Costa Coffee in Wyre

New year tomorrow, Christmas Decs down now , believe they close at 16-00 hrs new year day Sunday hours Had a nice hot coffee, bought a choc caramel biscuit ,from the counter , placing it on top of the cup making the biscuit soft yum We called in at last minute, for a coffee, looked like it had been busy Staff were all friendly ,tables cleared as normal The room looked bigger without the Christmas tree lol , Happy new year to all

Cold day , Christmas has arrived Lots of people in The coffee nice & hot service was as good as usual , seats been moved around to accommodate the Xmas tree ,the Xmas decks wasn't much to cheer about The place was looking a bit tired Perhaps they are saving the money For the new year for a tidy up We will see It's a great place staff are great The service is excellent I know times are hard but even if The furniture is replaced with pre loved items it would boost morals For both staff & customer I think with cold weather macaroni cheese would sell well ,I realise the fridge isn't as big as others so I think they are limited to what they sell Perhaps do it on a pre order basis Just a thought ,as it would already be paid for . The time was 10-00 am , few seats Available,as it is getting on for lunch Regular locals come here it's almost like friends & family That's good as it keeps the coffee Flowing & till working I hope the Costa manages to progress over the next year ,& not Increase there prices as this would Prove to be negative Lots of competition in the area, keep ,some of the other cafes seem newer, higher grade but prices for Coffee simular but more comfortable People will make there own choice Around the toilet area in the Costa Is a very cold spot ,the air extraction is here ,so coffee goes cold quickly, also you keep coat on Progress is the word , don't become stagnant It's a great area ,all of the affinity To walk around ,other shops etc Finish the day with a coffee The staff have been here a while Loyalty works both ways The fridge always stocked & Kept clean , Keep up the good work to all

It's a great place to visit, as always the coffee is great. I am happy to see dogs are now allowed but object to them sitting on the chairs., dog trying to get to my breakfast - owner didn't care and neither did staff.

Quick lunch coffee and toasty great place for brunch. Quiet and tranquil as it’s mid week we found a quiet time perfect..

Enjoy this Costa, in a good location Lots of regular local faces ,well run by a good team Can get a bit busy at times especially during school holiday times but that's expected New drinks pop up & pointed out to customers, seats are good , staff always Helpfull try to go the extra mile A couple of area for seating can get a bit cold because off the air conditioning Keep up the good service Tables still kept clean

Just visited Costa at Fleetwood Outlet and HIGHLY recommend this superb team , the coffee was wonderful BUT eben better are tje EXCELLENT team of staff - super helpful , friendly and make a refreshing cuppa so much better , so special thanks to ALL especially KAYLEIGH & SYDNEE .

Been here regularly, gets busy at lunchtime & weekend Plenty of carpark spaces pushchairs limited for space , A nice coffee,is getting a bit pricey,we bring our own travel mug to keep prices down As you get a small discount Each time you go you collect visiting points ( Beans) On your Costa app after collecting so many you get a free coffee sandwich & cakes also can be bought Staff very good look after customers Ask how you like the coffee temperature

This costa is amazing always have friendly staff, I come here with my family alot just to get a coffee and have a chat and it's always a good atmosphere let alone great coffee and awesome design work

Coffee much too expensive no attentiion given to sugar etc . Very untidy ill organised. Poor atmosphere .never again.this is at vic hospital

Had to go back to counter twice as they forgot to add cream and syrup. Coffee spilled all over saucer. Lamps over counter thick with dust

Hot Chocolate was very nice, service wasn't great. Served by a lady wearing a badge saying 'Maestro Barista'. Git the feeling she really didn't want to be there. Serviettes were thrown on the tray, really scowling look on her face, maybe she was just having a bad day, but it wasn't my fault

Great drinks and food, and with single stall washrooms that function like gender inclusive washrooms, even though they use binary signage. It would be so easy to make it actually inclusive.

Went and ordered a drink. Huge queue with limited staff, think I saw 3 people, 1 taking orders, 1 doing drinks and 1 cleaning. Expected to be waiting for a while with the amount of people at the end waiting for drinks, but got served quite quickly and got my drink quick too.

Painful service. Only one person serving...

This used to be a good branch but the new staff are very inexperienced and spend too much time chatting and laughing and very unprofessional. they make too many mistakes, the workplace is very messy and it spoils the experience.

