Morrisons Cafe in Wyre

This store has gone terrible, low stock foods almost out of date , dirty . We’re stopping shopping here now..

THEY still SELL DONUTS!!!!!! OMG I WANT TO LIVE HERE

The place is really neglected- so much so that we’re to start shopping at Asda. Apart from empty shelves, the ladies toilet has been out of action for SIX weeks

I can walk to this supermarket ,very handy for essentials 👌

Morissons.....sells food....shouldn't have sold your car park to McDonald's though in my opinion.

Good food at a reasonable price

This is a poor selection of Morrisons ready meals. Not improved.

What on earth has happened to this store? I see reviews saying how nice & clean it is - not today. There are random goods displays all over the place - shopping carts/drying racks/tupperwear????? All displayed in the vegetable area.The shelves were a total mess with open boxes just ‘plonked’ anyhow and goods strewn around.There were very few trolleys in the trolley bays and the ones which were there were rust buckets . Then the goods displayed all over the lower end of the store towards the checkouts which just seemed to be a jumble - cakes mixed with de-icer and travel size toiletries. The overall impression is of a poorly managed store which is trying to look like Aldi. And succeeding………..

Local supermarket, I prefer Tesco for the finest range, but great as a local 👍

Terrible rusty shopping Trollies.

They have stepped up their game, well organised. I know its head office guidelines but the store looks cluttered. How many years have those freezers leaked?

Went to Morrisons for lunch which always used to be nice. We both had cheese toasties which used to be really nice and good value, but not the case anymore. The price has gone up but the quality has seriously dropped and we didn’t really enjoy it. The bread used to be nice thick slices with quality ham and cheese, now the bread is medium sliced not even thick and no where near the bread they used to use, the ham and cheese tasted cheap and were lacking. I can understand price increases if quality is maintained but for it to drop, it’s not acceptable. Also both toasties were over cooked and yet the cook and server thought it was ok.

The cafe today was freezing, with the air con actually moving my hair!

They're having problems with the self-checkout again! And the chap who came to sort ours out wasn't particularly effective. Seems to be better now. Produce is akways good quality.

Complements to cafe. Great breakfast though a little greasy. Exceptional service from "Tall' Paul.

Staff as always very helpful, only complaint I have is staff members not putting stock in correct place to match the shelf sticker. I see a price and think I will buy it to find charged another price at the till.

Came here yesterday(Saturday) to collect a prescription,and having had the usual struggle to get into the car park past the McDonald's queue,who seemed unable to stay in their special lane,preferring to block the incoming morrisons traffic. Having gained my parking space I tried for a shallow trolley,the first trolley bay had a large jumbled mass of baskets in with the black plastic ones,and several large ones in an interesting geometric jumble I declined to solve, when I reached the double bay outside the store entrance, all it contained was a pair of rusted trolleys seemingly joined for eternity. I eventually got myself a trolley from an overflowing bay near the "garden centre". Having got my px,and completed my roam round the, as usual ,many empty shelves and leaky freezers,I finally left the store,45 minutes later, where the same two trolleys were the only ones in the double bay and customers were still trying to part them,like a budget version of The Sword in The Stone. I gave mine to an elderly gentleman,as he was obviously unable to wander the car park to get one and like many people can't use the big ones as they're too deep. This happened in the middle of a Saturday morning when the store was getting busy,and you'd imagine it was somebody's priority to keep those trolley bays by the door full and ready to go. I rarely shop here any more because its always badly stocked and the freezers are constantly faulty, in fact the only thing in its favour is its staff. The ones I have interacted with have all been cheerful, friendly and willing to make every effort to help their customers. They deserve a better workplace.

Ok just like any other food chain. Still a little expensive, it's become more expensive and less value for money. Little or NO variation in products.

Food. Clothes. Bakery. Chemist. Petrol station. Everything you need in one place.

I seriously hate this place with a vengeance! Whoever thought it was a good idea to have a supermarket, a petrol station and a drive-through Macdonald's all serviced by one road in, and more importantly, only one way out for all 3, wanted their head testing! Especially as that way out leads directly into one of the busiest roundabouts you're ever likely to encounter. You can seriously queue for 20 minutes or so in an attempt to get out of the car park, into the queue out and then get on your way. Even though there are yellow hatched areas to aid flow, of course people stop in them and so add to the problem of cars trying to get out. It's not the best supermarket anyway nowadays, stock-wise. Nearly every time I brave it, they have empty shelves of something I especially wanted and I've seriously ended up going to Sainsbury's in nearby Bispham! Maybe their trucks couldn't get through all the local traffic...

The lady on the piza section is always lovely and always does my misses a nice veg piza thankyou

When to fuel up as normal but it was a busy time. I had to use a pay at the pump and it had a notice to inform you it was card only no call into pay station option. My loyalty card would not scan and it didn't give a receipt. I called in to the pay store and asked for the recieipt and to put points on my loyalty card. The cashier told me I should have scaned my card at pump which I informed her I had but it wouldn't scan and didn't give a receipt and needed looking at, she was not helpful and didn't speak clear enough English fir me to understand. There were two other people struggling at the pay pumps also and she spoke instructions over the speaker but they also waved there hands in the air couldn't understand her. She needs customer training and I want my points that she wasn't willing to help with.

