Very nice food reasonably priced but only person in there!

Very quiet when we went in but food and service was good, clean inside will go again

Visited whilst on holiday in the area. Friendly staff. Dog friendly pub, just not on the carpeted areas. Food was good. Will go again when in the area again.

A large family party of us went here on Christmas day and to say they spoilt Christmas for us was an understatement. When they eventually started serving us starters only a few of us received them. The rest was left waiting and wondering. They brought out two child starters and insisted we had ordered them, even though we only had one child in our company. I had photographs of all of our orders that I had personally handed in. They finally took the 2nd one back. Approximately 20 minutes later I went and asked when we would be getting the rest of our starters and said that this was not good enough. The young waitress came out, asked what we were missing and went back into the kitchen. She then reappeared, in tears (obviously being told off in there when it was not her fault) and asked again what was owing as she had forgot. She was distressed, poor lass. We calmed her down and told her not to worry and gave her the order again. When it was time for the main meal, we went to the carvery, the meat was new, that was good, but for most of our guests there was a lot of the accompaniments missing. Either no roast potatoes, hardly any veg, there was gravy when I was there but not for others. The dishes of cranberry sauce and mint sauce were empty even when I was there. These things had not been attended to or filled up for each table to enjoy their meal as they should. The desserts took that long to be served to us that 4 of our party had to leave for various reasons as we had been there about 3 hours already. This time they brought out 3 child desserts insisting we had ordered them! We sent those back twice. Two of our party ordered the lamb shanks for their main and they were stone cold in the middle. Again, they had to get up from the table to go and complain and change it for something else or wait longer for lamb to be ready. Not what you expect on Christmas day. The whole atmosphere was ruined and it wasn't just us, there were other people complaining and wanting refunds. A guy on the table in front of us told us that he got turkey on his plate, one ball of stuffing then he moved along and there was one roast potato left, no veg or anything. So he handed his plate back to them and told them to forget it and demanded a full refund. That guy had no Christmas dinner at all. That is the short version of how it went but it's the first and definitely the last time any of us will be going there ever again.

Absolute rubbish! Don't go for Xmas dinner. The atmosphere was awful with people with shouting, swearing, throwing things etc. Food was stone cold and half of the food didn't show up despite reminding the servers that half our party was missing their meals.

Great place when it works but otherwise, my elderly grandma put in a £20 deposit and pre-paid £120 for her Christmas Day meal to a staff member, and then was rejected at the doorstep for ‘never having paid’, and, ‘not being on the system’. She paid in full and yet was rejected AND wasn’t offered her money back. This is awful service. She paid in October and was fully prepared to come for a meal with her disabled son today, but was rejected. awful.

Great food in great surroundings

Fabulous food, service and value for money. Friendly staff. Lovely decor and atmosphere. We also enjoyed playing pool and darts after our meal.

Luke the waiter is very helpful im in a wheelchair and nothing is too much trouble all the other staff are also very pleasant and helpful if the team keep it as it is the three lights gets 100 per cent on my vote I’ve now been four times and each time the food has been supberb

Two pool tables lots of people on them and hardly any diners. Carvery was dismal and run out of a lot of veg. This wax about 11.45am.

Took a group of adults with special needs out for lunch today. A perfect place, nice and open for wheelchairs food was good quality very reasonably priced. Staff were fantastic, nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Service was below average. Beer had to be returned twice due to tasting quite frankly awful. Food was below average in every aspect, one plate of food actually contained several human hairs. Would definitely not recommend.

Very poor atmosphere & bad welcome. No atmosphere at all and the man taking orders (hoody & baseball cap!!!) does not have the right attitude to work in a pub. We were made to feel that we were a nuisance. The food was thrown together.

Since the three lights management chaged hands the food, atmosphere and bar staffs service has been night and day from how it used to be. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere and excellent food. It is also more fun since they added darts, pool and poker. 100% worth a visit

Can't fault this pub even if I tried. The staff are lovely and helpful. I always feel welcomed. They always go big for seasonal holidays with the decorations and it always looks great.

Arranged to meet a family member at this pub whilst on a long weekend visit. Chose it because it was dog friendly. Arrived there and asked a staff member of it was ok to eat there and bring in our dog. Place wasn’t busy and only about 6 tables were in use. Was told by staff member quite abruptly we could do this but only on tables with hard floor… The only tables available were either sticky and dirty or cluttered with previous diners mess. We left it a while for the tables to be cleaned as we viewed menu. It was clear this wasn’t going to happen so moved to a table that appeared cleaner but still sticky and dirty. Previous employee that was abrupt, gave a few peculiar looks over as if we were taking too long to order, Guy had a bit of an attitude to be honest and made us feel uncomfortable. Was going to ask him why he was so rude but instead just went elsewhere informing our family member to go to the smokehouse where we knew the staff were pleasant. Won’t return here and was obvious why the car park so empty at half term on Friday lunch time. It’s in the Hospitality industry so it’s suggested some staff are trained to be hospitable…

Really friendly welcome, all set up for a Halloween party but the staff could not be accommodating enough. I have been before with the dog and the family and it was equally as welcoming

Pub was very quiet. Even wondered if it was open! However, staff excellent and food excellent. My wife had certain requirements re her food but, for the first time ever, anywhere, this was not a problem and everything she asked for regarding her food was listened to and complied with. 100% to everyone in the bar and kitchen. We will be back.

