Amazing service! Amazing food! Couldn’t have asked for a better evening with my family. Staff were always there when you had a question or just to simple ask you how you are and to get to know you. Food was outstanding and atmosphere was great. Can’t wait to go again!

Very friendly welcome from the bar. Great choice of Cask Ales, Lager & Cider. Lively inside with families. Nice to sit outside the front.

My choice of bread was not available, didn't add sauces and veggies of my choice. I was directly told you can't customise anything.

Currently under some redecoration but good lunch menu , friendly staff and well presented food

Good choice of real ales, decent wine, food fine for the price you pay,and the same in all Weatherspoons, you get what you pay for,use often.Went to a pub in Bamber Bridge a few weeks ago,fish and chips and a pint just short of £20, Fish and chips and a pint in the Twelve Tellers just short of £12 and so much better.

Food is very nice here you can order and pay with my pub app saves queuing at the bar

This store has gone terrible, low stock foods almost out of date , dirty . We’re stopping shopping here now..

It was an experience. The service was excellent. The decor was less so. Tape and Christmas trimmings stuck to the walls and ceiling, grime and sust everywhere, dents, chipped paint, and greasy hand prints from hundreds of hands on the wall by the bar. All this would be normal had we not been told about how it had literally just been decorated... Even broken windows with no boards, covering or patch. For a venue that's been closed for refurbishment, it's rather disappointing to see that it's so dishevelled. If you are proud of the work, check it and make sure its been done before boasting about it to customers.

Place lovely. Ambience lovely. Staff really nice. I had sirloin, as did my friend. Mine was never rare and neither was his medium. Both steaks overdone and tough. As it was a lunch gathering of friends we did not complain. However, my partner had cod and chips and it was excellent.

I came to this bar only last night for the first time with 6 friends and the experience was very disappointing which ended up with us leaving after only having one drink due to a very rude and nasty bar member who insisted to make a point of making us weight until being the last people at the bar to be served, His words were " have I told you your next no !! No you can wait till I've served everyone else" everyone at the bar said I was next but he said he didn't care, What a poor customer service and a let down to this company, from a recommended bar Not recommended from me no way

Rooms are good but smart TVs are not available, it would be better if smart TVs are available as it is 3 star hotel

Great atmosphere and live music on a Friday night. Food and bar staff were great. Particularly enjoyed the music at the bar pre band - ‘clubland classics’ blaring out was a unique experience

Great place and the service was top it was really busy as well