Only get things I can't get anywhere else. It's now not very competitive re pricing. Visit Aldi or Asda.

A lot of people like Morrisons but I find them a bit on the pricey side

Firstly our server was great. 1st breakfast returned as cold,replaced our breakfasts and they came back but were inedible..soaked in grease. I used my napkins to try and drain some of the oil off the food..but the taste had been tarnished. Coffee was great. As we were leaving..another table were complaining about the oil soaked breakfast..check out my pictures. Disappointed

Plenty of choice of quality produce

I've never been impressed by this store which is unfortunate as they are very local to me. Main reason being the customer service is very poor and after my visit on 27/7/24 it's even worse. I went there purely for convenience as I was in a hurry otherwise I would have gone to Aldi, Lidl or Co-op. Anyway, I went to the self service checkout and as I wanted to purchase alcohol, the light was flashing to notify whoever was on duty to come over and confirm I was 18 plus. I saw the guy on duty look over at my checkout and then turned and went the other way to other customers and then chatted to a colleague. I wasn't impressed when he eventually came over, no apologies for the wait just a miserable, surly face. In future I will make sure I shop elsewhere even if I'm in a hurry as I get much better service at all the neighbouring supermarkets. This guy by the way was early 20s, tallish, dark hair and on duty around 5.30 -6pm on Saturday 27/7/24. Didn't catch his name unfortunately. Morrisons need to brush up on their customer service. No wonder they have slipped down from being the 4th largest supermarket and been overtaken by Aldi.

Easy parking, lots of trolleys and a large selection of products.

growing number of healthy choices is a nice welcome surprise. Foods low in salt, sugar and saturated fat without compromising flavor are more in abundance

Always seem low on stock customers were grumbling. Salad bar had empty containers and some popular cakes are no longer available, staff seem indifferent.

Great shop, really friendly staff !

Lovely and clean shop. My kids and I love coming for tea at morrisons cafe after school. The food is well prepared and is served in a good time. We absolutely love Paul who works in the cafe. He is very professional, yet never fails to entertain us with his jokes and stories!

Like shopping here. Store is nice and bright and laid out well. Plenty of free parking and there is also fuel and car wash. Aisles are fairly wide by superstore standards. Good range of all items normally and well laid out. They seem to keep an eye on checkout queues and open more manned when needed. Let downs for me today were fresh down mainly at one end where shelves/fridge display near pizza/salad area and were empty. Only other thing for me is entry/exit to car parks, I personally think some grounds maintenance is needed as hedges are getting a bit overgrown and cause an obstruction to view and in certain places like coming off main road to the store causes a big blind spot and people do come in a little fast, and, if walking or with kids could be dangerous. All in all though I find this store a good place to shop, the fresh salads bar is normally a good stop for me👍

I went today to get my shoping at Morrison's. I have to say empty selves not the first time I have seen this me putting boxes of the floor on to somwear people will not trip over. I had to go to Asda to get things I could not get at Morrison's. I asked a member of staff are you filling the selves up and the reply understaffed. I have been going to Morrison's for about 2 years but Morrison's is making me go somewhere else sad. I am not Happy

Nipped to get some petrol and decided to nip in-store for some Florida salad Morrisons do a nice one. I also bought a shoulder of lamb it's expensive but lamb is so expensive everywhere but my little yorkies love it. Nice big store plenty of staff around filling up shelves ect in case you needed any help. I went through self checkout tills which was very quiet and straight through without any problems. Nice Garden section for bedding plants and other garden plants and pots but due to rain I didn't look very long. Been to this store a few times and always found it satisfactory.

Usual good value, nice store. A little run down but a good easy shop.

They do sell nice quality products and have a great range. The set up is a bit different from other supermarkets due to the 'market style' but when you find your way about its very good. Prices are a little higher than Aldi but the variety is vastly better. I have out of necessity been restricted to shopping at Aldi recently. However I was able to go to Morrisons today and was very quickly reminded just how much better Morrisons is.

Great selection of products, not the cleanest store

No Christmas ⛄ dins after 2pm. Should be till 4pm. Oh, other reviewers, the grumpy one is still here! The others are brilliant. Update May 2024: Veg dinners sold out at 14:20. They are having a laugh.

Bakery hot bread coming out of the oven's What more could you wish for. What happened to the cream cakes? They are smaller than ever hardly any cream and more expensive.just what's going on!

Just had the most amazing breakfast delivered, egg, bacon and cheese muffin and an ultimate breakfast. Have to give this 9.9 out of 10, the 0.1 down marking was due to the hash brown being at the bottom so it was soggy. It arrived hot and fresh and all recyclable packaging. Well done Morrissons, will defo be back. No 1 breakfast in Blackpool.

