Went in stood at till, ordered what I wanted and the lad behind decided he would rudely decide to serve someone else, ended up leaving from embarassment. I was at the till first the lad was picking crisps while i was waiting. So thanks for that wont be returning. Staff eyesight test required. Sure he had glasses on

I think there must be a hinge on one of the appliances that needs oiling, there was a really piercing squeaking noise coming from that area quite frequently. Otherwise, all good.

Just been for a sandwich and had tiger bread which was tasteless. SubwaYs are normally my favourite but I won’t return to this branch. Three young men serving and only one had a mask on correctly and only he looked clean. Pull your socks up lads you’re letting the side down, you are working with food!

Very attentive and told me oh no that customer left her drink I ran our shop sith it to gind the customer but she wasn't there I thought that was very observant and said to staff she'll come bk. Happy with food and was clean I'll be bk

Usually great This time server after rifling around on the floor had to be asked to change gloves before handling my food Sandwich cut right through so it just fell out ....not it's usual 5* service

Standard Subway...nothing stand out as stores go...shared parking with Tesco Express. Staff friendly, good personalities, efficient and pleasant. Food wise, you know what you get...consistent, tasty food...meats for the sandwiches though can taste a little over processed...Subway as a whole not just the Poulton store.

I am a vegetarian, went into subway and ordered and tomato and cheese subway. Got home ate pretty much the whole thing until I saw a bit of meat ! This is disgusting. NEVER will I go to this subway again !

Never thought I'd moan about too many toppings but at point sandwich wont close because of staff member stuffing my sandwich with salad and sauce till it falls apart ... too much

Dont do rotissary chicken wraps with the greeny colour wraps anymore. Plus the steaks tasteless

Would be better but staff are constantly making customers feel like they should take the food away, little passive aggressive actions like bagging your food up an hour and a half before close time, really off putting, and they'll do stuff like sweep around you when u decide sit in anyway.

Always the best bet venue for getting quickly served a freshly prepared, in front of your eyes, sandwich on your choice of bread and filling that you'll enjoy eating, in our out... WELL RECOMMENDED!!! 🎶😉

Just been to subway for some lunch with my brother and we were served by the wonderful team leader Lydia! We bonded over a mutual love of gherkins - makes a refreshing change to see such a happy smiley face in there! The world would be a better place with more Lydia’s!

I have never had such a miserable amount of salad at any subway I have visited.My tuna salad bowl was one third full and there was very little tuna.The server scraped 2 scoops out of a very nearly empty container and neither scoop was full.The salad was very soggy and the 4 staff were too busy chatting to each other to give proper service. The subway on the M61 services however is really top notch.

We just called in for a drink this time. You can get alsorts of things if you want some thing to eat.

We are not happy at all with our service at subway in Garstang , we much prefer Poulton subway. First of all the guy that made our sandwich was too stingy with the tuna , subway used to give 3 scoops of tuna on a 6” then they gave 2 scoops and now and this guy used a tiny skinny little spatula took ages to make sure he didn’t use too much we did witness him drop tuna into the cheese box and someone who is allergic to fish could have ended up having that cheese with tuna mixed in on there sandwich . Then when it came to putting the salad on ... well this is where it gets interesting. So a foreign girl was serving us at this point we have nothing against foreign people working in subways but we found this particular woman really rude , she was clearly annoyed that we was struggling to understand her broken English , she then took the lettuce with her bare bony unpolished fingers and threw it on both of our sandwiches before we had time to say we didn’t want it on both , she then took it off and put it back into the box of salad with tuna still on it , she could have just put it in the bin , again this is cross contamination and I pray to god that no one with a fish allergy goes into subway today , Garstang . She then finished making our sandwiches and when we went to get our drinks she was really rude when we asked that we wanted a drink in a cup from the machine , we then told her we wanted coke and she kept asking us what kind , we said coke in a cup and she looked really annoyed at us for wanting this drink . Eventually we got our food and drink , we had also added hash browns to our meal , when we received these they were soggy and as floppy as ghandis flip flop. They were tasteless . Overall we are not happy with our service at subway today and we will be returning to Poulton subway next time. Also the 2 workers in Garstang subway that served us need to lighten up and have more passion towards their job they seemed like they really hated their job and did not want to be there .

It's a standard Subway, friendly staff and decent sandwiches, there's car parking and a Tesco next door. It does get quite hot in here in sunny days as it's effectively a glass greenhouse.

