When we visited we found it to have poor customer service. I have emailed them regarding my complaint and they have not even acknowledged it.

Excellent service and always with a smile. Good selection of lite bites, everything is well priced. Comfortable relaxing atmosphere with all round views of the climbing areas. Highly recommended.

The staff at the Sky Lounge are lovely and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the café is great! The coffee tastes amazing, and is very affordable. 😊 There is even a little play area, as well as a small climbing wall, which is great for keeping the kids entertained while you drink your coffee! We had a great time, would highly recommend. 😊

Great find as we were exploring on Sunday. A proper, friendly and good pub food at very reasonable pricing. Quality of the meats for the Sunday roast were good. Certainly not using pre packed meat slices other places use. Will definitely come back.

26 BroadwayOrdered cottage pie and potato was cold and not browned off like cottage pie should be and not very warm also presentation was not very good my meal was ok chips good but did not like the real cheese on the burger.Beer was fine bit disapointing based on the reviews for your pub that’s why we chose it but had to retreat to a chippy.

1 Shoplatch, Shrewsbury, SY1 1HFWe hired the vaults for my 40th birthday party. Best place in Shrewsbury, room was great, staff were lovely, they couldn’t do enough for us! Would highly recommend!!
