He tenido mejores tazas de Nescafé.

No puedo imaginar colas ...

As other reviews suggest, portion size is small but tastes good. Service could be better! Please can you write your opening and closing times on this page, I headed over there just now to find it wasn't open, thanks :)

Went for lunch whilst on business. The lady manager called me "darling" but she could not have been less interested and this is where the customer service started and finished. It was Curry Wednesday. I had take out and the portion was a joke. Over 7 quid for enough food for a 9 year old. It was warm at best and the service from this manager was awful. I asked some question re the food (because of alegies) she was was abrupt and rude. Shame because the other people seem really lovely if not apologetic for the managers attitude. Avoid this place (especially her) like the plague.

I love this place. The staff as so friendly and always call me darling. The premium burger is certainly premium. I've had a regular burger and it's definitely better than this. I've also eaten a gourmet burger and it's not as good as this. So premium is definitely the correct description. My favourite day is curry day. Me and my colleagues think this is the best day of the week. I like it when she asks me if I want extras with my curry. It makes us laugh. My friend thinks he fancies one the the staff in the bistro. I told him to go for it

Bad service, staff don't care and would obviously rather be elsewhere. No customer service, one girl in particular shows no interest whatsoever. Terrible! Food mediocre and overpriced sandwiches.

As a cafe this looks fine, with both table and lounge type areas. The coffee is OK if you like the Costa flavour, but they have just one slow coffee machine which means that if you want coffee you always have to wait for it. This is compounded by the fact that the person on the till usually has to make coffees as well as taking payment so it slows both the coffees and the queue for payment. Then we have the ridiculous obsession with portion control. The way they serve curry is a good example. Firstly I should say that the curries are almost always good, and they serve a good range of accompaniments with them. However, in order to minimise the amount of curry they actually give you they place rice on the plate, and then a nan bread, so that there is very little space left for the curry. You can then see them counting out bits of meat as they carefully tip a little bit of curry onto your plate. All of the staff appear to be frightened of the manageress who rules with an iron fist so I am sure the portion control mania is coming from her. I know many people who will now actively avoid Bistro 415 because of this. What the manageress needs to understand is that a bit more normality with the portions might cost 2p per customer but would get much increased business in the long run.

I could not believe how bad the bacon or sausage baps were, so I returned for another try. I have just purchased a sausage bap. The bap is stale, or has dried out under the heated lamps. The sausages are poor quality, tasteless and dried out. I cannot believe how this place has gone down hill. I worked in Winnersh Triangle several years ago and enjoyed eating here. I have returned to find poor food, small portions and disinterested staff. What has happened, you have a captive audience. I went for breakfast and the place was empty?

Used to be an average business park lunch spot, but in the last few months the quality of the food has sunk significantly, value for money gone out of the window and the manners from some of the staff non-existent in my view.

The issue you have with this place is it is one of the only places in the area to eat lunch unless you drive to Sainsburys, Subway etc. I'm sure they know this, and as a result you will pay £4.95 for the smallest portion, of which is not the highest quality. The profit margin from portion size and ingredients used must be sky-high... My advise if you work here is to drive to the Sainsburys (a 20 minute walk if not driving), or to bring your own lunch in. If people stop going there and paying the prices they will surely start providing a fair service.

I came here a lot for breakfast since I work in this area. But it seems they never have enough people in the morning (before 8), you have to wait a long time when it's busy since most of the time just 1 person is serving a que. For both check out, breakfast and coffee. And they only have 1 coffee machine, so if it's busy and you fancy a coffee you could be waiting a long time for it. The staff is only nice and helpful when it's quiet, but when it's busy you have to ask for example: for the chocolate powder on your coffee and they'll give you a look like they are busy and just throw it on there because they have to. Also they thought I was complaining when I asked for a new lid for my coffee.... (she poured too much milk in it so it spilled) when the lady wiped my lid with a dirty counter cloth that she just used to clean counter with.... The only positive thing is that they got 1.Wifi and 2. a nice comfortable lounge in the back. For breakfast they serve Bacon, sunny up egg, tomato sauce beans, sausage, mushrooms and a hash brown. Most of the time it's cold....the croissants are nice though... So over all bad staff and service, food can be better but nice lounge...

You get charged almost £5 for a meal and the portions they give you are an insult. I asked for more sauce on my curry and got told no I can't have it I need to take it up with the manager. Total rip-off this place!!!!!!!!

This used to be nice but the staff have changed. The lady serving said I couldn't swap a naan bread for a poppadom (which I always used to do) - saying all the numbers are counted. (You have the option to buy them as extras anyway, so it isn't a really strict thing) She then slopped the food on the plate. Later I then noticed they gave a free lunch to one of the site team - where are those numbers!!! Such a grumpy person. Food on Fridays is fish and chips which is ok but would much prefer the pub round the corner.

There are few places to visit on the Winnersh Business Park for lunch other than this place and the WH Smith next door. I have visited to buy a salad or to get fish and chips. Trouble is queues are often offputting and if you want a salad and get there after 1pm often very little is left.

I work on thew business park and never visit this place as the service is slow and unfriendly. However, this morning a craving for a bacon roll led me here for the first time in a long time!Never again. Staff don't acknowledge you and then potter about like they have all day (they might, but I certainly don't!!!).If anyone from this place reads this, my message to you is simple - learn some customer service skills and perhaps also hire some extra staff.

Very arrogant and unfriendly service from the lead manager. When told her she was a allowing someone to cut me from behind, she said it was because 'I didn't talk' when her colleague was the one bypassing me by taking the order from the person behind. I felt discriminated against. Service is also usually rude. Food isn't that great and rather expensive considering the portions. This would be my last time eating here.

Went here today, very disappointed with the burger and chips. The burger was a third the diameter of the roll and was about 5mm thick and tasted bad, in fact all I really tasted was bread.Would not recommend until they change their offering. You shouldn't be allowed to charge £5.00 for something so horrible.

The only way to sum it up is that "It's a bit hit and miss".The food, on occasions is nice but I have had some terrible meals (gammon). The staff are much the same, you can be happy and chatty with them one day and then the next they are cold and rude. If you want a quick meal in a cafe environment then it fits purpose, if you are looking for more go to the Holiday Inn!

This is situated opposite the Holiday Inn and given the price the hotel want to charge for breakfast, you'd be mad not to walk over to this cafe which is actually a Costa Coffee. There is a good selection of food on offer. I had a coffee and pastries for breakfast and enjoyed the food in a modern, spacious setting.Worth a visit !

Don’t usually write reviews but have walked out of Gail’s several times now due to the service really being that unfriendly and rude and there being several (cheaper!) alternatives in the town. The coffees are at least 20% more than anywhere else, the tables are always filthy and the staff behave as though they are doing you a favour.

Tiny pub, food was OK when it arrived - expect to wait 45mins plus for dry food, few greens and a big bill