Went and got a couple of foot long meals, all made to spec fine. They have the garlic bread on offer now for your sandwich, but be careful, the total calories it adds is mind blowing! Knocked a star off because the bread toaster was malfunctional, not able to toast anything and the cash register couldn't accept cash payments. Hopefully gets fixed soon.

Tastes good but the wait times for a sandwich to be made is too long, doesn't matter what subway I go to they all the same. Just idiots behind the counter not working together to make it as optimal as possible.

Run out of some items and not generous with portions

Handy Subway near Tesco Express in Poulton.

Whenever I have visited and bought sandwiches from here, they have all been really good. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. I have also had cups of coffee from here by using my subway points I really like their gingerbread latte/cappuccino.

Love subway, can't go wrong decent sandwich for a decent price

Subway is the same. However, it was 10 degrees outside and the air con was blasting cold and you couldnt sit comfortably anywhere without a big jacket. Staff has long hair they had hats but hair was everywhere over the sandwiche bar when making the sandwiches. No other concerns. Toilets were clean.

Food was brilliant but wasn't allowed to sit in and eat even tho it was only 7:20pm and they didn't close until 10pm.. So I had to go and sit in the car...

Usual subway fare. Staff particularly good.

The assistant served the person in front of me with food gloves on they all wear in subway. After handling meat with gloves on, then handled the lettuce for my salad box! I did comment I was glad I wasn't vegetarian but it went right over her head.

We visit here on a regular basis, and have consistently had excellent service. We have visited other Subways, which have not been anywhere near this standard. The food is fresh, and the place always appears clean. Conveniently located just on the outskirts of Poulton, it is easy to pop into off the main road. Parking outside is a bonus too.

Air con was blowing too strong & cold, staff would not adjust so felt very uncomfortable to sit in.Have previously asked in Clevelys branch & they have obliged. Understand that a certain amount of cool air is needed to keep the salad fresh even though it is kept in the display fridge.

I visit many subways being on the road, there is nothing wrong and you get what you want, but it's too efficient and not friendly enough, especially in the morning! It can get busy at dinner. Limited parking as its next to a tesco express

Run by children who just want to go in the back and play on phones and chat, only had half the filling for a sandwich which turns out they didn't have the bread I wanted, I've seen small independent shops be better prepared. Not impressed!!!!!!!!

Wrong sandwich was given. Wasn't going to travel back 30 miles to return it. Starving and gutted.

It's a Subway.....it does what it says on the tin! It's clean, service is quick and friendly, and food is always the same good standard.

Subway in my opinion are one of the best value places to eat, offering meal deals for just £3 and a huge range of sandwiches. This particular subway is always busy and in appearance, always clean and tidy. If you are looking to eat on a budget then Subway should be a preferred choice.

Recently my friends went to subway for a friendly snack, upon arrival they were instantly attacked with an interrogation from one of the sandwich artists, one of whom is now traumatised and are self conscious about themselves (EH), also the other has changed their appearance due to this confrontation, hope this helps with your deciding on what subway to eat at.

Walked in went to order and was interrogated about straightening my hair and wearing minimal makeup to school. Mades us feel very uncomfortable!!

I try to avoid the ones in Blackpool town centre there usually full of foul mouthed teenagers not good if you are their with young family member staff that don't look clean themselves !! however the subway inside the petrol station is great Efficient clean and lovely staff U

Located just down the road, very convenient and the food is lovely. Such polite and friendly staff very quick but careful preparing your food.

as a vegetarian i dont appreciate cross contamination it isn't hard to keep meat separate from dairy products but obviously subway isn't concerned with vegetarians

En primer lugar estos establecimientos son bastante iguales, a limpiar las mesas y la mala calidad de la comida sin embargo a veces no tenemos mucho para elegir, pero para comprar comida. Tengo problemas para entender y oír el personal, no porque yo soy sorda sino porque su dicción es tan malo, Mutter y mumble y esperan que entiendo. La comida es de muy baja calidad y aburrido a menos que pedir pimientos. asqueroso de café. Si no te importa lo que come o en qué estado de alrededores estás en te irá bien, pero si te gusta mesas limpias, algún tipo de servicio y comida básico que es aceptable para cualquiera con conocimiento de lo que en realidad debería probar comida como te decepcionará.

Take no notice of the other reviews, The sandwiches ARE full of flavor, and satff ARE helpful. People just want to give places a bad name. Or their SNOBS

This is the only Subway I have ever visited and as a result I won't bother visiting any others. I've visited twice - my lunchtime sub was just about OK but the breakfast one was pretty awful. Staff were friendly enough but the sandwiches were full of cheap ingredients and bland in flavour.