Lots of products out of stock,very disappointing shopping Morrisons lately. Getting in and out of car park since macdoalds is getting worse 🙄. Price rises are now ridiculous went to get ibuprofen and gone up from last week at 45p now 80p .

A good selection of foods and snacks we were unable to find at a competing major store. The cafe has free hot drink refills, with convenient toilets.

Very hard to find staff to assist with enquires

Had to nip to get a bunch of flowers. Got what we needed and at a good price. The car park is located just off a very busy roundabout. Take care when leaving.

No till cashier on at 9pm otherwise jolly place to shop a market style layout.

Overpriced and always running low on stock

I find recently that on each visit there is something I cannot get... This time it was cauliflower. It just means a visit to another shop which is very inconvenient

Went on a Sunday morning to pick up some top soil. Couldn't have been more than a few minutes. Came back to this! No note, no witnesses. Spoke to customer service and they were disinterested. No CCTV in the car park. I find this poor for this day and age. You should be able to leave your car and it be safe when you get back...

Food was amazing, as well as the staff being very friendly, especially Paul, even though he was busy he was very polite and helpful.

This is our usual shop for the weekly shop. Their only problem is we cannot guarantee being able to get gluten free pizzas at the make your own counter. We often need to go to the bigger Morrisons at the other side of Blackpool.

I was shopping in the Cleveleys store today and was helped by a really lovely lady at the self scanner. I have met this lady before, she has worked there for years. Please give her a pay rise, people like her are worth there weight in gold The tome of my shop was between 10am and q0.30am. Thank you

Morrisons is a great store l usually go to our local in Cleveleys but every now and then l will go to the blackpool one and have a quick look at dunelm mill

Morrisons cleveleys have the worst toilets in England. 2 cubicles & 2 urinals. which are constantly blocked. Earlier this year they were out of order for 7 weeks they constantly smell. about time they spent some of vast profits on these antiquated toilets, 🎅😂

Tried Morrisons a few times but always find it more expensive than other supermarkets.

Very friendly staff usually very clean and tidy and like with any store some good offers on some things and not on others, decent facilities in terms of family friendly and disabled parking a plenty plus good toilets and baby changing facilities and good value cafe where kids eat free when you buy a main meal

Went in for quorn roast and a veggie pate, didn't have either . Aww well off to Asda tomorrow as I know they stock them

Christmas dinner but a real struggle to find a leaflet with Xmas meal options. Lady at the till found one eventually. Quite pleasant meal but no Yorkshire pudding ! And no Xmas pudding !

Disgraceful. 8 minutes at a self checkout whilst ONE member of staff fights to resolves everybody's issues. She was waiting on a knee op and was limping around on her own. She was sick of the complaints because of the rabid management's and HQs slavery cost policy. Won't pay. Left me fuming, I had to cancel my Just Eat delivery job, a £5 delivery, because I couldn't get out of the self scsn area, just no staff. Apparently it's the norm, what a way to treat customers. Vile.

No issues with the shop but be careful someone is walking round watching for people dropping litter even if its accidental you wont get a warning you will be fined £100

A little over priced but good quality

Disappointed! After shopping in store I found the shopping receipt did not reflect the More Card Savings despite having this scanned. I ATTEMPTED to contact customer services to be met with a recorded message which is not unusual, to telephone an 0345 number. This number was given at the end of the message without repeating the number so you could write it down, so I had to telephone twice to make a note of it. I telephoned the number provided but after I0 minutes of waiting for someone to answer I ended the call. 1. The recording is not customer friendly especially for those who are less able bodied. 2. Whilst waiting for someone to answer, the waiting recording message promoted “over 900 million customers visit their stores a week” and yet they don't seem to have enough staff available to support customers with their enquiries. Really not what I expected from Morrison’s I expected MORE!

Filthy sh17hole. Went through self scan, screens and shelves are full of stains and smears. Looks like someones spat all over it, taking a look at the other self scan tills they're all the same. Only nipped in on my way to my daughters, won't be bothering again.

Went in to use the toilet.. Decided to buy a hat. Very, very disappointed in the lack of colours available, only black bobble hats ot one pinkish tried hat and scarf set.

All its about with Morrisons, is ripping the customer off,

Click & Collect is awful here. You park up, far from the entrance, then there are no further instructions. Nobody comes out and checks on you, there's no number to call. You then have to walk all the way into the store and ask someone about it. They telly you to log into your Morrisons account and click a button that says 'I'm here'. We logged in but there was no button. It just says 'your order is being prepared'. Our slot was from 1600-1700. We were there at 1600 and by 1630 the website still said 'being prepared'. We have had to go back into the store for some more useless advice. It's a good job we aren't in too much of a rush. Who knows when we'll get our shopping. Also it's a bloody good job that I have data on my phone so I can log into the useless website. Asda click & collect is far easier.
