Subway in Medway

The shop looked closed down. Dirty windows, inside looked dead, no atmosphere at all. On wrapping the sub the filling fell out and I don't think the assistant put it all back in. Not great.

Salad box, charged £6-99 and the box barely had anything in, the server had his ear phones in while serving me, talking to his friend on the phone

I'm actually reviewing the take out service on 25th December 2023 from this subway. It was delivered late over an hour and I live in Rochester. The food was stone cold and tasted vile my son was sick after eating it and so was I.

Visited Rochester subway for a bite to eat with family members. I was shocked how warm inside the place was when I went in. Placed the orders, I was given a measly sprinkle of cheese on each. The lettuce had brown/yellow pieces in it and didn't look fresh at all, cheese was sprinkled on after the salad, which usually goes on following the meat slices, only put 2 slices of turkey in, I usually have 3. Anyway I let it go and didn't mention it We Sat down to eat and my husband had all watered down garlic sauce running out of his wrap, it looked like watered down sauce. It was mostly salad in the wrap and it had a horrible taste like gone off lettuce which spoilt the whole thing. I left half of it and binned it, it tasted vile. I certainly won't be eating here again! It needs to be checked out as it was way too hot in there as well! We left disappointed in the quality of the food served here!

We were visiting for a few days and called in to get a snack. Such friendly helpful service, the second time we visited Rocheter we called again. Very generous fillings and ultra fresh bread.

WORST Subway, no - WORST FOOD PLACE, I’ve ever been to. I usually have to stand there for half an hour being ignored while delivery orders are prioritised (and I mean delivery orders that were ordered ten minutes after you arrived) so this time I decided to order for delivery because it would be quicker (even though I live a five min walk away). THIS arrived. Cold and absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even ask for sauce and they gave me 4x servings of two sauces. The salad contents were wrong too. The meat wasn’t even visible. Totally inedible, I was starving but it straight in the bin. Never going back.

jus wanted a subway to take home for quickness . 6 inch italion herb the roll was so stale the bread was breaking up the tuna inside was hardly any worstt subway ever

Before I start let me just say our wraps and subs were all as we had asked no problems there. I had to say my order at the till around 6 times at the till, 2 kids meals 1 adult meal right not hard, don't know why they were so confused. As I was trying to pay a lady rushed in full of apologies asking if she could grab a cookie for her daughter who was passed out in the door way, explained she would pay in a minute, to tell u I had to restrain myself from grabbing 1 for the poor lady but eventually she was handed one, wrapped up in a tissue in a bag (hello, not important right now) anyways I eventually paid walked off found somewhere to sit and eat and they hadn't put the cookies in the bag, honestly couldn't write it.

Very poor quality food, not enough toppings. We have been eating in other Subways and it was great, but this one never again. Ham sandwich with only two slices of cheese. We paid for extra cheese on the one with olives and hardly any cheese in it. Steak sandwich with no steak. Unbelievable. Please see attached pictures

Waited for 10 minutes was not acknowledged by lady behind the counter didn’t lift her head from what she was doing. delivery driver came in to collect she was rude to him also (guys just doing his job) waited a bit longer didn’t realise I was wearing my invisibility coat today left hungry without ordering was still not acknowledged as I left. Just had some cheese on toast at home was amazing glad i did after reading other reviews would have been disappointing anyway! MERRY CHRISTMAS

I asked for a steak sub and the bread to be toasted well done. Also ordered nachos and hash browns. The bread wasn't toasted at all. The nachos I couldn't see the meat and the hash browns were fatty as. Im giving up subway it was that bad.

The attitude an body language was negative, it shown they didn't want to be their, or their not appreciated by their management you can really tell simply by the way one staff member spoke to me when requesting ingredence in my sub way bread stick. Hygiene issues was they where touching food with their bear hands and not useing gloves and their drinking machine for soft drinks needed to be cleaned out you cna tell it wasn't clean in ages. I know I work in the hospitality industry. However the positive thing was the food was, fresh and value for money and was nice to eat and enjoyed it. Just a few slight improvements and issues that need to be solved before getting 5 stars.

