Costa in Wokingham

The staff are friendly and really helpful, you get a smile always, I enjoy a coffee and cake after my shop Shame there are no Carb options but that is Costa not this branch

I always enjoy Costa Coffee. The staff were very pleasant. They pointed out the muffins were half price. As I have trouble walking they brought the drinks and food to our table. They went the extra mile.

Good staff and drinks, would be better if it had another freezer for food options. There are better cafe's around (in Wokingham) and Costa's (Winnersh) but it's probably my favourite of the local - supermarket based - chain cafes for use when you're already shopping / using the car wash.

I have been to Costa @Tesco Wokingham on many occasions and the service and coffee is always first class. They still have 1st class service and staff.

Quite dark inside. I sat outside as I had my dog with me. As with all coffee shops it takes some time from placing your order to actually getting your coffee.

Firstly they were very reluctant to take the cash I was holding in my hand. Asking at least 4 times for a card. Then offering a plate for me to put the cash on. I reluctantly paid with my card noting that the tips bowl full of coins was there. So they don't mind cash that much I thought! Then they served my coffee without gloves, and making sure they touched every surface of the cup and the lid! Oh the irony!!

This is one of the best costa The staff are so friendly and they always remember my coffee ! Flat white is always made correctly if there was more stars to give I would ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Couldn't understand the person serving as she didnt speak fluent English! Got there in the end with hand signals 🙄

Truly dreadful flat white. Machine dispensed very little espresso. Barista didn't notice (think conveyor belt) and I was in a rush. Hoped it might have been better. Never again

A buzy shop within Tesco. Friendly staff.

Just sat having a coffee..and I feel tired..just looking at the woman clearing up..working hard to keep it clean..only 2 staff.. but you wouldn't know. Great coffee and great service..

We are regularly visitors to this coffee shop and has been good, but recently there has been chang of management and 90% of the staff have left.This morning there was 20min wait in the queue because till had new person, the poor young lady on the coffee machine is new and was struggling. No management in site. Costa upper management need to pull upntheir socks. This is ridiculous.

Generally a good coffee here, great staff, always smiling and always make time for us.Typical Tesco store though so bring your thermals!Usual food and cake selection (not brilliant compared to their competitors) but it’s convenient, especially if you need to do a ‘shop’ as well!

Even though Tesco is open at 6am and it is 6.15am we have to stand outside and wait - I was actually asked to leave the empty seats until 15mins passes and they open. All we wanted was to sit and wait. Feels ridiculous and not customer friendly

Bought a packet of crisps do go with my coffee and wrap. The cisp were soft so I checked the sell by date which was May 2019! No wonder they were soft!

Very busy but still good service

The poor staff are extremely over worked here. It's a Saturday and two people are working; one on the till and one making drinks. I just waited almost 15 minutes due to the backlog of orders for drinks. Costa needs to get a third member of staff, for the sanity of the other staff more than anything else

The service has got very poor recently. I waited for 15 minutes plus on my last two visits to get a cup of coffee. I don’t understand why, during busy periods, they don’t have two people making the drinks - the core purpose of a ‘coffee shop’. They should have an express line for people who just want to get a coffee, pay and go, instead of messing around with the many other items available, being asked about other coffee blends etc.

Costa inside Tesco. Ok except a little cool and sometimes fly problem.

With Costa you always know what you're going to get and this branch is no exception. Staff polite and attentive, drinks consistent, lemon muffin always a reliable choice. The tables were kept cleared and seating area was tidy.

Busy few seats, abrupt staff who just bark questions

Set in Tesco supermarket the area is small and not really separate from the shop could do with some privacy/ plants to separate it.Always busy but managed to get a seat, bonus when I visited a tea was a £1 selection of cakes and sandwiches are ok. Good thing is parking is free and handy.

Not easy to rate a Costa. It's part of a mega chain, so the only real difference is the view out of the window. Here it's a car park. But it's good to escape the shopping for a few minutes. Highly predicable.

It's a Costa, serves hot/cold drinks and does food.

This place is lovely to come coz of manager and his employees u can see them smile all the time. Really nice approach. Well done

Can get busy, but friendly staff and good coffee

Disappointing as ever, why do Costa coffee's barista's never know how to make a flat white. Also when you politely tell them they get arsey. So to clarify, a flat white by definition should have no foam on it, in it or anywhere near it. Stop making it like such as I'm going to think 1. You have no idea how to make one or 2. You've been directed from upstairs that there should be no wastage.
