Starbucks in Worthing

i use this starbucks often and joel always welcomes me and asks me how my days been. he makes the best drinks and is great at recommending products. great service joel, keep it up!

Gloomy and unwelcoming as u enter, bare and everyone seems miserable, fancied a frappacino with my lg so went to sit down ur spoilt for choice we moved to a 2nd table as wanted to be near window, the place is grimy and unkempt, u can still stains on the walls and splash stains from god knows what the floor is very dirty and under the tables too, we sat on some Cushioned chairs but they were filthy and aged looking, basically the whole place needs jet washing ! Frappes were nice.

Half of my drink was soaked into the bag, my drink was meant to have cream on it but there was no evidence of it. Probably due to half being spilt. The other drink wasn’t blended enough so half of it wasn’t drinkable.

Driver need to be checking orders before leaving as items are missing more and more there’s days

They are ok at doing shakes and frappes but the coffee is very average at best. My oat cappuccino was well over frothed and when I returned to ask if this was normal for them they confirmed that this was the case for oat milk. I make my own coffee in a dual boiler at home with oat milk all the time and the only time milk becomes a bubble bath is when it’s been textured poorly. It would have been ok if they’d accepted this and made a new one but this wasn’t the case. Very disappointing, won’t be returning.

Perfect order arrived with no leaks and quicker which was brilliant

Friendly people but overall the place was grubby and tired.

Delivery driver turned up and provided me with google translate. It said - sorry I split your drink, you can get a refund. I requested another one and she said ok. However never returned with the replacement. She also left the spilt product outside.

I ordered 2X Paninis and a muffin, what I got was 3 x paninis. No note or any sort of explanation. Seems like a very peculiar mistake to make! Can the staff not read?

Coffees were stone cold and the latte had spilt so was missing some. So disappointed

A very basic Starbucks, no atmosphere. Didn't seem very popular, we popped in whilst passing. Tuna Melt was disgusting, I have eaten it in the USA, which was delicious, their version here bears no resemblance. No comfortable seating either. They don't want you to stay long!

Toastie was stone cold and I don’t even know what the drink was meant to be.

Popped in for a coffee with my daughter. The staff were very friendly. Pleased to help me when I was faffing around with my Starbucks app and gift card. The lovely girl showed me how to use it. It was last Weds 28th, sorry I don’t remember your names, but all 3 staff in there were so lovely and friendly. Best dirty chai latte in Worthing ☕️😋

Extremely unhappy I asked for no whipped cream and there was whipped cream when the order was delivered, due to my dietary requirement I couldn’t have what I ordered, what a was of £18 for 2 drinks that I couldn’t drink.

Absolutely awful the coffee had no taste at all such a shame as we visit Starbucks on a regular basis but this was just awful and for the price I wouldn’t be ordering again!

Disappointing visit here. Coffee was fine but ladies toilet was rusty and so unclean.

I visited starbucks on Monday lunchtime it wasn't busy but service was slow ordered cappuccino and it was bitter

Great Starbucks if you have to study or take a work call. I came here as I had a meeting and I couldn't get home in time after dropping the kids off. It has a main cafe and then two big meeting rooms out the back. The staff were friendly too!

It is always a good experience at Starbucks whether if it's at Worthing's Broadwater branch or Worthing Town or even at Brighton's Churchill Square branch😊

Not up to Starbucks usual expectations. Slow service, due to under staffing, wooden cutlery may save money but it's a real drop in standards. Considering the ample size of the premises the toilets are tiny, really tiny. I won't be back.

Served quickly & politely with fantastic coffee

Incompetent delivery driver and we asked for creams on the hot drinks and didn’t get any

National chain...dirty, ripped, and stained seats. It's not a nice place to be. Maybe invest some profit and be half as good a Maldoons over the Road...

Love this Starbucks. Staff are really friendly, compared to other stores never had an issue with orders. My favourite place for coffee in Worthing.

This is the second one in a row that hasn’t been great at all. Yesterday just tasted like milk even when I asked for extra pumps of chia latte and today I didn’t even receive my drink as it spilt all over in the deliverers car

Everyone loves a Starbucks, especially a frappe!