After waiting in a queue to be served which wasn’t that big took 35 mins ? 3 staff only one seemed that they new what they was doing over £15 2 sandwich one croissant, and a cappuccino and Americano coffee was bitter? Very disappointed.

It's OK. Always seems low on stock or slow. Could be just me. Also, costa loyalty scheme is getting even worse. It's now 10 beans for a free drink. Not gr8. Starbucks is starting to look a better option...Or local idependants...

Not very impressed with this place . Once my wife finally got to the front of the line the ignorant lad behind the till looked over her and served the man behind 🤔🤔 so after sitting waiting for her to be served (15 minutes) I then had to clear our table from previous customers get some bottled water and napkins to clean the table . Thankfully I'm not a local so won't be visiting again 2/10

Very slow no cutlery wrong drink don't bother coming

Wanted two coffee with milk, no longer do filter coffee. We walked out.

It took a long time to get my drink and I wasn’t too fussed about that. It was just after that when I received my drink that I came to find that my drink of £3.80 was 90% ice!!

Called in for a coffee whilst visiting the Affinity Outlet. Staff were busy but efficient. Just your usual Costa.

Went in for a coffee and being lactose intolerant and being told they don't do lactose free milk anymore. Find that very disappointing for a large brand

Excellent service, barista was super-friendly, brilliant coffee shop.

BIG problem with seagulls food should be band no food for seating out side only for sale if you site inside as very up setting of everyone sitting outside gulls dive boming . I only had e hot chocolate I've never seen how disturbing it is to experience this at a table next to me

20 minutes wait to by 3 bottles of coke. When a second member of staff finally appeared she was on her phone. I don’t mean an exaggerated 20 minutes actually 20 minutes. Shockingly poor service

Visit is Costa Coffee August 2022 with my younger daughter and husband absolutely lovely. Coffee was lovely and the food was too going to visit July 2023. Thank you to all the staff at Costa Coffee. So polite and helpful.

The baristas are super nice, and they go over and above to ensure you get the best service ! It can become quite busy but is squally quite clean even though is non stop busy

there was only 2 people working, the wait was quite long for coffee to be prepared my hot sandwich was sat on counter going cold. the q behind me was also getting longer by the minute need more staff on drinks.

Just what we needed as a pit stop. Replenished our energy so we could carry on shopping.

Wow had a gorgeous hot chocolate and bagel in here by kind friendly staff even when extremely busy day. Staff always attentavive and friendly to everyone locals and holidaymakers all day long, and fantastic disabled access and fantastic disabled facilities.

Friendly staff and fast service. I usually go in the morning on days off, just after opening. It has a nice chilled atmosphere. This place can get really busy at a weekend so expect things to slow down a little.

If a café/restaurant is any good it will be crowded, which this place was. Excellent service and food

Was not happy it said b4 we went into the shopping center dogs were allowed but went To go inside costa was told dogs were not allowed so we went to another coffee shop was told we were welcome so why can't you go in with your dog we also went to cafe nero in St Anne's today &was told no problem just checked if we can take my dog in fleetwood market it says dogs are welcome so why do costa not let dogs in ?we are on holiday at cara gran who have no problem with dogs

Really nice place to go and the HOT CHOCOLATE is amazing and is my go to drink whenever I go somewhere as it's always a nice drink. Staff we're Brilliant and so helpful and nice to us and all the rest of the customes which was a great day

I don't know how they can charge £3.40 for a watery, sludgy hot chocolate. Visited a couple of days ago and tables were dirty and uncleared. 2 people serving and one clearing up, supposedly. My drink was disgraceful. Looked and tasted awful. Won't be going again.

Fairly busy as it was around lunchtime. We had a couple of sandwiches which required heating up in addition to our coffee, rather than have us waiting around the staff said they would bring them over when ready which they duly did. From ordering to getting our sandwiches I was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff here, will definitely drop in here again.

You know what you're going to get

Tables always dirty and full of used cups and plates, no matter what day of the week. Came one day and there were no cold drinks whatsoever. Annoyed they packed all the cakes away nearly half an hour before closing but trays of dirty cups and plates still everywhere. Think they got their priorities wrong.

Had a fabulous coffee here last week and my daughter had a mint milkshake which she couldn’t get enough of!! Staff were amazing and the store was spotless. Special shout out to the trainee young lady, I didn’t catch her name but she was on the ball throughout my entire visit and extremely welcoming with a beautiful smile! Would absolutely recommend this Costa to anyone, the team really do make a difference! Can’t wait to visit again
