My friends and I judge a town (and coffee shops) by their bakewell tarts and this one is our current 1st place winner! It's not a formal competition, but the home made cakes here are out of this world and must be sampled (lots of times!). It's a lovely coffee bar and well worth the visit. We had 3 x bakewell tarts (plus more bought for take out), 2 x hot chocolates and 1 x pot of tea (no milk for the tea).

I’ve been several times and it’s one of the top 5 place I would choose to go to. Great menu, staff always really friendly and really good coffee - not weak at all. Fantastic on a sunny day to be able to sit out Mediterranean style. Have also been in the evening for food and it was amazing.

Warm welcome from bar staff, good prices and nice environment. Immediately when I walked in it was very cozy, clean and had a nice atmosphere.

Myself and 2 of my friends decided to take a trip to the black gate in Oswestry after reading the great reviews for niche patisserie who are based there. What a fabulous old building with so much character. It was busy as expected that time of day but we were welcomed by a lovely lady called sam who showed us to our table. We put our order in and we're served a gorgeous capuchino coffee,a really scrumptious hot chocolate and orange and for me I chose a cherry and rhubarb tea. Then we threw diets etc completely out the window and treated ourselves to an apricot Danish a niche strawberry jam and white chocolate croissant and a new one on the scene the lady sam said to try ,a rhubarb and custard cruffin. Well we just had to try each other's (like you do!) absolute heaven!! This is somewhere we are definitely coming back to.Weve got to try all those gorgeous pastries and croissants and we haven't even started on the lunch menu!!And wait for it they do afternoon teas.Proper ones with all the trimmings wow .We also found out the Baker who makes all these goodies does classes on bread making and pastry . Oooh should we? All in all we had a fabulous time served by attentive smiling staff who couldn't do enough for us.We even went mad and bought a selection of dressings 2 strawberry jams, cookies and niches special fudge yummy 😋 on our way out.

Been there a couple of times now & won’t be going there again, customer service is rubbish, barely speak, unless they really have to , not at all pleasant or friendly unless they are gossiping amongst themselves, the wrap I bought on my final visit was limp, not much meat, was not wrapped up properly so fell into my, also over priced , not a patch on Jaqueline deli , Telford estate or Coleham, definitely learnt my lesson !!!!!

We headed to Dee Dee's firstly because it is situated within The Range store, where we happened to be browsing, and secondly, because it advertised that it was serving Costa Coffee. We were killing time, waiting for a relative to undergo a hospital appointment, but we waited a LONG time to be served. I actually began to time it on my watch, silly I know, but I was beginning to think that we would have to ditch our idea of a coffee and head back to the hospital. In the end, we waited a little over 18 minutes to be served. Yes, the coffee was Costa, but not served Barista style, more of the kind of machine one finds in a buffet breakfast at a hotel, select your drink, press the appropriate button and the machine dispenses the drink. The staff seemed to be rushed off their feet, with one young lady taking orders and delivering coffees and another, older and more experienced lady putting together the food orders. One felt for them, as they were clearly understaffed and rushed off their feet. Yet, being British, we all stood there and queued! Costa coffee is okay, not nearly as special as it would like to think, but we got what we paid for. The seating area was nicely laid out, sufficient space between tables, but it was all rather canteen, rather than a coffee / cafe /bistro experience. The management should really look at their staffing levels and help out the current members, who are doing their best.

It's a great place to meet my buddy Matt and have a coffee . You can get toasted sandwiches with chips for example. The staff here are lovely , Amy for example has a friendly smiley face and asks how are you etc. It's not just food old people as one person said there are all ages here.

Excellent croissants and tea. Place was beautifully kept and staff very friendly and professional. Patisserie outstanding as you would expect from the runner up on Bake Off the Professionals. Really good

We had a Sunday lunch and the meat was not good, the veg was terrible! The chicken seemed like a boiled breast and not roast, the veg on the plate was creamed celery, boiled courgettes and some very pale red cabbage (a seperate bowl with carrots, cauliflower was brought out for us all. The pic on their Facebook of roast beef is unfortunately not what you get. We didn’t complain on the day as we just wanted to leave. I’m writing a review now as I think you should be aware of what you’re going to get and there should be photos of the food they serve on Facebook etc. There also wasn’t a menu we were just told what meat was available. If we’d been asked about the veg that came with it we all would have asked for it not to be added. The two men who served us were absolutely lovely and it was a real shame the food let them down.

When we visited we found it to have poor customer service. I have emailed them regarding my complaint and they have not even acknowledged it.
