Subway in Liverpool

Got a footlong and I brought it home, began eating it got half way through it to discover the other half had a beetle in it 😭😭. Never again

Shout out to Sheree who makes the atmosphere in this store very professional. Everything done correctly and by procedure, genuinely cares about customers and always very welcoming.

Delightful. Out of all the subways I've been to this is by far the best. The food quality was really good. The bread and cookies are really soft. Friendly staff.

The staff is nice and a bit busy place , if they can provide a sink or tissues for customers will be better.

Lacked in the ability to customize and drink selection but the upstairs seating provided a picturesque view of Liverpool

Nice location. I am not a big fan of Subway but after month or more I like to eat from them.

Literally such bad customer service from an asian man. Told me and my boyfriend he has no meatball then said “ Well no I have got meatballs but will take long time and i have other things to do”. WHAT?!? I also advised another woman to leave because he was so rude After telling him he had bad customer service he then said “okay yes maybe okay i will do meatball”. Save your money honestly

Best subway I’ve ever been. The manager is a very funny hard working woman who goes the extra mile for every customer. Another amazing member of the team is a guy named Ben who made me the best sub I had in years. I only go when any of them two are in cuz they’re made the best sandwiches, honestly. All the food is fresh and the place is always clean and spotless. They have seats upstairs, but not a toilet, which it’s fair enough since you’re eating a sandwich, not having a three course meal.

System always down fly's every where poor service

We tried to ask for dinner but the two guys working there barely communicate and laugh at us when we don't understand something. Apparently they don't have either almost each thing we want, so we decided to leave and look for another friendlier place to eat. Avoid it.

When the guy was making my footlong he accidentally swiped his finger into something on the side of the counter and then instead of changing his gloves to clean ones he wiped the sauce or whatever it was onto my footloong and was then expecting me to pay. He didn't even address that he did that. It was disgusting. Totally put me off eating from there.

Entrance is not wheelchair friendly. Please fix it

Staff today was fantastic with kids, food was great,no rush. Patient and understanding of children with additional needs. Pleasantly pleased with the place.

Been in a few times over the last few weeks and the service these lads give is brillaint!! So polite and nothing is a bother to them. Always a hi and a goodbye. Food is lovely. Definitely need to try the nacho chicken on tiger bread, it's the best.

Small place and no toilets, but staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Also very happy they toast sandwiches properly so you're not just basically getting warm bread the way some other Subways do it.

Very nice staff, who made us feel welcome and when doing the kids meals, nothing was too much trouble. Good experience.

Aweful place, always dirty, hate paying the staff wages

Served today by Harry at roughly 2pm Thursday, 7th of Jan. Considering how quiet town is due to Covid, this didn't stop him giving 110% customer service with a smile. Great sandwich too! Subway Melt. 10/10 Nice one Harry 👍 Will be back.

Only a small place, not much room to strench thee elbows whilst devouring your favourite subbies, but it was a nice place, bit untidy upstairs when we sat down. but it was a quick pit stop.

Mi jefe fue demasiado subterráneo y compró sándwiches de dos pies de largo. Al regresar, el emparedado estaba en una bolsa completamente envuelta. tomó mi pie largo y comenzó. También comerlo en la 3ª mordida tenía dolor total, la boca sangraba y. mi diente se había partido por la mitad. . Tenía gente afuera del bar. Abrí un sándwich y encontré una pieza de 5 peniques. Mi jefe regresó. de vuelta a la tienda . no pudo obtener el nombre del gerente, a quien también contactar. Nada al día siguiente estábamos. dado el número del gerente de área, de quién hablamos también y que fueron engañados. de. para. Durante una semana, nos contactamos con la oficina central y recibimos un correo electrónico diciendo que CCTV no funcionaba en la tienda. El tenía una familia. emergencia mas mentiras . así que ahora les voy a mostrar a todos. en las redes sociales mis fotos de CCTV e. t. c Hubiera sido feliz con una pena, pero también se hizo. fuera un mentiroso lo siento, el metro nos vemos en la corte ahora comimos en ese metro al menos. dos o tres veces. a. semana

Tried the new garlic bread Italian BMT, really adds an extra texture to the flavour. A bit of a strange lay out but it works. Service was fast and staff were friendly and efficient.

Fresh food, clean restaurant. Staff seemed chilled, security working of a night to provide a safe environment. Staff could have offered to change gloves when making a veggie sandwich rather than me having to ask. Other than that, no problems

No milk for coffee, dude, we have 21 age and this is still happening.. Also the lady there was not happy to do her job and I've lost my break cuz she was slow as snail.. There is another subway just 200feets from this one and no surprises, good luck with your business

Understaffed, but nice people and clean food.

On our way home from shopping and decided to take home some subs for our lunch. We all had tuna subs with variances of fillings and types of bread. They were all delish, a different Sunday lunch for us but very nice.

Siempre me ha gustado el hecho de que en el metro son sándwiches preparados en el momento en frente de usted y usted tiene la opción de diferentes tipos de pan. Este era muy estrecho y había que subir en escalera muy bonita no para llegar al descanso.

Este es el metro más cercano a mi trabajo, pero yo evitaría a menos que tenga. El servicio es terrible, la gente que venga a trabajar para volver a casa. Nunca una sonrisa, siempre de piedra lo que pide y siempre parece desordenada. Incluso cuando no es ocupado son tan groseros y actuar como si es una tarea para servirle. . No se lo recomendaría a cualquiera y prefiere caminar hasta el otro lado de la ciudad de visita aquí.

De hecho, me viene hoy a escribir una crítica positiva como siempre he tenido buen servicio y comida de calidad, pero se olvidaron de mi cuchillo y tenedor para mi ensalada! Ahora han introducido el maíz después de duran, así que compensa.El personal siempre son muy eficientes. El lugar está limpio y la calidad es casi siempre buena. Lo recomiendo para un buen comer a un precio razonable.

My partner and I are just back from a trip to Liverpool, we stayed at the premier inn adjacent to this subway. We got a take out from here and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back! :)

Not one of the best Subways in the area. The store is very small and always busy, and the staff aren't the most professional.

El día que visité, la máquina de café estaba rota, así que no pude conseguir una taza de su delicioso café. El personal de aquí son realmente agradable, amable y alegre. La comida es deliciosa y combina comida metro en otras franquicias. Fue una lástima la falta de máquinas de café, pero no colapso en ocasiones. Me sugirió que utilizar dos máquinas de café!

Wish you could give 0 stars. The staff are awful. They take as LONG as possible to make sandwiches, talking to each other and having a laugh while customers stand there waiting. Guess the word FAST food means nothing any more. Furthermore not only do they provide the worst service, they literally throw the sandwich together &wear the same gloves. I'm not asking for a picture perfect one, but WOW, they literally do not care. NEEDS new staff or train them to do their job properly. A sandwich has filling inside, not inside around the edges on top and all in the wrapping.

I go here for lunch during the week when i'm working. Great choice and variety of sandwiches and salads. i recommend the meatballs. and the cookies are great value also.
