Set out lovely, friendly staff, plenty parking

Convenience odd times when food is reduced. Great selection of meat & veg. And drinks

Went today had a nice coffee upstairs at the cafe. Went downstairs to do some shopping asked a young member of staff by the alcohol who was sat on a stool staring at a bottle of beer, asked him if there was any Buck’s Fizz or Mimosas took him a while to answer and said it’s the type of thing we have at Xmas and normally with the Prosecco, he started to stand up as he looked over at that section so I thought oh he’s going to show me where it is, turned round as thought he was following me then a member of staff decided to talk to him and that was that! Went to the till with what I had purchased had no idea what the gentleman was saying and service was very slow. Not a patch on Lytham booths what a shame

It's Booths. Certainly not cheap but they have some interesting stuff. Worth popping in for specific things but not for a general shopping trip.

Had breakfast in the café, was good and fresh, coffee was hot 👍

Apparently they do a bacon or sausage barn - it is on the menu - I was told. It was NOT on the menu so the best option left was a couple of crumpets. Then found out they did do barns but usually a sign up. Too late by then. Great if you’re a mind reader — and if you go with someone in a wheelchair like I did, I defy you to find a table they can sit under comfortably. Sorry booths you need to up your game - good disabled loo though, but that’s not quite why we went.

Slowest check experience in the world

The staff are always helpful and pleasant. The meat products are always very tasty and great selection of wines and beers.

A bit expensive but there is a large amount of food and wine.

An upmarket emporium with an extensive range of vittals and libations with friendly staff. Very pleasant cafe to boot.

A very nice shop plenty of choice and also space to move around. A little more expensive than other stores so would not shop there all the time. It has been quite a while since I shopped here, it is a very nice store, again wouldn't shop here all the time, but will call in again.

Booths have made a name for themselves as a high quality grocery chain, and this store certainly doesn't disappoint. A range of local high quality produce complements the usual branded offerings, to prove a pleasurable and relaxed shopping environment in a delightful store.

Great shop in the centre of poulton le Fylde , staff are always friendly and have a great selection of products (lovely bakery area too) and open later than most shops

Shame they have taken the self service tills out, it takes ages to shop now, even if just for 1 item, I avoid if I can now

I love Booths. Unfortunately I have today fallen out of love with it thanks to the attitude of a member of staff in the cafe. Having visited previously and been pleasantly served by younger people, I was looking forward to having a coffee and lunch. Today on politely enquiring if a food item displayed on the large menu board was available, the abrupt, disdainful response from an employee named Liz was ‘it would be in the fridge you get it yourself’ as if I should somehow have known better than to ask for something listed as being available. I’m a fair-minded person but at age 50 I don’t enjoy being spoken to in a curt manner when a simple ‘sorry we don’t, please look at whats available in the fridge’ would have sufficed.

Used to love booths. Service from staff seems to not be great anymore. There was an incident on the self serve machines when I was in recently. Watched an elderly man unpack his whole weekly shop onto the machine and scanned every item. There was a problem with the machine freezing and instead of helping the gentleman put the items back in his trolley and helping him to a till one of the staff members just rudely stated ‘I don’t make the machines do I it’s not my problem!’. I was quite disgusted and would have said something or helped the elderly man myself had I not been in a rush. The gentleman then just walked out and left his shopping as he couldn’t manage to sort it himself into a till to pay. Might have meant he had no food for the week. Just not on. Wheres the empathy?? Or the common sense. I understand if ur allocated an area u may not be able to leave that section but he could have asked another staff member to help the gentleman instead of being nasty and rude!! And not to mention I’ve heard LOTS about the poor management team too. Apparently they treat the staff awfully so I’m not surprised they’re now taking out their moods on customers. It’s shocking

Good place with high quality food and good selection just not the cheapest as you don't expect but some items really are on the high side. Selective shopping makes it worthwhile.

Everything under 1 roof, of real quality food and own brand favourites and specialities, the cafe is to die for.

The wife will no go any where else.

We love a Booths, one of my fave places to visit when we travel up North to visit family. Shame we don't have them further South.

Very surprised at size of store and the variety of stock.

Staff very friendly they talk to youj which is very good but I have to say that it's good to talk to customers keep working and talking at same time not just talking and not working most people have other things to do never keep your customers waiting I should know I worked in a supermarket we always spoke to our customers but kept working at same time just a thought

Not the friendliest of staff. Only one (male) has ever been welcoming and polite. The biggest issues I have is the noise. The chairs could do with felt pads on legs and staff could at least lift chairs instead of dragging them in place. It is bad enough when customers move one or two chairs, but when staff are dashing about pushing and dragging one chair after the other it grates on the nerves. There is enough noise from the kitchen with clattering of crockery and clanging of cutlery being dropped in steel containers.

Had afternoon tea with my daughter in law in the cafe it was beautifully presented and very enjoyable the staff were very attentive and efficient

Witnessed horrendous Customer Service to an elderly lady by 2 members of staff!!..If I could rate Zero,I actually went over to help the lady reach the carrots she wanted .

Booths is great for certain products bit dir to their expensive prices I couldn't do my full weekly shop there

Customer service in the cafe is non- existent. Called into the cafe at 1pm to be served by a very rude lady, no name badge on, however name of staff on receipt ‘Sandra’. She had no inter personal skills whatsoever, no welcoming, no interaction, nothing. Two young people, male and female, were also working behind the counter who didn’t look very happy either, no smiles. Sandra, as front of house, should be leading by example. I actually felt sorry for the young staff having to work in that environment. Customer service in the cafe needs a massive shake up.

Can be expensive but I do like the quality of most items.

Yet again I find that the quality of the food from this store is disappointingly low. Not only that the selection on offer differs widely from both Lytham and Garstang stores. Highly unlikely I will ever use this place again. Not worth the time or effort.

Stocks Herdy - a brand I love. Produce is excellent and presented beautifully. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I find certain staff here rude and miserable. Do they not realise it’s the customer that keeps them in a job!!! I’ve arrived first thing and found numerous tables not cleaned obviously from the previous day. Such a shame , maybe a visit to Garstang Booths to see how a cafe should be run.

Nightmare parking even though it is free, it's a struggle finding a parking spot. Booths is very expensive and getting rid of self service tills. I won't be going in and having to queue at a staffed till when I could have gone straight through with the self service tills.

Called In to the meat stall, to get two chicken barms, and to be honest they were great value and tasted fantastic.

I enjoy walking around the store, just to look at what they have. We often buy the boxed wine but recently the price increase has stopped that.

Went in this morning, this shop is so well cared for , beautifully set out with stock , plenty of choice and always that special something as treat you would love for special occasion or just your every day shop ,love going in this store xx

Great local store, one of our favourite supermarkets for local produce. This store also has a cheese, fish/meat and hot food counter. Great to see such a large selection of both local and global beers.