Orderd a steak wrap and there was no meat in it at all absolutely disgusting , cashier just didn’t have a clue

Visited this store (not my usual) yesterday and was greeted by a polite young man who was happy to change his gloves at my request as I am vegan. I had the meatballs without the meat and they tasted delicious. The worker was delicate with my sub all throughout the making of my sub. Although, I requested vegan cheese which he put on, but it did not taste the most attractive

It took 40 minutes to get a sandwich. Why you may ask? This particular branch of Subway doesn’t actually a erve waiting customers anymore, they only prepare deliveries for Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats drivers. There were at least 15 customers waiting, but the manager kept telling the only single other member of staff working to prepare the deliveries for drivers who hadn’t even arrived there yet. Absolutely shocking service. Oh, and they also didn’t have any bread. Which is kind of important for a sandwich shop. This is the second time I have waited this long, but it was certainly the last.

Staff were extremely rude and incompetent. I asked for hot chilli sauce in my roll, which was right in front of the woman, and she looked at it, went round the back and brought out some Indian chilli sauce. This was obviously not what I asked for. She then proceeded to squirt a tiny dot in the centre of the roll. It took me 20 minutes for service and I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with a subway in all of my life.

Visited with my partner to grab breakfast and a drink. It wasn’t busy and there was no one on front to serve, my partner stood there for a good 15-20 mins say hello!!!? When the person finally came out she went on her phone! Never had a bad thought about subway until now.

I think the manager is bloody rude the salad was old and brown I asked for new salad he told me there's nothing wrong with it so he got new salad out I said now tell me the difference in the colour of that salad he soon shut up how rude and terrible of him get ur acts together or move out end off

I am absolutely disgusted with what my partner just bought home. I am in a state of shock I have. Ever seen a subway like this. I gave it my dog minus the peppers of course. Utter slop. Get it together Subway.

well the subs are usual fare and there is not much to deviate from the set menus.this was possibly the worst of the ones we have visited so fartables were dirty. no chairs ..the place can easily accomodate lot more tables..staff didnt bother to smile or reciprocate. felt as if they were doing a favour when making our subthe cheese nachos had like 1gm of cheese not recommending this place at all..

Not the best subway we have visited. Not enough staff for the amount of customers, tables were not clean, food over the floor, bin over flowing. Had to wait until after we had finished our meal until they restocked the drinks machine and even then tasted awful. Wouldn’t visit there again.

Very good service, standard Subway fare. The sandwich was good, from the universal Subway menu. Why not?

Subway is a chain, so you know what to expect food wise.Staff were really friendly and engaging here. Helped answer a query too.Table we sat at was dirty, but this was due to previous occupant not clearing up after themselves. Could be a few more seats for the space they have.

It's alright but it really isn't that great...much prefer the one in Strood if I want a quick tasty sandwich.

Waiting for my daughter in Rochester decided to have a quick snack and never been to a subway so I thought I would try it and having a poor Indian the day before in the high street I was hoping to be lucky. How wrong was I bread was under done food trays were a mess and coffee was watery, hope my third meal in Rochester will be better, watch this space

Me dio pena cuando el té en la Catedral de Rochester cerradas durante un período pero necesita un bocadillo. Metro probado Esta es mi segunda visita y las dos veces me he encontrado la opción de comida buena y sabrosa. El precio es un poco confuso como la primera vez que pagué alrededor de 3 libras por un sabroso y esta vez más de £5, así que no estoy seguro de la diferencia. Me senté en el tiempo no era bueno y estaba muy tranquilo cuando me fui. Pronto después de grandes grupos de estudiantes visitantes vinieron así que cambió rápidamente con personas esperando más tiempo para su orden. . La comida es sabrosa, con una buena variedad de rellenos y ensaladas. En general, parece bastante limpio pero el aire acondicionado sobre la puerta estaba sucio y había una enorme araña en el techo cerca. Rochester no es un "barato" lugar para comer, así que Metro no bastante bien por la relación calidad-precio.
