Coffee was amazing! I ordered food via the machine so cant really tell as I wasnt received much customer servuce during the process.

Didn't accept cash, so we went elsewhere - very poor.

Loved my visit to black sheep coffee, Nic was wonderful, he was helpful and clear. We will be back. Thanks nic :)

Popped into black sheep deansgate after not having visited for a while ( forgot how much I love the coffee). Greeted by a friendly staff member, Megan, I love when staff take the time to just be nice and look you in the eye and smile ! Makes such a difference to ones day , I left smiling and passed it on !

Called in Saturday evening 5.30 pm very helpful staff, the young man serving was very helpful and pleasant.

It’s January, the ☀️ is shining and there’s more folk sat out than in! Always appreciate the charging points at BS and the patience of the Baristas who let you bypass the online ordering 👍🏻

Coffee ordering was great with the latest tech ,screens system. The pistachio latte special is simply wonderful, divine creamy taste then the nut comes thru. Coffee beans and the flavour they put out is divine. Staff were a tad flat with vibes and the lights were all off for some reason, someone working on them as we sip a delicious beverage. That’s only reasons gave a 4star for service and atmosphere, otherwise all good !!

I had a cracking time here, almost as cracking as the egg (I ate). And I want to extol the customer service I got from Olive—her buzz cut is as sharp as her service. She was so attentive and patient, which is especially important to me as I have a dodgy ear and an untrustworthy mind. In fact, the egg that she served me was so delectable that it could have been put in a museum/time capsule/spaceship. Yeah good coffee too. I finished with a full belly, a smile, and the feeling that I’d just experienced something truly Then left.

Visitamos para sentarse en un café mientras nos alojamos en un hotel cercano. La ubicación es estupenda y de fácil acceso desde los jardines Piccadilly. Por dentro es realmente genial y tiene un ambiente único. La gama de café era muy bueno con diferentes bebidas en oferta. Los granos de café saben muy fresco y fuertes toques de chocolate y profundidad. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar si eres un amante del café.

I popped into the store yesterday evening (21/12/24) and was impressed by the incredible cleanliness, the speed and friendliness of the staff. Brogan and her colleague (forgot her name sorry ), were very nice and very speedy with the service. I loved my experience and will definitely be popping in again.

First time trying Black Sheep down Deansgate and it was an amazing experience. Coffees were fantastic made by veantie. She had a lovely customer service and a great sense of humour. Topped my overall first experience at black sheep. Will definitely be back.

Nic was our server and was so helpful and courteous. I had a particular drink order and Nic made it exactly as I desired.

Visitamos a las 9: 30 am y los baños no tenían papel higiénico! ¡No está bien después de un número 2! ¡Tuve que salir y coger unas servilletas y terminar la tarea! Desgracia absoluta de un lugar... ¡EVITA!

Came in Thursday and although it was incredibly busy, nic and the rest of the staff were very welcoming. Service was fantastic and nic even took his time to run through a few options with me on what to drink lol. My friend who had never been to Manchester before said she would definitely come again! I would definitely be visiting again. Big thank you to all staff whom made us feel so welcome

Very unwelcome greeting by the woman on till. Ordered two coffees(which were nice) and two toasties. After waiting around 15 minutes I asked if the toasties were coming, they had completely forgot to make them, weren't even busy. When they did finally arrive this was the sorry brie and cranberry toastie I was served....

Yet another coffee shop. Coffee and cake was good. Had to keep going back up to the counter after having sat down, to collect the drinks which isn't ideal.

I often pop into the Deansgate/St Ann Street Black Sheep on my lunch break for what I would rate as the best coffee in town. And while the coffee is great what really keeps me coming back are the amazingly friendly and attentive staff who always greet you with a smile. It would be remice of me however not to give a special shout out to Freya who brings an incredible energy and enthusiasm and always goes the extra mile.

I had a good cappuccino better than other places in Manchester.

