Couldn't order. Logged onto Fleetwood Eats at 12:35, Wudz open for business. Items added to basket by 12:39, click to order, sorry we're closed. 50 minutes early on a Saturday. Says it all.

Don't waste your money, can't get orders right, poor quality ingredients. Burgers are also terrible. We literally had few bites and put in bin

Cheap ingredients and got the order wrong even after asking me twice and writing it down cant understand how that can happen

Passing through late lunch, ordered large cold crispy bacon barm £4.90 . Cash or BACS . Pricey I thought. All I got was a warm 4 slice bacon left over from breakfast, average size barm and slither of mayo . No effort made . Shocking

I go to Wudz Sandwich bar often for brunch or a late breakfast and most of the time the food is great, especially the muffin box. However; I went this afternoon on a Friday at about 12pm, and there is a sign displaying opening times on the front door- having being a frequent visitor I know the closing time on most days of the week, including a Friday, is at 2pm, I didn’t expect anything to be different, however when I get there all the lights are off inside and no staff are in?? This isn’t the first time this has happened and the times are very unreliable and it is disappointing, and there was no times displaying if the staff were on any lunch breaks either? Obviously most breakfast places finish at 12, so I do rely on Wudz for a late brunch so it is very annoying.

Never been here before but was out at work and got hungry and found this place. Got myself a cheese burger and a pie. Stunning food served by wonderful staff! Will definitely be back again!

I am housebound so when my great nephew comes we order mcdonalds ..Today when he came he suggested Wudz for a sandwich. We looked at menu online and I choose bacon and cheese toasty and he got a large barm with corned beef.. He loved his barm and I absolutely loved my toasty. Proper cheese and lots of it and melted to perfection. Piping hot. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Staff always lovely and kind. Portion sizes couldn't ask for anything better. Cooked to perfection everytime and delivery spot on always before the time stated. Thanks guys 😁

Half of our order this morning was wrong. The person serving took a phone call in the middle of dealing with the order, and this is what happens when when the customer in front of you takes second place.

You should update your hours, I drove all this way on a Sunday morning at 9:30am to find you closed when your Google listing says you’re open from 8:30

What’s the point in a phone if you don’t answer it?

Our company regularly orders from this establishment for staff dinner breaks as well as catering for staff parties and meetings. Can not fault this place always high quality food for a reasonable price. Cant understand people complaining about prices with the economy we currently live in. We are yet to find a better catering provider and our clients always make remarks on how good the food is. Our employees all love ordering from this place and especially love the specials. Personally highly recommend the muffin boxes 1000 percent better than McDonalds. Employees are always lovely even when rushed off their feet. Firm staff favourite from us.

We regularly order lunch from here and the food is always top, the good quality product choice shows in the sandwiches, at a good price too! I would recommend the chicken and chorizo bagel, or the special lamb kofta flat breads (these were AMAZING, i have no choice but to order when this special pops up!!) Our recent work buffet we ordered was made up of bagels, wraps, southern fried chicken, paninis and sandwiches. Everyone had nothing but compliments! Thank you Wudz staff !

No only was every single item in the box undercooked, the amount was just so much smaller than their cometitors. The container the beans came in was like a thimble, and this was after they took over an hour to deliver it. No one answered the phone at all when I tried several times to contact the shop to find out an update (because the app had been showing out for deliver for half an hour) and when it did turn up, the lady denied it had even though I offered to show her the app in front of her whilst she was there - which she wasn't interested in doing - so instead of just admitting there was a mistake, she basically called me a liar. I took a screenshot of the app saying it was out for delivery at the time I said it was, just in case it was altered after she got back to the shop. In short - not at all recommended - even without the delay, the quality and portion quantity can be beaten in lots of other places locally. Add to the mix the incredible rudeness of the staff just do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere.

Great food very reasonable prices

I have just ordered breakfast sandwiches from here and can safely say that we will NEVER be ordering from here again. The quality has gradually got worse each time we have been, but today's was shocking... The Sausages and bacon were cold, the batons themselves were not fresh and again were hard and fell apart when the sandwich was picked up. Asked (twice) for the cheese to be melted to only find that they had dumped loads of grated cheese on the sandwich instead. The service has gone downhill, there was 6 members of staff all there, the phone rang numerous times and they just left it to ring out.

I was a regular customer here and i am disappointed to see they are quickly getting worse each time. I have seen the quality of products and quantity become terrible. Each time i have ordered the chicken, its tasted OFF. I also have found hair in my food the past 2 times i have ordered. Although the delivery person is nice, the food simply is not up to standards anymore. I AM NOT ORDERING HERE AGAIN. The best thing ive received for a while is a can of diet coke.

