Found on Google maps, just popped in for coffee, pleasant cafe and staff,nice coffee.would call again.

Very nice cafe clean, good selection of food great display of cakes very pleasant staff.Parking outside if needed free car park just around the corner.

Busy as ever this Sunday morning, they welcome clean dogs and cleaner owners. Not masses on gluten free but out skilled talent can filter out a meal.

I've called in there twice at 3 ISH and been told they can't serve me as they are closing at 3.30. Persuaded them today to give me a tea on the pavement table.Tea was great. Cake was like sawdust. I'm not sure they really want customers except on their own terms.

Stopped off at Cleobury Cafe on the way home from camping. Parked on the main high street, didn't seem to be time restricted. Cleobury Cafe combines a bakery too. Was tempted by a giant size chocolate éclair for £5.50! Ordered a London breakfast for myself. No vegan menu options for my partner so ordered the vegetarian breakfast without the egg ans they substituted extra mushrooms instead. They said food was cooked with vegetable oil. Toast came on a different plate, an different assortment of bread. Meal was delicious, hot and food tasted wholesome too. Quaint cafe with lovely selection of different bread and cakes.

Fantastic breakfast here can highly recommend! Full five stars!

what a sandwich 🥪 what I would call a doorstep

Came in today for breakfast to support local small business, terrible service by the waitress at the counter. Not fluent in english, shes the blonde haired waitress asked her to move chairs so that we could sit down, she said no sorry i cant! A table without chairs makes no sense! Then there was no menu to look at breakfast, so I asked her and her reply was no sorry no menu here at counter. Terrible rude service! This is absolutely disgusting to have to deal with this kind of customer service in a local small business we try and help and support. She shouldn't even be in a job here with that rude attitude and not being able to speak fluent English to communicate with customers. Terrible place to come too!!!

Cafe allowed us to move tables around so all 5 adults and 2 kids could sit together. Triple breakfast did not disappoint fantastic portion, super tasty and lovely and hot. Staff were great with my 4 year old daughter when choosing her cake.

Went in at 3:20, was met with a bunch of staff looking on their phones and not very enthusiastic about service or providing any service. The very young girl who did make the effort to serve me was lovely. Shame the tea was made in such a rush that it may as well of been hoy water. With a bit of milk. Wouldn't recommend, should of gone to the co-op to us their coffee machine

After years of being a customer here I must say I'll never buy from this shop ever again. Horrible attitude from the staff, very miserable. Order was wrong then when they said they fix it literally chucked shovel full on which was undercooked and overly greasy. BAD EXPERIENCE

Looks like a lovely place from the outside but such a shame that the welcoming is so bad! Not a smile, not a good morning back! Sadly rude to me! The only best bit was the excellent coffee. Mushrooms were cold, watery tomato, expensive for what you get and £1 for an extra hash brown! If I’ve had a welcoming like every client deserve, I would come back for a coffee only, your loss!

Lovely little cafe with great cakes

Stopped off here - wish it was closer to home! Rolls were all fresh and all with same-day expiry so you won't ever get a dry one. My egg mayo was delicious and moist. Everything is clearly made with loving care - tiffin cake excellent. We will definitely stop in again next time passing through Cleobury.

Exploring Cleobury for the first time we thought we would have a snack and a coffee here as it seemed to be the only cafe in town and it looked really inviting from the outside. Inside it was really nice and we looked forward to a sandwich as we browsed the fairly extensive menu. However, that was as far as we got, as we were soon politely told that they stopped serving at 2:30p.m. (it was 2:29). We couldn't even have a coffee, even though there was only one other couple in there, unless we wanted a takeaway - which we didn't, so don't rely on the published opening times. Shame as we would liked to have given a good review.

Staff don’t even use gloves or tongs when picking up cakes or bread……….. Not hygienic at all! Staff are always so so moody

Excellent place to chill after a walk, they don't mind muddy boots, so a coffee and a slice of cake is just the job.....Or tea😉

Good food and friendly atmosphere

A popular village cafe which I often visit for breakfast. The staff are always polite and efficient and the food is spot on. Only a small tiny thing is that the tea bags could be of better quality but don't let this put you off as I am one of those folk that enjoy strong tea. A really vibrant place well frequented by the locals. Just be aware that it can be a little manic during Saturday lunchtimes.

Unfortunately I only brought bread from the bakery part of the business, which was fabulous.

Fantastic Little Gem we came accross a few weeks ago! We have been every Sunday since for Breakfast Lovely fresh food and tasty, tea for 2 is plenty enough for 4 great portions of food too.. Highly recommended indeed does get busy but can always get a table inside or outside.. a must try if you passing by..

New to the area and just started using the cafe the foods amazing. The staff are very welcoming and the foods very reasonable too. I will be a regular visitor.

We arrived here at 1.10pm for lunch and was sooo surprised that the first 3 items I asked for to eat, they were out of these items. 🙄 I said that “this is lunchtime”, and they are a Bakery that you’d think they’d have more food in? No real believable reply was given. I ended up getting a mince and onion pie, which was pure slop when it was cut open and bland. No wonder it was still sitting around not ordered. I saw their poster advertising their Milkshakes, which looked amazing - well was that false advertising. The shake looked nothing like the poster and was devoid of flavor that it tasted like carbonated Milk! And to show that things come in three’s, I tried to order a piccolo or half Latte, not wanting a cup of Milk. I was told that it can’t be done and I can only order what their machine does. So I ordered an Espresso and asked for a small jug of milk. That could be done. Avoid this place. Worst food and drink that I have ever experienced from a Bakery… If it is not a standard bland cookie cutter order, then the staff can’t work it out.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of extras to choose from. Friendly welcome and very good service. There was also a great choice of cakes which looked rather tasty. My only reservation is that whilst the breakfast is very good value, the mug of tea at £1.75 is rather expensive. Don't let that put you off. The food is top quality and well cooked.