After a busy morning of Daddy chores and Lego stores my little birthday girl needed some time off her feet and so I decided to take her for a sweet treat in the Black Sheep Coffee on St Ann street. Our server Jahla greeted us with a smile and enthusiastically showed interest in our birthday shopping haul. My daughter, usually quite shy instantly warmed to Jahla and proudly showed her what she had been spending her birthday money on. Jahla went the extra mile and made a special crème-based frappe (no caffeine of course) for the birthday girl and even brought it along with two Biscoff waffles to our table though they were clearly quite busy. My daughter was visibly chuffed with the extra attention and a big shout to Jahla for making her day that bit more special.

A menudo voy al Deansgate / calle Ann Street Black Sheep en mi descanso para comer por lo que calificaría como el mejor café de la ciudad. Y aunque el café es genial lo que realmente me hace volver son el personal increíblemente amable y atento que siempre te saluda con una sonrisa. Sería una reminiscencia de mi parte, sin embargo, no dar un saludo especial a Freya que trae una energía y entusiasmo increíbles y siempre va más allá.

I took my daughter for hot chocolates and waffles on a busy Saturday. All staff were lovely and attentive but nic and Freya went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely afternoon. The drinks were lovely and my daughter was very pleased with her waffle, which was gorgeous! Staff are super friendly and we will definitely be returning x

Nik always asks about my day, and puts a smile on my face when I pop in for my morning caffeine fix on way to work, but more importantly he hands me the caffeine to get me through my grueling day, doing God's work there! Keep it up!

Poor and slow service. When advised to use the automatic machines to place my order, I was charged and only after was I told that they had no more left of my order (it was food not a drink). I asked for a refund, the staff didn't know how to do it, called someone for further instructions and then they told me that I should be refunded within 5 working days. When I asked for a receipt (as a proof that they had processed my refund), the staff got upset and was quite annoyed. I returned to the store 10 days after as the refund hadn't been processed, they couldn't help more and just gave me a loyalty card to get a free coffee for them next time. Definitely not gonna use it.

One of the cafes to be with friends or work that I like the most in Manchester. For the franchise model, they take care of the preparation and the product.

Its the best coffee shop I know, quality of their coffee is above all others I've been to so far. Staff are always friendly, food is good quality and the atmosphere is very laid back. Nice place to be!

Had Banoffee with Biscoff spread Waffles a bit soft and be warned spread runs like hot chocolate down a white shirt !!! The wrapping sticks to the waffle so its almost impossible to eat without getting covered in sauce !! Taste was good But be warned, prepare to get messy.

Thank you Jordan! When Jordan served me at the other branch of Black Sheep Coffee, he was excellent in serving me really well, he made amazing coffee and an amazing salmon sandwich that was delicious! I could see he was a proper hard worker and me feel truly welcome at the coffee shop!

We went to have something, a coffee and a macha tea. I found the tea bitter, I didn't like it, but that's a personal opinion.

Impeccable experience, perfect coffee and Jesy specifically left no crumbs (also whilst clearing tables - attention to detail is crucial in the coffee shop game). All-round vibey Black Sheep branch run by a team that are polite, can have a laugh and work hard at the same time 🔥 ☕️

I ordered cortado and asked “do you have almond milk” and he said “there is”then he added “ there is also coconut milk” and I said “almond is fine” and took my coffee take away ..After walking for 10min I discovered my coffee tastes like coconut for extra price ..thank you!! 1st time ..last tome

Every time I go in I get greeted with a lovely smile and speedy service. The atmosphere is great with the busy bustle of the city centre and the fresh smell of coffee as I walk past the doorway which entices you in immediately. There is one of your barista’s that does really stand out from the rest though. She’s got an eyebrow piercing and I’m sure she said her name was Jessie? She is so lovely. She stood out to me because she has a quick conversation with everyone and ensures they leave with a beaming smile, she also makes the BEST honey cardamom oat latte I’ve ever had from your chain. The perfect blend of cinnamon to honey! Honestly 10/10. She’s got a few tattoos and red hair at the moment it was blonde. Will definitely be returning for my bi-daily coffee

I visit this place regularly as I love the smoothies and coffee there. Jesy there is great and is always happy and serving customers with a smile. 100% recommend.