Great service, friendly staff and nothing is ever too much for them. We had placed an order to collect some butties, we had to call and add some more which they were so pleasant about. They were ready when we went to collect, all hot as they should be and very very tasty. They even wrote everyone’s names on the butties to make it easier to hand them out. Just excellent all round ☺️💪🏼

Asked for 2 sausage batons with ketchup, got them home no ketchup and undercooked sausages. Fed to the dogs . Pathetic

We ordered two afternoon tea boxes for the four of us .they came with a bottle of Prosecco little pot of cream and jam . Absolutely brilliant.

Staff lunch order (NHS) for 8? 2 toastie 4 pannines all not toasted properly? cold and soggy? 2 cold sandwiches ok. Have been ordering out as staff in uniform can't nip to local shops anymore

Philly cheesesteak panini is pathetic, for £3.80 aswell. Panini wasn't toasted enough Got a bacon and cheese panini aswell amd the cheese wasn't even melted. Simple things go along way

Would not rate this at all, false advertising, just phoned for a breakfast box stop doing them at 11.30 so I asked for to sandwiches apparently stop delivering at 1.30 it was only 1.20 when I phoned. What a waste of time..........

We use this place on a very regular basis . Sometimes we go and choose ourselves and sometimes we have delivery . The salad boxes are plentiful and filling and the barm cakes are of high quality . Staff are v friendly and smiling as you enter . I personally think the soup and sandwich deal is the best . The broccoli and Stilton soup is ace !

Very clean and tidy which is always a good sign! The staff take their gloves off when u pay which sounds daft but alot of mainsteam sandwich chains dont do it - risking contamination! Ordered a few times now and always quick service and done how i ordered it! They also deliver

Ordered from here a few weeks ago and it was amazing. Ordered from here today and it's disgusting and way overpriced. Chicken and bacon mayo should be all cut up and mixed together like it was last time I ordered, not slices of extremely fatty bacon on top of chunks of chicken it's not the same and is just lazy. Clearly you have one member of staff that can do a simple task and make a sandwich and one that can't. At nearly a fiver you'd think you'd do it right. Also there's a man that answers the phone who is nice and polite and a woman that clearly needs some customer service skills. If you want a nice sandwich and no rudeness. Go to food for thought. Much better. Won't be ordering wudz again.

Would give it a good but for the constant lack of brown sauce!!!!!! Jesus how difficult can it be to remember. Your lucky if you get it half of the time. BROWN SAUCE!!!!!!!

No he estado a wudz para una papa de la chaqueta con atún y queso y una ensalada. Después de comer la ensalada descubrí entenderse con uno, puertas corredizas en la parte inferior de la bandeja. Obviamente no lavar la ensalada o revisar la comida correctamente. asquerosa. Tomó, y recibió un reembolso completo. No será visitar allí de nuevo! Ojalá tomó una fotografía para probar esto.

If you fancy a decent sandwich, you can't go wrong at the wudz. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Best meals I have had from a sandwich shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful . Everything they serve is fresh. The place is spotlessly clean. You ask them for something different and they will do what they can to provide it. They will deliver to your home if you have a problem and cannot get out. Overall Great Quality, Great Service and a Great Price. Would recommend everything.

Sam came through for us at a difficult time with a short notice request for a buffet for 50 people. The buffet was fresh and delivered on time. All the plates and cutlery were clean and the food was fantastic. Usually there is always lots of food left at a buffet. Not this time!!! a few chicken legs and a few pork pies. Everyone commented on how good the food was. The wraps especially are amazing. We have used the buffet service on a number of occasions even for 200 people and would highly recommend it.Thanks Sam and team.

We had WUDZ buffet for 55 people for our office party on 18/12/13. Everyone said how lovely it was. The selection of sandwiches and nibbles, including wraps, wontons and bhajis was great and the freshness was second to none. Delivered on time and in sealed display trays. We will definately be having WUDZ again!!!! Thankyou.

Order wrong and over charged by £2 . No organisation staff trying to deal with to many orders and getting them all wrong need to learn their prices also over charged a £1 on each sandwich. Very disappointed would not use again.

Great place for a lunchtime sandwich, all fresh prepared and without waiting too long. They do hot and cold sandwiches and also a breakfast box and baked potatoes and all very reasonably priced.

Not only is the food brilliant on the premises but the outside catering service is amazing. 180 greedy people to feed and Wudz brought the food, set up all the equipment, served the food and then cleaned away. Wow!!!!The food was delicious hot and excellent quality. My guests ate everything....Highly recommended for any occasion - big or small.
