I've recently heard the displeasure of having to use this Subway. An order was placed for me and my friends for lunch. This was placed for the app for delivery. Unfortunately it took over an hour and a 1/2 for anything to even arrive and there was no mention of our order being lost. It transpired that the order was lost and and hence the delay. The food that arrived was completely stone cold despite being marketed as toasted. The chicken in the sandwiches was extremely dry and robbery try and robbery and there was minimal salad. I do not think that we will be using this branch of Subway again.

One of the slowest Starbucks I have been to in my entire life. With 4 staff behind the counter I’d expect a far more swift experience.

The staff service is very bad. Polish accent staff was very rude. No manners. I complained the steak bake quality. Even the supervisor is very rude. Very disappointed with their management

Weekly post run brunch, teas coffees, tables by the lake, bacon sandwiches, paninis, near children's play area, family run cafe, simple menu, order at window, take drinks, number called when food freshly cooked.

Most disappointing Sunday dinner ever. The vegetarian option that was supposed to be a Pearl Barley and nut crochette was a sloppy tasteless pile of unseasoned pearl barely with about 1 nut. This was served with 3 tiny roast potatoes and root vegetables that were mostly onions. No other veg unless you want to pay £4 extra. I paid £4 extra for cauliflower cheese that was curdled. £18 quid and I left hungry. Even ordering drinks was poor, the batmaid couldn't find the till button for a half pint, so suggested we'll have to have and pay for a pint instead! From beginning to end we were only half an hour as the atmosphere was so lacking, we ate our meal and left straight away. Passing three staff on the way out, not a single acknowledgement. Won't be back.

This is the second time I have visited The George for a drink since it reopened. Both times have been disappointing. The first time, I visited with a group of friends and we ordered Mojitos. I firstly had to wait a significant amount of time to be acknowledged and served, and when I was, the member of the bar staff told me they were out of mint and advised us to go elsewhere as they were short of staff! The second visit, my partner and I ordered a glass of prosecco and a glass of wine. They were both on tap! The woman serving overfilled the Prosecco glass so the drink cascaded down the sides of the glass, and then handed it to me wet. Weatherspoons could do a better job and at a third of the price! It was a very cold evening and we were surprised that the fire in the bar was not lit. However! Along came a member of staff with fire lighting equipment. The table in front of the fire was occupied with a party of people trying to enjoy a chat and drink. The member of staff proceeded to attempt to light the fire. He went away with no fire lit, returned to check on it and disappeared eventually with an unlit fire. This is all such a shame. It's a beautiful building with so much to offer after everything that has happened. But the staff need to pull their socks up to guarantee returning trade.

Enjoyed my gluten free sandwich which is served with fries, coleslaw and bit of salad. Unfortunately coleslaw was poor / as you will see in the photo. Good cakes - chocolate vegan one was tasty. Coffee was good. It’s not cheap though. Outside seating comes with blankets and the new little undercover small seating area is a good addition. Just could still overall be a bit better . Not on the same level as the restaurant at Blackbrooks Sedlescombe which is part of the same group.

I regularly go to Knights woldingham, I can't fault it. Its magical. However the restaurant at Chelsham is very poor . I had two sandwiches to drinks and it costt over £20. Honestly they where the worst sandwiches iv ever had. Nothing like woldingham Dene. The food there is 1st class. Why.... I was thinking the menu and food would be the same as woldingham. .. but no. The sandwiches. We'll iv had better for school dinners. Absolute ripp off . I was very very dissapointed.. I expected better quality from knights, and by the way I think knights eolfing is a stunning place e and 5 stars .. Chelsham. Restaurant shamefully poor

Nipped in for a Bloody Mary as our flight was delayed. Sat at the bar and ordered. Bloody Mary’s were £14 each. Bartenders came over with the card machine and I paid - received a notification on my phone and soon realised I had been charged £31.50 for the 2. Frustrating that on top of the rather high price the bartender decided to add service charge when there was no table service involved, or bill shown. To be fair, the bloody Mary’s were delicious, albeit a bit small (not sure they were standard size in comparison to others we saw served and also pictured in reviews). I certainly don’t agree with service charge being added to bill without notifying the customer of this either verbally or on a bill. I also don’t agree with it being added to a standard order at the bar.

The price of the menu goes up too often. £4.20 for a large cappuccino which is priced a lot more than my usual place in Central London. I think it’s way overpriced for the service, experience and area. Sevenoaks is lovely, but it shouldn’t be more expensive than Central London for a coffee.

Come down to Hythe on a regular basis, bringing my touring caravan down to the Romney Marsh. If I’m a bit early than the time I’m allowed on site I try to get in and have a drink and something to eat, but can never get on the caravan parking bay as selfish drivers park their cars and lorries on it, and generally in the middle so nobody with caravans can use it. Not big enough bay anyway. Only a small strip. Should signpost it more clearly CARAVANS ONLY.

This was the worst experience of a bakery I've had, I ordered 2 bacon rolls, asked for well done bacon , the lady looked at me funny and had the hump over this, on receiving my rolls both bacon was just cooked I would say raw, the food my friend had was tasteless and he threw his in the bin, I would not class this as even dog food , disgusting experience
