coffee, and clean premises which makes it easier to find a free table. Great tuna and cheese panini and the spiced cappuccino was delicious.

Although the staff are friendly enough and food and drink quality is good the place is let down by having the air con blowing out cold air at full force. Not very helpful when I mentioned if they could turn the fan down abit I was told it’s automatic. How absolutely stupid just turn it on to manual then! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Thick stupid or just can’t be bothered. It is 9 degrees outside not comfortable and drinks go cold quickly

Staff good, but the new chairs are awful. The chairs they had before were probably more difficult to keep clean, but at least they were comfortable:these new ones are hard and ergonomically poorly designed.....cheap!

Never been in such a dirty costa ever. Most tables had cups and food waste on. Floor was covered in rubbish. Staff didn’t seem to care. Wow, come on Costa Coventry- up your game of ruin the reputation

Plenty of room when we visited after going shopping, coffee excellent, Tea cakes with plenty of butter.

This is a nice Costa just like any other. Plenty of free parking. Good accessibility for disabled people. The baristas were really nice and friendly but the manager was awful, she had a bit of an attitude problem, almost like your presence was inconveniencing her, put me off going there ever again!
