New floor fitted, however, it's a light color that shows all the dirt, not a great choice for a high foot fall place!

Didn't try the food. Coffee was okay, not a great amount of my seating inside.

On approaching the counter my grandson and I were greeted by a young lady named Lia, she had a wonderful demeanour and smile, was engaging in conversation and very knowledgeable about the Costa products that were available. Lia was the perfect salesperson and made our stay a thoroughly enjoyable one Thank you Lia, well done Costa!!😊😊

Unprofessional staff, the quality of drinks is very bad. I asked for having in coffee, they did it in a take away cup and with careless. Very poor communication. Throwing away the order. I don’t recommend this place.

The order was missing a Hog Roast sandwich.

Not the best Costa in the land, offered no marshmallow or other upgrades to hot chocolate and despite being over an hour from closing.. half the store was blocked off and the chairs out the front were being packed away. Left a real feeling of being unwelcome and wanting to shut. If it were my business, it'd be open until it isn't.

Normally they’re great but three items ordered didn’t arrive today meaning I won’t have lunch now. I don’t have time to call the shop as working in a full clinic. Peeved!

Haven’t been in for months but welcomed back, how nice however, best thing is they’ve cleared up the moss and leaves outside , looks a million times better and now the dog doesn’t get covered in rubbish😀

Popped in on the Sunday, staff looked miserable & weren't over friendly, no atmosphere in the store. Drinks were ok, wouldn't stop for a 2nd drink

The drinks and snacks are all good but was disappointed to see all the Costa related rubbish strune about the street, it's a shame the people that use the place have no respect for the area.

Great staff. Great service as always. Coffee and drinks always hot. Food has great taste. Will be back soon. Even when busy staff are great and get it done ASAP.

lack of filling in mozzarella an tomato panni. It was a butter at best with one or two diced pieces of tomatoe an three grated bits of cheese. I wouldn't have paid £1 for it let alone nearly £6.

The premises are dull and dingy. The casual service reinforces this first impression. I don't think it would take much to spruce up the place, but I doubt I'll ever return to find out if it has improved.

Friendly service and great coffee as usual. And now great M&S snacks - gorgeous sausage rolls! Staff the same and just as helpful and friendly as before.

Very poor, coffee not good,tables and seats very dirty with crumbs etc. Not a relaxing experience. And expensive.

Awful hot chocolates, weak, warm. Tasted watered down, near zero flavour. The long spoons were grubby so we left those on the side. Staff seemed in a daze. Would not recommend this place. It was a Sunday morning. Not so much about the money, its the quality that lacks.

Awful hot chocolate. Weak flavour, just warm not remotely ‘hot’. No real chocolate flavour. Staff seemed to be in a daze. The long metal spoons were’nt clean and as Iwatched drinks being served I saw a lot of grubby looking cups and glasses being used. The general prep area looked disorganised and unkempt. In short the worst hot chocolates we’ve ever had and at over £7 a waste of money. Costa managers, are you up to speed on health and hygiene training and quality of drinks training ?

Ordered an iced caramel latte with cream. Received plain latte with no caramel and no cream. No straw for the take out plastic cup and a cheese toastie that turned up stone cold and could not be eaten. Won’t use again.

Good coffee, friendly staff. Nice to sit outside, if weather permits.

It’s always a bit slow here, a pretty run of the mill costa but sometimes it’s nice to have a Costa coffee even if you do have to wait a while for it 🤷‍♀️

Service very bad and horrible coffee

Rude staff, no customer service, the man making coffee was swearing and slamming things around, the girl on the till was rude and unhelpful - no Christmas / plain gift cards available after queuing for ages. The kitchen / coffee area was FILTHY! (Chose not to get myself a drink and just got the drink my client asked for) The guy shouting out the drink (wrong drink) so I said no need to be rude, he then started arguing with me saying when was I rude…. When in all seriousness had been rude and miserable the whole duration I was in the shop! So after queuing for 20minutes, I came away with the wrong drink for my client, only one of the 3 gift cards I needed, no gift receipt, no drink for myself due to how dirty it was and fuming after the lack of customer service demonstrated! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and deffo won’t be returning!

I bought a roll with 50% off and they charged me full price. I tapped my card before realising but they claimed they had charged the reduced price and lied to me.

The staff were so friendly in Costa in Goring! I took my daughter there after one of her mock exams. Great drinks/ food and great service - we will be back for sure!

I like this branch as staff very friendly. Can be super busy at times due to delivery orders needing to be met, but this isn't the staff's fault. They are working as hard as they can

Needs a good clean and staff to smarten up. Outside is not well kept and tables left and not cleared.

