Lamentablemente poco después de tenerlos tuve que ir al baño con diarrea severa, no lo haga lo que había en el café, nunca tuve un problema de estómago tan malo, dolor en mi vida. Tuve que correr dos veces a los baños públicos (NO baños públicos en Southampton), así que ten en cuenta que podría pasarle a cualquiera como me pasó a MÍ.

Very rude. Told couldn't sell anything as the WiFi is down due to the rain... Weren't even allowed to pay cash.. And told to go elsewhere. 1st and last visit..

This pub has permanently closed although it is still advertised on some hotel booking websites. There is no pub in the hotel, only a lounge bar and classic dinning restaurants.

We we ended up with vaguely coffee flavoured milk. Ordered a cappucino and a cortardo. Oh, they were awful. One can tell by their weght you're off to a bad start: too much milk. Perhaps this is the coffee equivalent of reversion to the mean: an unrelenting move back to the "milky coffee" of the cafes of my youth. Vaguely coffee flavoured hot milk but absolutely not coffee. Shocking. I am slowly adjust my order: will now include the words "foam" and "do not add too much milk". And I do know they can do it if they try. It's getting their attention that's important; and sending back the crap coffee (have done that when presented with semi-skimmed rather than the requested full-fat milk).

After popping into Greggs Saturday morning thinking I’d grab a steak bake and sausage roll as I was staying in Travelodge I have to say it was awful, the meat in the steak bake was like dog’s meat and cold at that and the sausage roll was also disgusting so both items went straight in the bin. Would never eat from this Greggs again Very disappointed

Came on Sunday afternoon for some lunch. Place looked good, football was on for the boys, pool tables for entertainment and a good selection of food and drinks on the menu. The guy working behind the bar was very friendly and welcoming. The other staff not so much. Most cocktails on the menu were off, only a choice of two or three. Food had to go back as it was cold. Was put in the microwave and brought back. I just found it unreasonable value for money for something that wasn’t enjoyable. £70 for microwaved food that returns dried up and means your all eating separately isn’t what I expected.

The food here is delicious and it’s amazing to find so many vegan options that also taste lovely. The Bronuts are inspired! Worth a visit alone. The kitchen opening times are a bit hit and miss which can be frustrating. The staff are very friendly. The decor is pleasant although the music can be too loud and distracting. The only change that could make it better would be if it opened all day especially at weekends.

Used the cafe for the first time and will definitely be the last. 3 star hygiene should be a 1 ! Loose dog running around the kitchen, then the loose dog came up to my 2 year old sniffing her food. Desperately in need of a deep clean. Oil definitely needs changing, the smell was burning my eyes; hence the awful Chips. Oil must be very dirty, scampi was hard and crispy. Very expensive & poor value; the plates couldn’t get any smaller. On top of this terrible experience with the dreadful food, I’ve never come across such rude miserable staff. Would definitely not recommend. In desperate need of a visit from a health and hygiene officer. Only wish I’d taken photos

Always a great place to walk around in. You will usually find what you want and the stsff are very helpful. Not a place you can just pop into. Visited again, and it's been a while. Since the carpet shop has gone it's expanded into that space so more to see and buy. My only criticism is I specifically went to buy net curtailing only to discover that there are only two people apparently trained to operate a pair of scissors (heath and safely) as other untrained staff may cut off their fingers. And these trained staff are only available by appointment before 5pm. What nonsense a member of staff can't measure and cut some net curtain for a customer. Are the staff do stupid, surely not.

Great, efficient , friendly customer service. Nothing was too much and staff were all very helpful and informative, especially Tom. The actual building is really nice too.

The restaurant was good with great food and lovely music, but they need to improve their services we waited for our food for ages two hours, I almost gave up and left. 😅, but what made me stay longer was the ladies night event the music was brilliant. 😂

Lovely staff always make u welcome, I've put 4 stars as my only disappointment was foreigners in there eating McDonald's ,this is surly not allowed.

Honestly, this was the most disgusting 🤢 breakfast I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering. The food looked like it had been abandoned on the grill , and the egg? Let’s just say it looked questionably unhealthy, like it was going through something 😵‍💫. The hashbrown was a joke. FYI, “brown” is just in the name — it doesn’t mean it should so dry and over cooked. I don’t know if the cook was having a bad day or if this is their usual standard, but either way, Morrison Café really needs to step up. Zero care, zero flavor, and definitely zero stars from me.

Never any napkins. Also confused bakewell slice worker. Big prices, small portions. Overall would go here again.
