Starbucks in Worthing

Popped in for a coffee with my daughter. The staff were very friendly. Pleased to help me when I was faffing around with my Starbucks app and gift card. The lovely girl showed me how to use it. It was last Weds 28th, sorry I don’t remember your names, but all 3 staff in there were so lovely and friendly. Best dirty chai latte in Worthing ☕️😋

Disappointing visit here. Coffee was fine but ladies toilet was rusty and so unclean.

I visited starbucks on Monday lunchtime it wasn't busy but service was slow ordered cappuccino and it was bitter

Great Starbucks if you have to study or take a work call. I came here as I had a meeting and I couldn't get home in time after dropping the kids off. It has a main cafe and then two big meeting rooms out the back. The staff were friendly too!

It is always a good experience at Starbucks whether if it's at Worthing's Broadwater branch or Worthing Town or even at Brighton's Churchill Square branch😊

Not up to Starbucks usual expectations. Slow service, due to under staffing, wooden cutlery may save money but it's a real drop in standards. Considering the ample size of the premises the toilets are tiny, really tiny. I won't be back.

Served quickly & politely with fantastic coffee

National chain...dirty, ripped, and stained seats. It's not a nice place to be. Maybe invest some profit and be half as good a Maldoons over the Road...

Love this Starbucks. Staff are really friendly, compared to other stores never had an issue with orders. My favourite place for coffee in Worthing.

My favourite Starbucks location thanks to the roominess, its well lit and makes a great place to do work. The staff are always nice. Coffee is very average and overpriced but that's Starbucks for you but it still remains my choice of workspace

The service in this place is slow , I'll visit the other coffee houses in the future. Also I was served my cappuccino in a mug instead of a Cup. Obviously trades on its name rather than it service.

Was okay not very clean Staff chatting alot amongst themselves. Lots of hair face touching didnt see no hand or anti bacterial going on before touching cups etc Slightly Worring in these uncertain times we are living in.

Very helpful staff. They even brought me a charger from the office to charge my dead phone. Big thanks.

I was there yesterday morning for a catch up with a friend, as we were going to pay I asked if I could use my blue light discount card, just b4 I paid but as she (blonde young girl) already had entered the amount in full, the answer I had was ‘sorry, too late’. I found the customer service very poor, no engagement or any xmas spirit apart of the clothes they were wearing! Her colleagues were looking at me and nobody tried to help me, making me feel even worst for asking to use my card! I guess these girls would have been clapping for her emergency services during the pandemic… Shame on you all.

Popped in for a coffee and wouldn’t usually leave a review for a drink, but this place is horrible. Cold welcome by staff, coffee wasn’t nice but the place was disgusting. Chairs everywhere, tables not cleared and the floor was disgusting. Three staff on but no one could be bothered to do anything other than stand around talking and look on phones. This is the problem with these establishments, no leadership or motivation. Poor.

A brief visit to here this morning, a really friendly gentleman behind the till. So welcoming and smiley.

I normally go to Costa however today I thought I would try Starbucks I was pleasantly surprised the service was prompt and polite the coffee latte in my humble opinion tastes a lot nicer than Costa

The standard is this sore has gone down dramatically its such a shame it used to be one of the best coffe shops around the area. Some stuff members they don't seem to care about urgency in serving customers...you find some just chatting and laughing behind the counter when que is snaking around..

Had a really brief visit here as we were travelling through and, with the heatwave we've been experiencing, we needed ice drinks. Lisa was fantastic at taking our order, and left us smiling and laughing after she light-heartedly took our many varied requests. The team made fantastic iced coffee and even filled up our water bottle with ice. A real privilege to visit, and Lisa was definitely the highlight of our visit - a real asset to the team!

I am appalled by the service of the staff. I visited my local Starbucks, for a catch up with my friends. I was rudely approached by a worker and told to be quiet when chatting and having fun at a respectful/ moderate volume. Never coming again!!

Awesome service, Never had orders mess up here. We have vegan dietary requirements so it's important that correct milks are used. even with limited edition drinks that don't give the option online to have alternative milks we just ring them and the staff are so good.

The frappacino and cake I had were excellent. Wasnt too busy. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and comfy chairs.

Friendly and professional staff, pleasent experience and very clean inside. Large amount of seating in this converted bank, you can even sit in the old vault. My preferred coffee shop in the vicinity. Would recommend a visit.

Had to ask for Frappuccino to be redone as one had sauce completely missing. Other drink wasn’t mixed properly - lumps of ice. Place was messy/grubby and needs a good manager. Much better Starbucks around.

Best Starbucks in UK! Today another great visit to the broadwater store. Simon and his team are always welcoming and happy to help with all requests. The coffee is perfectly extracted and served at the ideal temperature. Simon is always cheerful and happy to connect with the customers. The stores layout is clean and presentable, tables and chairs are clean and good condition, and there lots of variety on seating options The food availablity was good with all options available, and served on a clean plate with a napkin. Simon and his team deserve recognition for there hard work and presentation.

They are just so so friendly here. They have a lovely young staff and so I hope they're appreciated by their employer.

Staff were really helpful, which is usual for nearly all starbucks. They made my drink exactly as I like it.

