Plain fare, nothing exciting. Pie night with a pint for £14.75 each. Nothing exciting but very very filling. There is a lot of choice here and offers on most evenings and daytime

Food was horrendous burnt and tuff will not be making another visit and will tell friends and family

Enjoyed a lovely dinner with friends on Wednesday, we hadn't booked a table but were still accommodated. The food and service was great and the pub was very clean. There was a large free carpark, which was great, and a nice looking beer garden outside. The quiz seemed very popular, might try it another time!

Very nice gentleman led us to our table. Table nicely laid. Enough time to choose to order. Waiter kind and polite. Bar man friendly. All round pleasant experience. We will recommend and visit again. Full bellies with yummy food. Thank you.

First time visit on our way home. Food was very nice , I had the mixed grill was very nice , meat was cooked perfect 👌, wife had the sea bass really enjoyed it.

Seven of us went for lunch on July 20, they were quite busy so we did have to wait a bit longer for our food. It was red hot and really nice...no complaints at all. We had a bottle of wine which was not too expensive and really nice as were the excellent desserts.

Really good, visited here with the Mrs for some food as part of a roadtrip, good sized carpark, lovely welcome from the gent working that day, prices were reasonable, menu choices are good, our food was really nice, surround is nice, happy days. Lovely pub, the Mrs will want to go snugburys again eventually so we'll be back for some more grub :-)

Went for a casual night out after a day trip as we were in the area. Warmly greeted by the host, informed of the service styles and we opted for the casual bar side. Very relaxed Informal service but the staff were excellent in checking up on us and keeping the tables nearby tidy. Had a lovely evening.

Although the pub was busy we were soon served with our order. Excellent food and staff.

One of the nicest Marston’s Pubs I’ve have had the privilege of visiting. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are attentive and most importantly, the food is delicious and nicely presented. Henry (The guy on the left in the photograph of the bar) is brilliant. You can trust his recommendation on food or wine, and he does make a superb cocktail. The Sacred Orchard is dog friendly and close to the Nantwich Sainsburys. A spotlessly clean venue with a large car park and a beer garden with artificial grass so it always looks tidy.

Amazing service - ordered a ribeye steak, cooked how I ordered, chips were to die for. Food took a little while to come out but wasn’t too long, worth the wait. Would recommend

The only thing which I like there was the atmosphere.what I ordered was dreadful,not nice looking and whit no taste at all, and my main was served when everyone on the table had their dessert already.

Just visited for my nephews birthday meal with a party of 30. We pre-ordered our meals and on the day they were very organised and our food was prompt. All the service was good and they were very welcoming. The food was great and we all had a lovely time.

Although we were greeted and seated promptly, and our ordered taken, it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive after ordering which was frustrating.

When we first arrived we were greeted and sat promptly we went on a bank holiday Monday evening but it was very quiet only a few other people were there. We then ordered our food I ordered the mac and cheese after about a 45 min wait (considering it was quiet it was a bit of a long wait) our food arrived my food was okay but the mac and cheese could have been hotter and the garlic bread was cold and it wasn't really garlic bread it was just a roll with some herbs on top they also took along time bringing out sides and forgot the slaw to go with a burger this would have been understandable if it was busy I then ordered the chocolate browny Sunday which was ment to come with chocolate and vanilla ice cream but I only got chocolate and there were only 2 small brownies in it for the price I was expecting a bit more. On top of this we had a voucher to use, but was told it couldn't be used on a bank holiday. Overall probably won't be visiting again.

Food was great! Beautiful fish and hot chips, extra tartare sauce, no problem 😊 probably do with more peas! Service was efficient, friendly and they tried really hard to accommodate our every whim!!

Set in well laid grounds with large parking area, has electric charging. Building modern and design is welcoming. Food choice and menus offer wide choices. The food was well presented and cooked to chosen choice. Wide array of all types of drinks. A lunchtime to enjoy with tables spaced for comfort.