Had a carvery cold not a lot .looked like it had been out hours

Went for Sunday carvery and was not disappointed. Good selection and hot.

We went for a large family meal 12+ people reserved. When we arrived they had run out of carvery knowing they had a reservation so we made due but when ordering we where also told they had ran out or steaks for the mix grill. We made due yet again but the food was cold and bland only redeeming quality was the outside area for are party. I will also add when paying the card machine automatically asks for a tip before you have even tasted your food or had service min options being 15%.

Emailed directly and no reply hence review. Went for wife's birthday - spent over £100 and very poor service, waited over 40 mins before enquiring food was then it came out tepid. Had to ask for cutlery. No napkins. Lots of items on menu not available. Desserts - came out cold or melted. No cutlery again and had to wait then didn't bring enough. 1 hand pulled beer showing - not available. Food was average. Service was poor. Very quiet with hardly anyone in. Wont return. Real shame as started off well.

I find this place is always nice flowing, food doesn't take long, neither is it expensive, always tasty, never busy busy but enough to have atmosphere. Play area outside for the little ones, pool table for the older ones. I live rather far from here yet don't mind the drive out to get good service, food and a nice few hours with my family.

Went to Blackpool, however as the firework display was on it was far too busy with traffic jams. We cut our losses and drove to Fleetwood and came across Three Lights. It was after 8pm and I was worried they had stopped serving but they hadn't. Staff were friendly and polite. We ordered 2 fish and chips with mushy peas and when it came I was impressed with the size. Big fish and loads of chips. It was really really tasty. The only thing that would have made it better was a slice of bread and butter or a teacake. Other than that I was impressed. Definitely a place to visit again.

My partner had the sirloin steak and she remarked it was tasty and cooked to perfection. I had the cod and chips. Now you get a lot of places that serve up a huge amount of batter and very little fish, but this was meaty fish all the way throughout. The service was lovely and attentive. Highly recommended. Addition: We have visited a few times since writing my review. The food is still of good standard, but the service has gone backwards. Before, you could take a seat and somebody would be over to take your order. They would also bring you the cutlery and take away your starter crockery before they served you your main. Now it's order at the bar, pick up your own cutlery and after your starter your table is full of plates once your mains are served. It wasn't exactly busy, so no real excuse for odd service.

Absolutely lovely pub. The food - we had a Sunday lunch which was exquisite. The staff were friendly. The pub is very comfy and cosy. My partner and I highly recommend.

**Review: The Cozy Corner Pub** I recently visited The Cozy Corner Pub with my boyfriend, and we had an absolutely delightful experience! Food was not cooked properly no atmosphere

Lovely pub, great food and service is great!

8 of us came for my sisters birthday last year and left after finding that practically nothing on the menu was available. Thinking it a one-off, we returned this year and guess what, no steak, no mixed grills, no scampi etc. Love the pub, the staff are friendly but this is the last time I waste a taxi fare to find nothing on the menu. Whoever is in charge of ordering stock needs hauling over the coals - outrageous way to run a business.

Nice pub but the staff and food availability was very poor as a lot of the meal were unavailable and the service was very slow.

Long wait for food but good once it came

Very disappointed - arrived at 8pm last night to be told that it was only drinks available as kitchen was closed!

Filthy tables that we had to clean, steak came as well done when asked for medium rare, the food itself was poor, I could go on, but I wont be back.

Well what a diffrence came here 7 months ago and just had to leave a bad review.we came again last night.as soon as you walked in the atmosphere music playing people chatting very busy in restaurant guys playing pool.staff were great friendly and polite and smart not a pair of ripped jeans in sight.very professional.as for food well we will be back it was great hunters chicken highly recommend.the whole atmosphere was great well done will highly recommend this place to everyone.

pub run out of gas in a busy friday night so no beer food took ages and wasn’t value for money i eat at the bay horse which is far better value for money the actual food tasted fine tho

Extremely slow service for an almost empty pub. We arrived for a late lunch around 1pm and ordered straight away. We did not get our food until nearly 1.45pm and the one member of staff that seemed to be doing everything herself, was moaning about being understaffed! Food was only just okay, nothing to shout about, but after a long wait it filled a gap. Won't be rushing back any time soon.