My favourite Starbucks location thanks to the roominess, its well lit and makes a great place to do work. The staff are always nice. Coffee is very average and overpriced but that's Starbucks for you but it still remains my choice of workspace

Coffee arrived damaged no sticker on the iced latte on the lid to cover the whole of the lid so it has spilt everywhere in the bag all over my floor

Sat n waited to hear and 2 hours later get charged for no delivery never going to you again!!

About 1/4 of the drink was spilt in the bag which is highly frustrating when paying for an expensive product. Couldn’t taste the caramel syrup, two shots were ordered and paid for.

The service in this place is slow , I'll visit the other coffee houses in the future. Also I was served my cappuccino in a mug instead of a Cup. Obviously trades on its name rather than it service.

It is a Starbucks. Corporate coffee at its blandest.

Was okay not very clean Staff chatting alot amongst themselves. Lots of hair face touching didnt see no hand or anti bacterial going on before touching cups etc Slightly Worring in these uncertain times we are living in.

Have ordered from here before but my coffee just tasted nasty today to the point I threw it away. I don't know what the batista did but they messed something up badly......... waste of money if it doesn't come as normally does.

I was there yesterday morning for a catch up with a friend, as we were going to pay I asked if I could use my blue light discount card, just b4 I paid but as she (blonde young girl) already had entered the amount in full, the answer I had was ‘sorry, too late’. I found the customer service very poor, no engagement or any xmas spirit apart of the clothes they were wearing! Her colleagues were looking at me and nobody tried to help me, making me feel even worst for asking to use my card! I guess these girls would have been clapping for her emergency services during the pandemic… Shame on you all.

I asked for filter coffee with cream. There was no cream.

Order arrived very quickly, but was entirely wrong, negating the benefits of it arriving early. Ordered a cappuccino and a festive latte, got neither and instead received what can only be described as two lukewarm milks with hints of coffee. Neither were correct, very disappointing.

Popped in for a coffee and wouldn’t usually leave a review for a drink, but this place is horrible. Cold welcome by staff, coffee wasn’t nice but the place was disgusting. Chairs everywhere, tables not cleared and the floor was disgusting. Three staff on but no one could be bothered to do anything other than stand around talking and look on phones. This is the problem with these establishments, no leadership or motivation. Poor.

The cups I ordered were different from the picture which lead to me now have the same as I already had

A brief visit to here this morning, a really friendly gentleman behind the till. So welcoming and smiley.

Driver wasn’t great and just stared at my breasts as I was in a sports bra, was also nearly 50 minutes late

Food and drink were delivered really quickly, however, I ordered an eggnog latte and couldn’t taste any eggnog in it at all, I think whoever made it forgot to put it in.

I normally go to Costa however today I thought I would try Starbucks I was pleasantly surprised the service was prompt and polite the coffee latte in my humble opinion tastes a lot nicer than Costa

Nasty, unpleasant delivery driver. Thrust my order at me with a rude and intimidating glare. I asked him what his problem was and he stormed off to his car and ignored me. He seemed to have a major attitude problem.

The standard is this sore has gone down dramatically its such a shame it used to be one of the best coffe shops around the area. Some stuff members they don't seem to care about urgency in serving customers...you find some just chatting and laughing behind the counter when que is snaking around..

Not too happy , had a missing shortbread and 2 of the nut and fruit bars … no refund offered even though the staff at Starbucks had written on the bag sorry the above are out of stock …

Delivery was late, drinks correct and nice but were warm (iced drink) however totally missing both food items which we ordered.

This order was not only cold but spilled everywhere all over the bags was soaked and stained my new carpet!!

Had a really brief visit here as we were travelling through and, with the heatwave we've been experiencing, we needed ice drinks. Lisa was fantastic at taking our order, and left us smiling and laughing after she light-heartedly took our many varied requests. The team made fantastic iced coffee and even filled up our water bottle with ice. A real privilege to visit, and Lisa was definitely the highlight of our visit - a real asset to the team!
