Whilst there today, I witnessed the two people behind the till mocking and making jokes out of people waiting to be served. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Thought they might cheer up when it came to serving people but they carried on being incredibly rude. I understand it’s only a stop off and I wasn’t expecting any kind of 5 star customer service, but the human decency to not mock customers as they’re deciding what to buy doesn’t seem like much to ask.

Stopped off to feed and change the baby. Toilet facility was ok and clean. Greg's was wasn't to busy but had no vegetarian options ready. I ended up with an egg sandwhich. It had the insult of saying made fresh today on the packet. It clearly failed to say which day. I have thrown fresher bread away. I couldn't bring myself to chew the crusts and ended up putting it in the bin. Looking at the staff I couldn't be bothered to complain. I wouldn't mind but it was a pricy visit to leave annoyed and still hungry.

Server was miserable and short changed me. No queuing system. Poor hand hygiene handling money and making bacon/sausage rolls no gloves or hand washing.

Bad if you have a massive order. Nice breakfast you do wait around a bit but that’s normal. But the best sausage rolls.

We had just dropped off friends at Gatwick and were going off for the day to Lewes and other places, we decided not to go to the other places to eat as Greggs have such a good reputation. I ended up with a omelette and sausage roll as there were no baugettes. I ended up with a roll, the sausages were chipolata size and two of the tiniest slices of omelette ever. The roll had a tiny scrape of spread on the bottom bit which was about half the size of the roll. Hub had two sausage rolls, both of which were greasy and tasteless. Mine repeated on my all day and hub had half his first roll and gave up. The staff were really helpful but I was asked if I wanted ketchup as it was held behind the counter and when I asked for salt & pepper I was directed to go into Coasta. I do not blame the staff in any shape or form, it is management that make these rules and what to sell. We should have had the pasty which was outside. Motorists are a captive audience and Greggs are taking advantage of that situation.

It's half two on a Wednesday, and we stop in for a bite to eat to consume on the drive. To my horror as a bite into the first of what I believed to be a sausage, bean and cheese melt turned out to be a chicken slice. Having no chance of driving back to get it switched I decided to eat it, and I have to say it was tasty but not what I ordered. I eagerly grabbed my second and final sausage, cheese and bean melt hopping for the flavours I craved, only to be doubly disappointed to find it was in fact another chicken slice. I just can't fathom how the young lad behind the counter managed to mess up so badly!

Bought a cold drink and slice of cake service was awful, cake was stale, most of the tables were roped off and the ones left were taken. Not impressed, won't be returning

I’m new to the area and gave this costa a go —so glad I did! The queue was quite long when I joined, but Farha, who was the only one working, was super speedy and kept everything moving smoothly. Honestly, she’s a star. Super friendly and made the whole experience. She even talked me into getting some cake (despite my diet!), and I’ve gotta say, she was right—the cake was amazing! Sure, the prices are a bit on the high side (£4.40 for a coffee), but with such great service, I can’t complain. Thanks, Farha! I’ll definitely be back.

I'd never visited before. I despise Tim whatever his name is for backing the UK ruining Brexit, and I assumed everyone in any Wetherspoons would be of his viewpoint so I've stayed away. However, I realise that was stupid, and actually I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Service was very fast. Drinks are ridiculously cheap. Two pints and a coke for the same price as a pint almost in Brighton. People who were eating looked happy enough with their food, again, cheap. And the best thing of all was that it was full of people enjoying themselves, where as most pubs are empty. I'll be going back. Easy to reserve a table, spaciously laid out, bar staff were stressed but polite, toilets were clean, place was clean. Nothing to complain about really.

Getting Off the train at Brighton railway station you will see this excellent cafe/Restaurant. We came here last year and it was just as friendly & welcoming as before..Plenty of seats and tables with a friendly staff. Our Lattes were tasty & delightful.. Well worth a visit.
