When we visited we found it to have poor customer service. I have emailed them regarding my complaint and they have not even acknowledged it.

Excellent service and always with a smile. Good selection of lite bites, everything is well priced. Comfortable relaxing atmosphere with all round views of the climbing areas. Highly recommended.

The staff at the Sky Lounge are lovely and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the café is great! The coffee tastes amazing, and is very affordable. 😊 There is even a little play area, as well as a small climbing wall, which is great for keeping the kids entertained while you drink your coffee! We had a great time, would highly recommend. 😊

Popped in for the Good Friday fish and chips special, well, the cod was cooked lovely, beautiful fish and batter. Very large portions, was very nice. Their Sunday lunches are also very very nice, plenty of meat and vegetables. Highley recommended. Friendly and welcoming pub

Ordered cottage pie and potato was cold and not browned off like cottage pie should be and not very warm also presentation was not very good my meal was ok chips good but did not like the real cheese on the burger.Beer was fine bit disapointing based on the reviews for your pub that’s why we chose it but had to retreat to a chippy.

My wife and I took our Grandson & his girlfriend for lunch at the Hole in the Wall on a Saturday afternoon. This was a great choice, good atmosphere, great food and very sensible prices. Well recommend, we will be back.

I’ve had really good meals here before, which makes this recent visit all the more disappointing. I ordered the roast beef , the beef was very tough and the roast potatoes were dry like they’d been sitting under heat lamp, not great especially at £21.95. Staff were polite and offered me a replacement, so I tried the pork , but unfortunately the fat was soggy not crispy, and Gemma forgot my Yorkshire pudding , which was the one thing I was looking forward to, but didn’t want to complain a second time. The overall experience just left us feeling we wouldn’t go back , a real shame as we have always had excellent meals before. They did offer 20% of our meal, but we still paid in full , didn’t want them to think we were moaners , and complaining for the sake of it. Hope this review helps as don’t want others to be disappointed.