A lot of food not available that was on the menu. Hunters chicken, poor quality, burnt on the bottom. Steak, poor quality, overcooked, looked like it had been standing. A very slow service.

I’ve give this a 2 because of the meal the food was ok but we were told the hunter’s chicken came with onion rings but it didn’t. Felt like we have paid over £30 for a bit of chicken and some chips(not including drinks) With a bucket load of grass. Not impressed and don’t think we will be back.

We had our mums birthday meal here yesterday, staff were absolutely fabulous. The food was so good! Even my fussy son loved it. There were 12 of us in total and we had a whole area to ourselves! I brought a cake with me to surprise her and they brought that out for us at the end of the meal! It was truly fabulous! Thank you!

Nice food, I had the signature burger and fries with the onion rings and my partner had the chilli chicken burger and fries. Spot on good price. The staff were exceptional, really friendly and helpful. I had a beer or two which hit the spot. Tables were laid out in a spacious fashion With plenty of staff to serve quickly. Overall a good experience, we will visit again.

Went on bank holiday Monday with my husband and daughter and cannot speak highly enough of the place. The food was lovely and everything tasted amazing. Service was also great, everyone was so friendly and especially Lisa who was great with our very fussy daughter! Will definitely be back!

We’ve visited here today with a big group to celebrate a birthday, Lisa our host was absolutely brilliant, with having fussy kids (and adults) she went out of her way to accommodate us, food was top notch with all empty plates, couldn’t fault a single thing, service was some of the best we’ve encountered, if your looking for decent food, incredible service and top notch service this is the place to go! Massive bonus that they have a big outdoor space where the younger children could play on the climbing frames and the older kids had a game of footy, 100percent will be visiting again! Came here last month . Lovely food ,staff really helpful! Nothing was to much trouble and nice lady called Lisa helped us to where we should sit (had our dogs with us) … and a guy called Ollie was really helpful in deciding what drink I wanted . Letting me sample the beers before i purchased one !!!All in all wonderful meal out

Lovely staff, terrible value for money. £6.99 for 3 chicken tenders, 1 was very small and the other 2 were medium. Dry and bland in flavour. Garlic bread had dried Oregano on it instead of parsley, so was quite bitter and bitty.

Having now used this pub a number of times for both business and family purposes, it still holds high standards of cleanliness, a warm and friendly welcome, great service and food with competitive prices. It's ifficult to find a high standard of consistency in most places, but here this is not the case, it always does it well. All my clients say the same when they visit.

The food was OK, but very expensive. Drinks expensive, too.

Went on Sunday 21st April for Sunday lunch. service was excellent food was delicious there were 3 of us I had pork husband had Turkey and mother had beef and they were all fabulous. Will definitely go again well done to James the manager and his team.

Great food, fair price, super service

A welcoming friendly crew always welcoming us with a smile, serving good reliable and tasty food, I'm now a regular customer always stopping in on my lunch break.

£16 for a pint and a glass of wine (over £6 of Estrella and nearly £10 for a glass of the cheapest tasting Pinot). It amazes that a struggling pub low-end with the worst service in town and a dead atmosphere, would think that the sensible thing to do to make money would be to push customers into the nicer pubs by charging higher prices than every other pub. This is literally the worst one. The bacteria on my table had more personality than that staff. We won't be back. Such a shame, it used to be good a few years ago.

Visited today for lunch having not been for a while. The carpark and outside looked clean and tidy and inside is very nice indeed, very clean, includung the loos. Thank goodness the rude member of staff (there at our last visit) appears to have gone. Everyone was attentive, drinks came quickly and the food was not too long arriving. Hmmmm ... why are some kitchens still microwaving pastry when we have air-fryers and air-ovens now? The pie contents were very nice but spoiled by sad pastry which should be lovely and crisp. I had mashed potato, but it was yellow, dense and rubbery, I actually think it was 'Smash' that had been reheated. It wasn't fluffy mash and it didn't really taste that good. I was so hungry though that I just ate it. I'm sure you can do better than this Chef! It was all hot and the veg was nice. This is a great place for us to stop on our way to/from Wales but it's just these small things that keep us away.