Very friendly staff always try their best. The manager was outside cleaning the pavement area which obviously shows his commitment to the job. Sam was a great member of staff who served me . All staff are lovely and helpful. Shame about the flooring which lets the team down which i guess is due to higher management. Great costa and I visit lots of different costas .

Easy to order, it came quickly and was all packaging well and therefore hot when it arrived, would order again.

Efficient but could have done with the bar being a little cleaner...didn't affect my experience but as its open for all to see just an observation.

Long queues, overstretched and stressed staff, no proper cups/cutlery (all served in take away cups), assume a dishwasher fault. Very hot and stuffy, no working air con, dirty tables, not good. Please sort this out! Sweet treats are looking smaller every time with higher prices. Not a good experience today

I ordered a repeat order but instead of the order including a coffee it included a £4.50 delivery charge so I did not notice that for some reason the coffee was not included in the order because the delivery cost is so insane!!!! FUMING the whole point of the order is the sodding coffeee!

The outside sitting area is a disgrace. Get some more staff to clear it up. Fag butts used cups and napkins blowing about. Much of it ends up as litter on George V avenue. It does not bode well for hygiene inside!

My large mocha coffee arrived half empty.... The other costa in worthing that delivers never does this and you guys are closer. Coffee is expensive now man, not cool.

Didn't get my bean points twice from this place now. Normally you get a paper where you can add the points onto the costa account so that's a shame as it's not cheap coffee and the points help. Anyway Coffee lovely as always though!

Amazing service and delivery today. Had the sauce I needed for Sausage bap which was very tasty. Napkins included. Chai, blueberry muffin and chocolate biscuits all perfect. Could not have asked for anything more! Thank you Costa Goring branch, and thanks to the Just Eat delivery man too!! 😊

Usually it’s 5* all round, but todays delivery was disappointing…. I ordered, in amongst other things, a large semi skimmed hot chocolate… It honestly tasted as though it had been made with water, or they hadn’t heated enough milk and topped it up with hot water… it was so unpleasant, I had to throw it away… partner also said the coffee wasn’t usual standard either ….. !

My regular is the Blended Iced Coffee, 9/10 my order is perfect, other times the cream or toppings are missed out. Hoping that my future orders go smoothly; as this is my go to place. Delivery drivers and workers both behind the phone lines & making the our orders up are lovely. Costa Coffee, you are top notch. ❤️

Ordered breakfast and drink, but only drink was delivered no food! And I can only get refund not replacement, if ordering again got to pay the delivery fee again!!! Not happy at all!!!

Drink wasn't even a large so to start not happy I pay extra for vanilla syrup that wasn't there. It came in a large cup but was half full and there wasn't a qr code for Costa in the bag so I miss out on free beans

Really good service delicious drinks and food however rno sauces and no straws were delivered with order sont know if there was an option to ask for straws but needs to be more clear?

The delivery time was very quick and the muffins were amazing! I’m really sorry but the iced drinks were horrible. They just tasted watery and flavourless. The chocolate one with extra syrup just tasted like watery coffee and the mint one tasted like water with a hint of mint. We didn’t drink them. I’ve been into this costa multiple times though. Their hot drinks are lovely and the customer service is always amazing.

Despite a short queue and the staff looking frantic, it took 15 minutes before my order was taken. The tables were uncleaned, the visible storage was untidy, and my coffee was poured into an ice cold cup. Sometimes I really miss London.

Half of the drinks had labels and half didnt.

This breakfast was just what we needed and delivery was so quick! The driver called us as soon as he got here - thank you so much!!!

My food is so disappointing, first of all my toastie was still half hard and cold. And secondly my coffee just had some greasy oil stuff on the top of it. I don’t understand how your allowed to send food and drinks out like that.

Ordered a gluten free mince pie and they put a regular one (with Gluten) in, in error - I have Gluten intolerance and ate some before realising.

What a joke Costa are. We received rock hard over cooked bacon rolls Rang them 5 times and no answer. Went to the restaurant with the rolls showed them but they blame the driver when he was early! i don’t think the drivers cook the food so we have binned the food trying to get a refund but what a joke costa are they could ha be just replaced the food they couldn’t cook!

Friendly clean and lovely coffee

Under current restrictions staff have done pretty well over the last 9mths. Having to cope with the phone in orders that have to be collected? Deal with a queue of people, staff changes, isolating staff and on and on. ☆☆☆☆for always being open and getting on with the job.