Myself and my son visited this beautiful cafe and were meet by a lovely young lady who not only made us feel very welcome and comfortable but went above and beyond. The staff are second to none. Simply the best cafe I have ever visited 👌

Great cooked breakfast. it's a bakery so it is reasonable to expect the best bread for the toast....and it was. Every part of the breakfast was lovely and coffee was great too. Staff were the best happy and smiley people...good way to start the day.

Stopped by for lunch , a little tight for space around the tables but friendly staff and good food for the price.

Had high hopes for a nice breakfast with friends. We came on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Cleobury, so I feel bad for giving such a bad review, and I think he is as upset with the service as we all were. Menu looked nice and fairly priced, seemed to be a good atmosphere with the other customers. The girl who took my order was pleasant and efficient so what could go wrong? Our drinks were delivered with the enthusiasm of a wet weekend and then a plate of slightly warmed bread was delivered (toast, apparently). We asked for some slightly more toasted bread which was delivered with as much enthusiasm as the drinks. The food came and was OK I guess, but nothing to really get excited about. It was all a bit bland and not the hottest meal I've ever had. I don't know if the lady who brought our drinks, warm bread, toast and breakfast was having a bad day, but we felt she wasn't bothered about us or the food. At best it was an hour out of the cold but not a lot more. Just a bit of acknowledgement and maybe a smile could have turned things round, its not difficult.

Went in at 3.05pm and the owner/member of staff was sat looking at her phone. No one else in the cafe. I asked for a cup of tea and was intending to buy a cake, but was told couldn't have a cuppa because she wanted to go home. Glad she was doing so well she could turn down the business. Not even the offer of a take away cup. Won't bother again, thanks.

Absolutely awful experience! Moody staff! Food was basic, cold & could tell the side salad wasn’t freshly prepped on the day! It looked like it had been there all week! Will definitely not be returning & will be sticking to the other local cafe!

Have never found any where to eat apart from chip shops before, after lunching here today we will be back and will get breakfast next time we are passing.

I the last 2 visits I’ve had diabolical service and incorrect food.. Takeaway we received the wrong sandwiches and they took over 45 minutes Sit in.. the waitress needs to understand the meaning service with a smile.. uncooked toast.. yes who cannot cook toast, cold breakfast and just not what I expected. Not willing to try a 3rd visit

Went for breakfast today and wished we'd gone somewhere else! The service was worse than awful! If you want service with smile do not go here. Food not great either.

I’m not one for slamming local businesses but really what is going on at Cleobury Cafe.. last week late, cold and wrong sandwiches (takeaway) this weekend I take 5 very close friends and the service was diabolical and the breakfasts were cold, we complained about toast being not toasted and was met with no apology or empathy. I live locally and always raved how good this place was.. I work hard for my money and will no longer spend my cash here no more.

The opening times for a Sunday say until 3:00. we turned up at 12:20 and was rudely told they were shutting at 1:00 and they’d stopped food not even a takeaway

My partner and I just went for a simple sandwich each & shared some chips. Fantastic sandwiches, lovely bread and generously filled, excellent chips and a great sized pot of tea for 2. Very reasonably priced & excellent service, very highly recommended!

Legendary, beautiful all-day breakfast & lovely coffee. Good service & fair pricing. Not a huge place but has a really good atmosphere.

Visited Cleobury today. Did a planned walk. Had looked on the net prior to visiting to see cafe closed at 3:30pm. Having finished walk arrived at cafe at 2:50pm intending to have tea and cake , to find chairs on tables. Blonde woman behind counter ignored us and chatted to a colleague for several minutes on arrival and said eventually they had stopped serving. RUBBISH! (Would have given it zero stars if it had let me).

Called in for a coffee with my boss and was treated to a surprise breakfast. Good coffee and I had a very nice cooked breakfast. On first appearances the sausage looked to be the weak point but it was a taste sensation, a real meaty treat. They actually did utilise the sausage as a breakwater between the eggs and the beans so I can't even score them down for that. I'd say it was the best cooked breakfast since Gary Wilmots wedding. I'd have it 3 times a day if I could, but I'd be dead! A busy place but its understandable when the grub is this tasty. Will definitely be returning. Hurrah!

We go here from time to time and always get an excellent feed. The ingredients are very good quality & properly cooked. Best cafe for miles.

Nice little cafe brekkie was very nice

utterly disgusting, waited 20 minutes for two takeaway sandwiches, to then find that the clingfilmed sandwich which was ment to be a stick had visible hairs seeable through the clingfilm. When I took it back they said I can take them out for you, how grim. used to love the cafe but not now.

We visited today for lunch, coffee and sandwiches. Sandwiches were on granary bread and were delicious and fresh, coffee was good too. Service excellent and the lady who served us was really friendly and welcoming. We will be visiting again.

Awesome breakfast just wish it came with a cuppa

There are a few staff there that are just rude and make it out as though you ordering food is a chore to them, no smile and you can sense animosity towards yourself from them. This is just a few of the elderly staff there, the rest are pleasant do deal with.

Only called in to buy bread but noticed that the whole place was heaving with customers obviously enjoying the food. Definitely a place to which I must return

Smashing breakfast, great staff, popped in with my work colleague for a bite to eat as we were working nearby. Nice family atmosphere, service was spot on and reasonably priced. Good size mug of tea as well!

Excellent place for breakfast, went here twice this morning. Had a triple english breakfast, 3 of everything (was very full) and came back and had jacket potatoes, very good. Definitely try the halloumi fries.

Good plain food at a reasonable price.