I called into the Orchard for lunch whilst in the area on business, the pub is is nicely presented, the staff friendly enough and the menu well up to the usual pub chain standard. I only ordered a steak sandwich with chips which was good enough, but in my opinion the wait for the food (35 minutes) was a bit a bit excessive considering the pub was not busy.

Went as a group of 5 adults and one child. Food was great and a good price (we chose Sacred Orchard over another restaurant that had a similar menu but everything cost £2-3 more). Great service from our server (see below) but it was quite a long wait (about 40 minutes) from ordering to food arriving. Would definitely go again though. Had great service from El. I arrived with my elderly mother and El came out and held the door for us and then she walked my mother to the table while I parked the car. She took our orders, and when bringing our drinks and food, she correctly remembered what each person had ordered, without checking with us, which was a really nice touch, showing how attentive she was. And she had a lovely, polite manner, always saying "You're welcome" when someone thanked her; I was really impressed with her service.

Called in as we were passing. Usually theses type pubs usually have average food and service. We're greater with a smile, shown to our table and had very rentative service from Henry. The food and service was excellent, we will be going again as we have a wedding in August so will be there the night before. Compliments to the chef, the fish and chips was fabulous.

We dropped in for a quick bite and were more than happily surprised with the great service (shout out to Henry for being particularly attentive), the watermelon salad was delicious & fresh - overall great experience

The place was spotlessly clean, the food was delicious, we were told we had to order at the bar yet other tables had their orders taken at the table, maybe it's because we were walk in diners they may have bookings still we will return.

Have been here a few times recently (latest 29/2/24) and the service, food and welcome has been excellent. Steaks are good and the Lamb Shank special was very tasty and well presented. Our server, Henry, was friendly and attentive. We had room to share puddings each time and the sticky toffee pudding and lemon tart are both very enjoyable. Recommended.

Lovely meal in a busy pub which was great to see, staff attentive and food was well good and presented, and I got to use the 30% off mains voucher we recieved in the post, which is a bonus as well. Great pub in a good location doing exactly what a pub should be doing, the amount of people in there show its worth visiting.

Chef "didn't see" one of our meals on the ticket so someone had to watch everyone else eat their food before getting their own. Mash potato was cold and hard on children's meal. My chorizo mac n cheese was tasty but such a small portion for £15.50!

Booked a table at the Sacred Orchard with three friends for Friday Evening. We were greeted immediately and shown to a table, and offered drinks. I tried the Specials Menu and had the belly pork, which was absolutely divine and presented very beautifully. My friends were happy with their choices also, good was fantastic and the service was great, attentive but not intrusive. We also had desserts which were scrumptious, and the bill was reasonable considering the quality of the food. We will definetly be back! Thank you from Cathy and friends.

We came for the quiz on Wednesday night and had food before hand. Service was fast and to a high standard. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the chocolate melting dome for dessert!

The service was overstretched to non existent. We went around 15:00 and it was after 16:00 when the food arrived. I ordered the pork and crackling but there was no crackling ! No one came to see if everything was alright. I'm more used to the Brunning and Price chain. Not impressed, but we did have a 30% off voucher which helped.........

One of starters was not as described on the menu and had sweet chilli sauce rather than a honey sauce. It took 2 hours to receive our main meal. One of our main meals arrived after 2 people had finished. One of the main meals was missing caramelised onion chutney, when we asked we were brought some so it had been forgotten rather than not available.

Service was really good , however both my partner and I had the trio roast dinner after a bit of a wait food brought out , had to ask for salt menu said comes with horseradish and apple sauce . We weren't even asked if we wanted and , stuffing and pork scratching was also absent . Had to send back as was barely Luke warm , we were asked to you want it heating up and we asked for it to be cooked fresh . Came back quite quickly , this time with everything except the sauce which we had to ask for again , once they got it right it was very nice .
