This must be on of the worst Range shops. Untidy, lots of things not priced but the worst thing about the shop was the cafe. Large menu but only jacket potatoes left !! Paid over £17 for 2 jackets and 2 coffees and the potatoes were not good at all. They didnt even have a side salad left which was part of the meal. Coffee was OK though. Won't be back

Brilliant shop, so many different items from dog food to beds and sofas. Have a browse then stop for a coffee in the cafe, and then wander round again. Happy staff willing to help customers.

The Range in Worthing is now huge! So much to choose from! A pleasure to walk around this fabulous store! Lots of bargains at the moment in their January reductions!

Looked messy. Store not very well organised, things with no pricing and lots empty shelves. Iceland was very disappointing with limited choice. Chichester stores loads better will go there in future not Worthing.

Want to do a quick shop in Iceland, but no way as the queue was long with only two tills open I decided to go elsewhere absolutely terrible.

I bought a pack of 8 x 8 in blank cards to make my own birthday cards. Quality was unbelievable rubbish: cards not scored and folded cleanly, some cards dirty and smeared, most envelopes stuck together and unusable. Shan't be shopping for art bits at the Range anymore.

Unhygienic food contamination by pet dogs allowed in food areas licking and pawing at food that is then sold to the public. Risk to the public of contamination by feacal matter, saliva, and animal borne parasites. Particularly bad around the till area where childrens food and sweets are kept at floor level. Staff witnessed this, and seemed fine with it

I love this store but today I was disappointed, I was Christmas shopping and couldn't find something so I went and asked an employee and I couldn't believe how rude he was. he told me "your leaving it a bit late aren't you should have thought about this earlier" and then walked off. I've worked in retail before so this was so sad to see. I know it's stressful this time of year but there's not need to be rude to customers or anyone for that matter.

Purchased a rug on line which you couldn't return to store, it was delivered faulty, wanted to send it back, customer service absolutely appallingly, kept replying with the same questions which I provided. Wasn't given any opportunity to send the rug back, even though i requested it on several occasions.Then they stopped replying to my emails. Disgusting customer service. Would NEVER buy from the range again. Now stuck with a rug that is faulty and unusable had to take it to the tip. Total waste of money. Save your money don't buy anything from the range you can't take back to the shop. I should of looked at the reviews for the range customer services most were 1 star!!!!.

Its fine over all, has a lot going on. But really busy,as in the aisles are really busy. It was Christmas time so please keep that in mind. Staff serving were pleasant enough. It won't be some where I visit often

Love the Range..but shame on them...as me and my very kind friend went shopping there last week. We did most of our Christmas shopping so we spent quite a bit of time in there, as we have done many times before. And had lunch in the cafe upstairs. We never knew we had to rush around ..as we was picking presents x decorations. But today my poor friend got slapped with a £60 fine for parking in the range carpark..we was doing our shopping and parked in the car park innocently. The range should make people aware of this ..as it was so busy in there that day that's why we was in there a good while. Been told it's a private company carpark ..even tho it's the Range carpark. Who has £60 to spare at this time ..and all we was doing was our Christmas shopping . And now my poor friend is £60 out of pocket in these hard times..totally disgusting. ☹️☹️☹️

Spent £200 here last week as sister has just bought a house. We were supposed to be going back tomorrow but just received a parking fine of £100 for over staying in the car park 26 minutes. (We didnt even see a sign)Absolutely furious !!! They have lost a big sale as I will be going elsewhere and won't be returning again.

If I could give minus star ratings I would. Went here to buy a lot of stuff for my new home and decided to have a coffee.as well. I never realised there was a parking limit of 3 hours! Why? It's in the middle of a housing estate, where else would you go from here? 26 minutes over and a £100 fine. Never again. I spent a lot of money here. I was planning on returning tomorrow to buy more items. Also held up for ages on the checkout due to a mirror having no price on it, so that is a good 10- 15 minutes queuing and then waiting for a price on an item. A lot of items are not priced or incorrectly priced. I would have thought in the current economic climate The Range would welcome customers not put you off ever returning! When we contacted the Range we were told to take it up with the parking company. Nice.

I like the store, however many of the staff are unhelpful, and don’t appear to be on duty even when you’re ringing the bell for assistance and when, after complaining to CS are unable to assist as they don’t work in the department where I needed assistance. I appreciate the stores get busy, however management need to train their staff to cope and not be so rude when they can’t assist and find a member of staff that can.

The range itself is great for bargains and having the Iceland section in it is amazing too. But the cafe I'm not overly impressed with as every time I have been there I can never get hot food. It's always "there's a leak in the kitchen" or "our fridges are broken". Always an excuse for not having any hot food even when advertised on the menu as it's not covered over or has a sign saying no hot food on it. Very frustrating. But the cabinets don't ever offer anything worth trying as compensation for it either. Last time I went at about 3pm there was nothing really in it and the cake my mum bought was horrible she said. So 5 stars for the range but -5 stars for the cafe. Some of the staff in the cafe were friendly, the girl with glasses was very nice and bubbly.

Easily the worst range I’ve ever been in. Loads of stuff not priced. Stuff everywhere and generally all slap dash and for a retail store I’ve never witnessed such poor displays and not one aisle that looks like it’s had any passion put into making it nice

Great store always good service

A great shop which seems to sell everything for the home.

Messy. The management refused a refund of a frozen item from the instore Iceland. Prices were conflicting I noticed once I had left the store. 4 minutes I return Manger refused price honour or a refund of the goods. I had to suck up their price mess up.

Cluttered, lack of parent and disabled parking.

I used to like this shop,but such a miserable you woman served us I will be going to Dunelm in future.They employ a much better class of assistant.Worthing store.

