El servicio fue absolutamente deplorable. Esperé unos 30 minutos por un rollo de tocino y dos hash browns, solo había una persona por delante de mí en este momento. Para mi sorpresa, cuando recibí el rollo solo tenía un poco de tocino, estaba seco y el pan era tan duro como un ladrillo. Me cobraron 6 libras. 49 por esto, exigí un reembolso y le expliqué que mi amigo que pidió el rollo de tocino antes tenía tres pedazos de tocino y esperé 30 minutos a que me diera 1 pedazo. La misma situación le pasó a mi amigo, pero con la salchicha. No tenían suficiente personal y solo trabajaban dos personas. Nunca volvería aquí de nuevo el servicio era diabólico y la comida era totalmente caro.

Popped in for a large fish and large chips. No other customers in sight. The lady said it’ll be a few minutes as I need to cook it. Perfect (I thought) lovely and fresh and hot. Well, the fish was as expected. Crispy hot and fresh. The chips were old hard and cold. Clearly been sat around since lunch or maybe days. The chips went in the bin. This meant that I’d paid £14.50 for a ‘large’ cod. Not at all large. Longer than a fishfinger but not by much. Tiny. I dread to think what a small cod looks like.

Stopped for a break on our journey with the intention of using the facilities and grabbing a brew. Facilities were filthy. We were told there was no English breakfast tea……. In a coffee shop??! How is that even possible??!! Surely that’s a staple stock item and you reorder when you reach a certain level! Then we were told we weren’t allowed in with our dog and there was a sign on the door. There was a tiny sign on the left of the door about cctv which, in the bottom corner had a tiny symbol to say no dogs. So upon that and upon receiving such rubbish customer service we went to McDonald’s next door to grab a brew. Oh - and Starbucks was empty too, only 2 customers in and we realised why!

I’m struggling to understand some of the reviews about Cherry’s as I had amazing experience. It’s a cheerful and cozy environment. The decor has been carefully chosen to create a delightful welcoming space. The staff are lovely and helpful and the food was delicious. I’m just sad that I was limited for time as I could have spent a lot more time there. The owner is certainly very creative and I have looked forward to visiting Cherry’s for some time and it really didn’t disappoint. Well done Cherry 😊

Brought my mother in-law to look at plants and have a spot of lunch as Debbie's have a cafe. We sat down around 12.30 so just at the start of lunch and went to counter to order food and drinks. Well we encountered a young man with very limited service experience and not very helpful. We started to order and then quickly told only 2 portions of soup left and 1 jacket potato and it was only 12.30. well the food came out quick but sadly I had to send my Cheese and Beans jacket back as the beans were lukewarm. When the food was brought back there was no apology and just handed to me. As a manager in the hospitality industry I was not impressed and to top it of the bottle of Mayo was incorrectly dated as per EHO and product guidelines. I would avoid eating here.

my cafe experience was as disgusting as the tables. i fell unwelcome the moment we stepped in and a simple lunch turned into a unpleasant time with staff snarky comments and whispers . my son wanted to buy himself a bag of crisps and a toast he’s then realised he did not have enough for the crisps when he asked if he could take it off then the woman side and took it off reluctantly and as my son sat down the staff started talking s**t, pointing at him to show the other staff who he was who then laughed along with her. not too Overshare, but my son is on the spectrum he did not understand why they were mad at him. and really took it to heart which made him really overwhelmed. not recommend for any families or anyone.

Very rude staff. Ordered two coffees. Server mumbled something. Coffees served in take away cups. I said ‘sorry we are sitting in’. Staff member says ‘dishwasher broken, it’s take away cups only’. I said ‘but the dishwasher has been broken for over a month now and last time I was allowed to take a proper cup, and your colleague said that he’d wash it’. ‘No, it’s health and safety’. Not an apology, quite brusque and rude. I said ‘I will wash the cup myself, I just don’t like take away cups, the coffee doesn’t taste as good’. At £4 a cup, I do feel that customers can expect a cup! Staff says ‘well you were told it’s take away cups only and you still ordered, if you don’t like it I’ll refund you’. Hubby drank his, I accepted a refund for the principle. I feel that the staff simply do not wish to fill and empty the dishwasher. Which large chain would allow a dishwasher to be out of use for over a month???

El sitio agradable pero la comida no está demasiado rica.Aunque la camarera en principio fue amable no nos trajo el pan q habíamos pedido; de los postres de la carta sólo tenían uno y para rematar quisimos pagar con tarjeta bancaria y la camarera nos dijo q no podía ser pq ella se había confundido y ya había dicho q pagabamos en mano.Un desastre.Yo desde luego no volveré

Do visit here quite regularly. I have tried to find an email to make contact but can’t find it easily. I have a concern around the knowledge given to staff around how to handle customers with allergies. There are lots of signs that encourage customers to ask for ingredients every time if they have an allergy as ingredients change. Staff regularly seem frustrated when asked if products have nuts/peanuts in. This seems to be because they are not fully sure on how to check or because they have to find this info out using a slow tablet/device. I would ask that this is reviewed asap as it prevents me as a customer wanting to raise allergies with staff. I am sure others will feel the same as this has happened several times and may result in a very dangerous situation for a customer if staff do not feel confident in handling allergy disclosures. Recently I changed my order as multiple staff were trying to work out if the product had nuts in it. I felt guilty given the cafe was busy and they were spending such a long time looking, but also concerned that staff did not seem confident in what they were looking for and I might be misinformed. I have a severe allergy which can cause anaphylaxis so I need staff to be able to give full assurance on ingredients. I did let staff know that I understand products can say ‘may contain’ which is fine, but I need to know if my allergy is an actual ingredient.

I've recently heard the displeasure of having to use this Subway. An order was placed for me and my friends for lunch. This was placed for the app for delivery. Unfortunately it took over an hour and a 1/2 for anything to even arrive and there was no mention of our order being lost. It transpired that the order was lost and and hence the delay. The food that arrived was completely stone cold despite being marketed as toasted. The chicken in the sandwiches was extremely dry and robbery try and robbery and there was minimal salad. I do not think that we will be using this branch of Subway again.

Most disappointing Sunday dinner ever. The vegetarian option that was supposed to be a Pearl Barley and nut crochette was a sloppy tasteless pile of unseasoned pearl barely with about 1 nut. This was served with 3 tiny roast potatoes and root vegetables that were mostly onions. No other veg unless you want to pay £4 extra. I paid £4 extra for cauliflower cheese that was curdled. £18 quid and I left hungry. Even ordering drinks was poor, the batmaid couldn't find the till button for a half pint, so suggested we'll have to have and pay for a pint instead! From beginning to end we were only half an hour as the atmosphere was so lacking, we ate our meal and left straight away. Passing three staff on the way out, not a single acknowledgement. Won't be back.
