Everything in this establishment was filthy, floors, tables, chairs, toilets, I could go on. Very disappointed, this place really lets the brand down. Not busy but no attempt made to clean anything, even the hand sanitizer was rot with drips all over the floor & hair stuck to it. Yuk, one to avoid. Coffee in our own cups of course. Coffee only low average.

Although fairly quiet the staff were not very accommodating. As no sugars, stirrers are out for use we had to ask for them which were given however i then asked for some napkins, as they were not out either, this was obviously to much for them as she made a big sigh and tutted. Not impressed, they need to lrarn some manners.

After reading about this place i was worried to try it but to my surprise my experience was nothing like those that other customers claim to have had. I went through the drive through wanting a quick drink and a bite to eat, a very helpful young girl named Alex was very welcoming and able to help me when i had questions about what foods would be suitable for me with my allergies. After my experience i will for sure be coming back. 5*

Ben is star. He was so kind and patient with me at Starbucks. I had only been there once so I was a little confused on the drinks selection, he suggested an excellent chai latte which I fell in love with. 5/5 review for Ben definitely will be coming more frequently.

First attempt using Starbucks drive through. We sat and waited in line after the point of no return whilst despite having updated at the check-in had to repeat ourselves at the pick up window. Then had to wait whilst our drinks were made. This took about 40 minutes and only had 5 cars in front of us. Would have been quicker to go into the shop itself. Never again Starbucks complete and utter waste of my time.

The Starbucks in the Weyhill Services East service station is dreadful. Apart from everything else, they had run out of tea! The cafe was dirty with tables not being cleaned and litter bins overflowing. Given the current pandemic, I would expect extra cleaning but this cafe did not seem to even be cleaned to a basic level. I appreciate that the staff were busy but I observed that when they had some free time between customers, rather than emptying bins and cleaning they just went outside for a smoke.

This coffee shop was disgusting. Dirty tables, crumbs all over the chairs & floor- a great place to catch Covid? We were the only people to use the NHS app everyone else was totally ignorant of it. The staff did not seem to care. Behind the counter didn’t look particularly clean either.

My car broke down on the A303 on Friday July 10th. As my car was getting fixed, we waited in the Weyhill West Starbucks and the hospitality was amazing. They were so kind to us, offering to let us stay until they had to lock up. They offered us free drinks and made us feel so welcome during such a stressful time. The place was clean and social distancing was maintained throughout. Was such a lovely Starbucks

Doesn't improve. The loos are revolting with hand driers not working. Completely inexcusable given we are being encouraged to wash hands etc carefully currently. Coffee is fine, service very slow. I've put it's NOT a fast food place because the service is so slow!!

Had reason to pop into three of EG Group (Eurogarages) Starbucks sites on the A303 recently - both Weyhill West and East, and also Barton Stacey - and have also visited on past occasions. Without exception they are all badly run and I feel very sorry for the staff who work there and have to put up with what must be dreadful management and a lack of proper support. While EG have spent money on the sites to make them look superficially very good there are a number of problems, and the situation appears to be getting worse:1. I have only ever seen two staff on duty at a time - they have to service the restaurant and takeaway, the drive thru, as well as clear the tables and check the toilets. As a result you frequently get queues, tables uncleared and the toilets are usually pretty unpleasant. I don't blame the staff - they are nice people who do their best, but they don't seem to have the right support.2. Barton Stacey had run out of food.3. The mens toilet was out of service in both Weyhill sites. The floor of the toilets (on all three visits) was very unpleasant - they had not been cleaned properly for some time.4. They were only accepting cash (no cards) in Weyhill East, and wanted exact money.If I were Starbucks management I would remove the franchise from EG Group - it does their reputation and brand no good at all. And to EG Group management - sort out the way you manage your sites - staff them properly and do not try to run them on the cheap.

It’s a chain, so the coffee - all I needed - was absolutely fine, and the WC was modern. The three staff were very friendly and the coffee made promptly. The building is light and airy, with not unpleasant music playing. And yet ... two stars?Cleaning, and perhaps maintenance. The place was almost empty - two customers - yet a third of the 16 tables had debris on them (well, 5/16, rising to 6/16 by the time I left after a slow coffee). The WC bowl needed a good clean. Possibly related: it was hard to flush. My guess: a new team, lacking experience - and experienced supervision.

Queue, gets to be, till broken, 6 staff hanging around, can’t you use the other till I say? Broken she replies. Can’t you put my order through drive though? No you will have UK drive round. (Even though they manually enter it and the person hands them the card to a person beside the till) that iced fruit bun I say pointing. She asks me the name, I read the label next to it. Sorry we don’t have any of them couldn’t make it up. I then ask for an oat milk latte from the menu. Sorry we don’t do oat milk. By now I am forming a comedy sketch in my head. Tables dirty, floor filthy, toilets abysmal.. yet 6 staff on duty and only 6 people sitting down.