When we walked in we was stood at the door for 5 mins without being greeted we then walked over to the bar to which we was told to sit anywhere that didn’t say reserved. I went to the bar and ordered mixed grill to then be told that there was no mixed grills which I was not informed of when I walked in. Then we sat for 45 mins for our food when it was not that busy with no communication from the staff. When our food arrived my steak was overcooked and tasted off but no one did a check back on us so I was not able to tell them about this. As we left no one acknowledged us. I used to work for Marstons and I am aware of the standards and I have to say that not one was upheld at all if anything it felt like we was a burden and on Saturday night it should not feel like this when the pub was this quiet.

I go here often with my 2 children atmosphere is always nice staff are very good with my children always offering colouring activities and also a slide park in the back and food is lovely not to over priced and the pub it self is very clean would definitely recommend bringing your family here for a meal . We enjoy it every time .

Appalling place. There were a group of blokes playing pool, shouting and balling all over the place. I was informed after I’d ordered and paid that they’d run out of chips, so I was having (that well known British dish) fish and fries instead. The fish was poor quality and swimming in grease, the side order never showed up, nor did the extra chips that were now fries. If you’ve any respect for yourself or your loved ones, don’t bother.

Although there was a limited menu,the food was very good. There used to be a gluten free menu,but not any more. The manager there was very helpful before I ordered my food.

Food on the floor even if not busy, no one bothers to clean up. Dirty glasses, had to ask for a clean one without finger prints and lipstick on it. I don't expect miracles but the basics should be covered.

Me & a friend called in for lunch. My friend ordered gammon which came with chips peas & an fried egg. My friend my friend asked if she could have poached egg but was told the chef didn't know how to make one ridiculous!! How can a chef Not know how to make a poached egg unbelievable! Then the landlady came & said would she like something else instead of poached egg so she said she would have a boiled egg, then when the food came she said oh sorry it's meant to come with salad not peas, my friend said it didn't come with a salad it came with chips peas & egg. Don't think they knew what was on there menu's. I had hunters chicken which came with chips & side salad. Mine was fine till I cut into the chicken & it was over cooked & very dry, hence did not eat it. We will not be going there again. I would not recommend.

Food is normal pub grub but the staff are lovely I went in with my mother who has celiac disease and they made sure the table we were sat was recleaned as well as ensuring the cutlery had come straight from the kitchen rather than the open cutlery trays and the person that took the order made sure that the chef was aware that this was not just "gluten free" and the person serving in our area was also aware #glutenfree #celiaclife

Staff were brilliant! Super friendly and helpful. But that's where the positivity ends for me. £10 for a pepsi, and a single whisky and pepsi is absolutely absurd. The food was heavily overpriced and extremely standard. On par with wetherspoons. But at least in spoons you pay cheap, you get cheap. Just go spoons, at least you won't leave with your pants around your ankles...

Welcoming and friendly staff from the instant we walked in. Excellent service, food cooked to perfection for all 5 of us, meals were chicken burgers, hunters chicken, sirloin steak and a mixed grill, followed by desserts .... no complaints in the slightest.... can't wait to go again

Had a lovely meal on Monday night which was specially provided for me. I am vegetarian and didn’t fancy the burger again, so the manager went into the kitchen to see if they had any alternatives and the chef offered to make me a spinach tart which was delicious. Full marks for going out of your way to make your customers happy. I would like to see more vegetarian options on the menu in the future as many meat eaters like a vegetarian choice sometimes as well. Great evening though, made better by the fact that staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable, well done and keep up the good work Great pub, lovely atmosphere and lovely staff

Overall pretty good, the limited menu is what you expect from a pub chain but it was served hot, tasted good and served with a smile. Lighting seems a little dim but I know some pubs can be like that, nice to see a pool table in a pub, you don't see that often these days. Only points of note were, only 1 beer on the hand pump.

The landlord/lady were so lovely. The food was standard pub grub at a cheap price. Great little outdoor play park for the children as well as outdoor seating, sheltered from the main road. Could only give atmosphere a 3 as we were the only ones in there. They’ve got some exciting plans for the near future - live music, quiz and poker nights! Will be going back soon!

I went today with my friends for some lunch, we chose three lights so my friends little boy had somewhere to play whilst we caught up & waited for food, not many pubs have this as an option but being mums it’s very convenient for us. They’ve also now got a darts board and pool table so I look forward to coming back with my family soon.

It was our wedding anniversary (28th), we thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed our visit and will be recommending the three lights to everyone. We were served by Daniel, he was a lovely and very helpful young man. We have decided we are going to make regular visits.Overall it was great, oh by the way, the food was excellent.

Refused 2 x elderly disabled patrons to have smaller meals off the children's menu so we walked out without drinks or food cannot rate the food or service

Booked in August for the Boxing Day menu. Took 1.5 hours for mains to arrive. Only 2 staff on FOH Excuses tor delay in food... (1)Catching up on day before!! (2) Only 2 staff on (3) Is getting plated up now Its not the staffs fault but the delay in food for a booking made 4 months prior is poor Won't be going again. 6th May 2024 We did go back and had a much better time. Service was great and friendly, food and price was good. We will gladly visit again :)
