The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North West

I visit your cafe every Tuesday morning and the staff are very unfriendly except for one particular young girl who has very short hair.One of your staff was very rude to me this morning which left me very upset.She said i was waiting in the wrong place to order my food.When i asked her what she meant her words were"the fact there is no til here surely tells you we dont serve food here "She was just ready to diss me and make me feel very uncomfortable which i was by the way.She told me i couldn't have been in the cafe for years if i didn't know where to get served. There was absolutely no excuse for this behaviour.When i told her i came every week she laughed at me. This behaviour is not acceptable.The sad thing is there are a few who work in the cafe are very rude.This person however went too far when she started arguing with me and all because i was standing in the wrong place.

Cold. No atmosphere. Terrible halloumi sandwich with barely anything inside it. Expensive and won’t be visiting again.

Hair in food then denied compensation, terrible is usually good would never order again, cheeky denying money back when there’s picture proof

Absolutely rubbish when here for a good fry up........not available any more.........no chops anymore... Toasties all pre packed.........wont be coming here again..........16 quid for 3 buttys and 3 brew...........dont come here............find a better cafe............

Popped in for a piece of cake and a hot drink each but we were very disappointed. Coffee was small and cold, and the cakes were gummy and sickly. I wasn't expecting everything to be made fresh from such a small venue but I was expecting higher quality for the prices. Staff ignore the alert button indefinitely and couldn't answer questions about the menu. If the prices were more reasonable I'd be happier with this place, but £25 for two pieces of frozen cake and two very small drinks with no service whatsoever is really pushing it.

Served very rude abrupt the staff were sat on a Setee it was like I was disturbing them I ordered I croissant it was shoved in a bag ! I then asked to be heated up and butter the woman was rude I go into many costas on my travels never ever received such bad service and atmosphere Disgusted

Visited the cafe whilst waiting for my MOT to be completed. I ordered a pot of tea and also got a soft drink can for later (I was offered a glass). As I approached the till behind which there were 2 members of staff, I waited a good minute to be acknowledged while the staff discussed someone’s uncle, there was no smile, good morning, hello, nothing…rude! As I ordered I asked for skimmed milk, this was not acknowledged by the server but the girl behind her reached for full fat, I asked again for skimmed, she poured the skimmed into a small jug but didn’t acknowledge me in any way then proceeded to balance the pot, the milk jug inside the empty cup and the cup on the counter which is ridged as intended for a tray, this caused the tea pot to tip slightly and some tea to spill out…the server then asked if I wanted a tray! The tea was breakfast, not very strong but hot and the pot and jug poured well, the glass I was given for the soft drink was scratched and clearly old. The table I sat at was sticky and there were crumbs on the chair. No big deal but doesn’t live up to my expectation of Marks and Spencer. It was more like a service station on the M6. It used to be lovely but it is tired now and in need of freshening up. Staff that are friendly, warm, and welcoming go a long way…I’m really annoyed that this experience has made me sound like my mum!!

Visited and waited in the queue and waited and waited. One young man was taking the orders taking payment serving the drinks serving the countered food loading the tray etc etc. no one came to him to help. People were getting so fed up they were walking away. This is down to very poor management, either run the cafe or shut it down. Why someone of store responsibility does not see this they are not capable of their roll within the store themselves. I appreciate staff costs but if you’re going to run a dept run it properly.

Lunchtime visit. Asked if they take debit card, said yes. Ordered full breakfast, chip barm and a millionaire shortbread. No one else in cafe, which speaks volumes! Drinks and food arrived 50 minutes later. Ridiculous amount of time. I couldn't eat the cake, had a weird taste. Had to leave coffee, didn't have time left on car parking. Went to pay, suddenly told they only take cash. I would never go back.

Asked for decaf tea bag think I had asked for the world tea like dish water ordered brown toast like to butter my own it came dripping with whatever they had put on awful cafe

Ordered chicken, bacon, cheese and mayo panini expecting them to have a piece of chicken, rasher of bacon and cheese. Service was slow and we were very disappointed when the food finally arrived. It was a soggy bottomed panini filled with mayo, chicken and ham slop which smelled and tasted processed. I couldn't eat the soggy bottom and complained before we paid the bill. I showed the Supervisor/cook the floppy Panini and her response was 'Oh sorry about that' but we were still charged £19. At no point did any of the staff ask was all okay with the food. Several tables needed clearing whilst staff were stood around looking bored and we saw a group of three sit down at a dirty table but get up and leave. We have eaten there before but won't be returning.

Ordered at 15:07 and had to call as the app i ordered from said it had been delivered. When called were told that it was still there and it was leaving shortly. Tried to call again and got no answer and the food was never delivered.

I popped in to Southport branch today for some food shopping. Having not been there before I wasn’t sure of where items were. There was a young man called Cole who was extremely helpful and Smiley nothing was too much trouble for him. I very rarely comment on customer service but when it’s exceptional I feel it needs to be recognised. Thank you cole !!