Fiasco to stop here .Plenty of other services to choose so will give this one a wide berth in future.Stopped here on the way home from Heathrow after an overnight flight so tired and hoping for coffee and hot breakfast.This used to be our preferred pit stop. Only food available was one sad looking bacon roll and some dried up cakes , told by staff they had not received a delivery .OK so opted just for coffee and a toasted bun .The coffee was luke warm , butter hard as rock and plastic cutlery ! The decor was dark and dreary .Starbucks wherever ever never ever again .

I now know why we go to Costa machines at garages. For a great catchment area for people wanting a break, this Starbucks has a long way to improve in many area’s. the toilets were dirty and the coffee was bitter and undrinkable. Sent first flat white back and the second one, wasn’t really any better. Definitely MORE training required and don’t practice on your customers....

Stopped here for a coffee & toilet break. Wish we hadn’t bothered. The ladies toilet was not clean and didn’t have any toilet paper. My husband said the men’s toilet had toilet paper but it was all over the floor!! There was also a sign up basically saying ‘that customers should tell the staff when the toilets need replenishing as the staff are busy serving drinks’. Surely there should be a timed system put in place for the staff to check the toilets, it shouldn’t be up to the customers to tell the staff that the toilets need cleaning.

I have to agree with all the other terrible reviews. my daughters had been asking to go to Starbucks for ages. They had seen youtubers chatting about it. I searched for the nearest Starbucks and as it was fairly new we thought we'd give it a go. I ordered two Rocky road, two smoothies plus a vanilla latte . I used to have such fond memories of vanilla lattes. The interior was so baron and empty. Almost industrial like with no music or atmosphere. My vanilla latte had no vanilla and was pretty gross. We were given the cakes in a paper bag! The cashier seemed confused and didn't even ask if we were eating in or taking away. Hardly service with a smile! My expensive latte was in a plastic cup! We stayed for five minutes. It's safe to say we won't be going to starbucks again. Two disappointed little girls looking forward to a half term treat. I'm fuming after wasting £15

One of the poorest and most run down Starbucks I have ever visited. A hastily printed note on the door announced only one coffee machine working but the soulless staff had no sense of apology for the delay. The Ladies toilet was out of order; the cubicle lock on the gents was out of order too. The staff spoke so softly that I couldn’t hear what was being asked of me. The sandwich was heated but not cut and put into a paper bag that was clearly not grease proof. Oh and no-one was clearing tables. Still at least the coffee was cheap...not.

Stopped at the Eastbound Starbucks. Only three cars in the car park but it took 25 minutes to get a coffee. Initial service very quick involving payment, cake selection and producing the tea but the coffee took the rest of the time as the next member of staff only 'did cold drinks' whilst the third was taking a very long time filling up the ice cubes. Only when told not to bother, did some one decide they could provide a black coffee! By this time the car park was nearly full, huge queue in the cafe and the tea was cold! Will not bother again but continue to the Wild Bean/M&S; garage the other side of Andover. Total chaos.

I arrived at 1015hr on a Saturday morning recently and although this restaurant was not terribly busy it looked like a bomb had gone off some time earlier. Firstly I was greeted by disinterested staff who seemed to be irritating customers by presenting incorrect orders, talking among themselves about their previous night out and so on. It is possibly the worst customer service I have ever witnessed at a Starbuck's. The floor was dirty and looked as if it had not been swept for days, coffee spills on tables and chairs. Sugar and milk station had not been tidied for days and general untidiness throughout the premises. It did not appear there was a lack of staff as there were several behind the counter chatting while one older gentleman made the coffees. Finally the toilets......had I visited before ordering breakfast I would have walked out. It is fair to say the toilets are a reflection of the general malaise of this establishment. What a shame Starbucks.......great location, modern facility but let down by extremely poor standards.

We visited the east-bound site mid morning, for coffee and a pastry. The coffee was good but the pastries and other available snacks were grossly overpriced so we went without. The men’s toilet was disgusting, it smelled strongly of urine and the floor was wet with urine.

Awful place. The toilets were out order. There was no stock, they said they were expecting a delivery that evening. The staff were extremely slow and chatting amongst themselves. When I noticed that the cup was dirty they just said they’d swill it round (Health Hazard). Tables and floor filthy. We’ve visited here 3 times now, all very poor, will avoid here in the future.

3 staff were in the building and not one could clear the dirty tables of rubbish. They took 10 mins to prepare one black coffee! The toilets were disgusting looked like they had not been cleaned in 2 months. We were the only couple in there and we were very disappointed! You think you are going to take a break from driving with a nice tea and coffee but you leave sorely disappointed! It would’ve been better to get a drink from the garage opposite!

due to working in london i commute past weyhill services many times a week and over the past few months i have seen a dramatic change in starbucks. staff seem more trained, general cleanliness is a massive improvement and the service i have recieved from the members of staff is lovley and at a much faster pace. most mornings i notice the same two girls chloe and olivia have been working and have made my stop very pleasing and made me lovely coffees. very walm and welcoming memebers off staff. will definatly carry on passing through these services.

Stopped for coffee at 3pm, needed a loo stop, ordered coffee and food, then used loos, we found the toilets we disgusting, most tables full of empty cups and litter, floor dirty, not impressed and not what I expected, waited ages for coffees and food which came up in dribs and drabs, poor very poor, it more like a greasy joes cafe.