Chaos. Cheap garden section. Not as good as Wilko's was

Lovely store with some great cheap items. The major problem is the staff. It’s like day of the living dead. A lot of them mope about and are very negative/short with customers. I prefer to go to the one in Crawley as they are a lot nicer. It’s a shame, I’m not sure if it’s because of the work environment being terrible which is a problem with the Range itself or if it’s just a collection of people who just hate their job. Summary- 3 stars for the really cheap items which a lot are really high quality for what you pay. 2 stars taken as it feels very cold and unwelcoming due to the staff.

States dog friendly but confronted by a staff member in aggressively verbal manner tell us to get out of frozen food area, fact that dogs were not allowed in this area was not obvious and no signs could be seen. Attitude of staff member left a lot to be desired, you can explain in a civilised manner the rules regarding dogs but this staff member obviously had no customer communication training. Sent email to complaints department, didn't get any response.

I asked a staff member where they kept methylated spirits and he asked me what methylated spirits were. Someone who works there actually asked a customer what something was, unbelievable! Did their staff actually attend school?

Staff are really helpful but externally and internally it looks shabby! It needs some tlc.

Customer support is horrendous. It should have been simple to return a couple of items. but no I have to personally contact there supplier to try and get my money back. There store Whatsapp number is a joke. It's just a bot that wastes your time. I will never buy from this shop again.

First thing came into range to use wheelchair only had one footplate 👎🏻.Store looked dirty not replenished sheaves. Cafe: rude lady I wanted sausage sandwich she replied not happening I’m on my own we’ve got sausage rolls ,disgusting dirty on all tables🤮 wasn’t busy either only us and 2 other people. Then got to the till lady on service desk seemed a bit offish again rude.wanted to use basket as I was pushing my disabled partner no can’t take basket out it’s not allowed only needed it for 2 seconds Worst range experience I’ve been to. Won’t be returning.

Here I can find something that I don’t find in other stores (art supplies), a good selection of home decor, the range of furniture at the exhibition is small, but there is an online store and yesterday goods for Christmas appeared

Friendly staff. Laid out like a Range / Dunelm. Picked up some thermal blackout curtains (own brand) and they are working well.

Awful staff. I wanted to return a product next day and I was refused because product wasn't packed exactly the same way I bought it. This lady pretended to be a manager, she refused the product. We spent 45 minutes until a real man in charge appears and agreed immediately to refund me and take the product back. Rude staff and poorly trained, not aware of policy and return right that customer has.. Ps. Refused to give her name and cover the badge

One of the cashiers was very friendly however the prices of the little packets of screws etc were quite expensive

An unbelievable range of things for the home and garden that you're sure to find what you're looking for here. Plus, a large range of frozen foods too. Amazing!

SLOPPY DECEIVING COMPANY..RUDE LAZY STAFF. when shopping in The Range Worthing. Rung up at till as £22.99 instead of what is stated on shelf.( No other blue beach chairs in the store ) The descriptions matched but told at the till have to pay £22.99 . This is not the first time this has happened to me in this store where charged more at till than what I've been led to believe I'm paying from the price label description that has matched. Not 1st or last time this has happened to me so it seems to be a bad habit of this store, which means many other unaware customers have are being overcharged when purchasing many items in one go. Also noticed on social media local groups it's a regular occurrence. When email complaints no reply back..pigeons inside the shop leaving droppings not hygienic and they sell food

The two young men in the shop today were very good, and it was a pleasure to go into the shop.

I found everything I needed. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Shocking customer service. I spent over £1k online in one go and although the order process was ok (quick enough to take your money) but the delivery of the order was awful. The order was messed up and the company were not very interested in sorting it. We ordered three different items, 1x garden egg chair, 1x two seater sofa and 1 garden table and chair set. The garden table and chair set was a preorder so I wasn't expecting this on the delivery day. This was made clear on the order confirmation. On delivery day, I receive 2x egg chairs, no sofa. An hour and a half on the phone all was resolved, or so we thought. The extra egg chair was collected a week later. Another delivery arrange for the missing sofa, delivery day comes, wrong sofa. Another hour on the phone to sort out the issue and another delivery arrange for the correct sofa. A week later, correct sofa arrives but still got the wrong sofa sat in our house taking up space. Another week later, the wrong sofa is collected. All these issues and not a personalised apology, just a blanket, meaningless email. I wrote to the CEO twice for help and got no response despite getting read receipts from my emails.

Just stocks everything you need wonderful shop

Always love coming here, especially to the art section. Great amount of everything, from gardening tools to seasonal decorations. Whenever Christmas rolls around there's a HUGE selection of it so if you're big on that stuff then definitely come here. In terms of art, sketchbooks, pencils, paints, glitter, stickers, notebooks, etching pads, sticky notes, glue, scissors, pens, poscas, they have literally everything you could possibly want. Staff are always kind and helpful and nice to chat to. Decent selection of gardening items such as seeds, plant pots etc. Cat treats, food, toys are all here. I buy dreamies from here a lot. Big storage boxes and the Iceland is filled with different frozen foods and drinks, and to the back of it there are snacks. Anyways, I highly recommend coming here for anything you may need.

This store is huge and the stock changes. A good place to go for a selection of items. One of those places where you go on for one item and come out with six!

Good range of items from each department, their furniture and beds/sofas are expensive unless they last a long time and are useful to the purchaser.

Very annoying place now. There is an alleged Iceland there, however it is just a franchise type extra that stocks very little of interest seeming to be obsessed with Cheap Pizza. The remainder of the store "The Range" has grown a lot but is so disjointed and badly organised that it is hard to find what you need. At the end of the shopping trip the final insult is to join the queue of shame waiting for a check out while your frozen purchases thaw out!! Not impressed and will not be back.