An off chance visit recently. Ordered an Americano with some cold milk but it was lukewarm at best. Yes I could have changed it and re joined the queue but felt best just to drink it fairly quickly. Good staff, efficient and clean areas, but not the best today

I understand it’s a busy coffee shop (it wasn’t busy today when I came in) but every time I come here the baristas say something different about the heating up methods, today was that the cinnamon swirls couldn’t be heated up, when I know there is a setting for it because I work at a Starbucks. *edit* After speaking to the barista she explained that in that particular Starbucks they don’t heat up pastries, which is a bit odd but I guess it differs from store to store.

Popped in for a business meeting in the back room. The place was clean, service was quick and attentive.

I took my son for a hot chocolate and a sit inside. The coffee shop was clean and the service was as you'd expect. The hot chocolate was disappointing and once the froth had subsided I ended up with half a cup.

Standard Starbucks food and drink, so nothing special but it's predictable so you are always going to get a perfectly adequate cup of coffee.

Come here a lot with my boyfriend. Very friendly staff and amazing coffees and milk alternatives for anyone who has allergies.

Lovely staff. When my little one wanted a strawberry drink (as helpful as that is to the poor staff member) he suggested something strawberry flavour that he thought my little one would like and checked with me that it was OK to make for her. Fantastic customer service if you ask me!!

My mother and i went into the local starbucks and got only a water. the staff who was serving didn’t have extra cash so told my mum to get the exact money. whilst she was doing that, he rolled his eyes. he didn’t care about anyone or anything he just wanted to get his job done. That starbucks is horrible.

Went to broadwater one. 3 people complained they had froth on their drinks instead of cream so coffee made wrong n leaves all over the floor while we there. Not great.

Nice coffee but a bit pricey. I don't understand why some customers in the queue were wearing masks and some weren't when there is clear signage asking all customer to wear them. It felt a bit uncomfortable.

This is by far the Best Starbucks I've had down south. Not only do they make the drink perfect each and every time, even customising for this difficult customer lol 😆 but they are always Happy which makes my visit feel like I'm truly welcomed. In such difficult times it's so nice to be able to lose oneself from the crazy world and relax with good vibes! Lloyd and Olivia served me today and they are a credit to the brand! I actually find myself passing a few Starbucks on my way...but if you want perfection everytime or at least a smile with your coffee...then you just got to pop into tgis store. Broadwater Starbucks 🌟 second to none 🌟 Thankyou!

Been here on several occasions the place is always dirty which is surprising given the current covid situation. Drinks are a bit hit and miss you can get a good one but the majority are below average.

Drinks 7 out of 10. Polite and fun team. Very very dirty shop. I went there weeks ago and there was dirt everywhere on the floor and it still hasn't been cleaned. Due to covid we wear masks and wash our hands regularly but the staff hear don't wash there hands at all and behind the counter is a mess. Not going back till they clean up. ✌️

Yeah very nice......didn't realise blond lattes existed....coz I do like a milky coffee.... bacon roll was nice but no butter on the bap & we do like a bit of butter 🙂

Nice size, plenty of seating and unhurried. Good place to stare out of the window and watch the world go by.

Motorists beware!! The access road next to Starbucks is managed by a company called Oneparkingsolutions. They will rob you for £100 if you drive into the access road and wait or idle your car,which if you visit this starbucks you are likely to do. The signage is placed in a way to entrap you rather than to encourage you to pay for a parking ticket or move on. If starbucks want to operate next to these thief's then they need to warn their customers with clear signage or verbally.

Delicious coffee served with a smile. Staff were very helpful with advice on which espresso coffee to buy for my home too. Love this place. Definitely highly recommended!

Have seen some rather scathing reviews on here but I don’t agree with the feedback. I visit this Broadwater branch several times a week and find the team there to be excellent, especially the regular Sunday morning duo. Just observed one of them help an elderly lady out to get her lift. They are always polite, efficient and friendly even when making endless Frappuccino drinks. Selection of food has improved massively recently at this branch so they must have listened to feedback. But that has always been a Starbucks issue. There is more choice now especially vegetarian/vegan options and the cakes are far superior to Costa. The restaurant is always tidy and has a relaxed vibe. When mucky pup customers leave their table in a state, it is quickly cleaned up. I have seen some customers also be extremely rude which is totally unnecessary on a weekend day! I will keep returning as this is a nice place to spend half an hour relaxing with nice food and coffee.

Nice atmosphere here, never over busy which is great, but can be a bit noisy due to the hard floors etc. Will return. NB: Do not stop in the parking bays around the corner even for a few minutes as the cameras will pick you up and fine you. Speaking from experience ;-)

We called in for a coffee. Staff were were OK but not over friendly. Our table was not cleared - but only may have been recently vacated - but was not cleaned when staff came around, The toilets were - basic. Dark grey? tiles, Very dingy. No loo paper, no working hand dryer. Our overall impression? We would certainly never visit this Starbucks again - and, probably, any other Starbucks, It was obviously not a new cafe, but????

Spent a very pleasant hour or so here, with a companion. Excellent tall, skinny, cappuccino. My companion had a latte. Nice ambience, plenty of space and places to sit. Good loos.

They make some great drinks .need to think about the plastic waste they are producing.

Recommended for somewhere to sit with your laptop. A filter coffee gets a free refill so you can drag the price of a drink out to a full hour.

Sorry but I love tea but your sing very nice. But the hot chocolate is lovely as are the cakes and sandwiches
