The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North West

After visiting several Starbucks drive throughs this is the worst by far. For a new complex it was very grubby behind the counter from the drive through window. Cups, split drinks, straws etc all over the floor while staff were standing on their phones doing nothing. The shop was empty so clean up

Mi esposa tenía un chocolate caliente y una rodaja de vainilla muy acuosa. Tomé un té y una rodaja seca de panadería y una galleta de chocolate doble costó 16. 50 . El segundo problema era que un café no tenía un cliente 🚻 inodoro es un poco basura. Mesa muy pegajosa no volvería a esta cafetería habría sido un 1 estrella, pero el chocolate caliente era agradable y el té bueno.

After vowing never to go to M&S cafe (Gemini) again, I visited the one in Chester last week. What a difference- able to pick up/order what I wanted via a person and enjoy on a clean/empty table. . I made a point of speaking to the Manager and advised her of such a pleasant experience. If she has any influence over the changes at the larger stores with the unhygienic touch control system( no facility to clean the screens) which leaves customers with either cold food or cold drink, whilst waiting for the other half of an order to arrive, I sincerely hope that Management listen. If the number of adverse reviews isn’t enough to make them reconsider, I assume they aren’t interested. Will spend our money at alternative venues.

Crapes were undercooked and rubbery. Hot chocolate wasn’t hot, might as well ask for a cold chocolate drink. Cinnamon buns were stale. When complained he just laughed it off said ok. No apology

A much better meal than I expected delivered to a really high standard in a restaurant full with quirky brilliance and very carefully and loving prepared

Great access off the M62, plenty of parking. Wow this place is busy, had to wait to find a seat on a Friday afternoon. Yes, yes, yes they are here, the no drink laptop, table hoggers! Staff borderline rude, everything seemed like a chore and please be on the ball, you have to read to barristers mind to find out if you're drinks are ready. Staff training required for manners, talking (to customers, very good at chatting between themselves) smiling and informing customers when orders are ready. Other than that it was okay :)

The M&S provides a wonderful selection of food & drink served by friendly staff. The menu provides a welcome & probably healthier alternative to Blackpool's multitude of fast food outlets so we made a b-line for this cafe during our weekend stay.

If I could have NO STARS I would do it Unacceptable! I came so many times, the toilets are ALWAYS closed. Today I asked just to change the baby, and the “manager” was “explaining” to me that I cannot. She gave a number of reasons but all of them were not true. NEVER again

Fue a tomar unas copas. Excellent pub cheap beer £3 per pint Staff were very helpful entertainment was great This pub is for mainly over 25s

Absolutely fantastic, food is always great and the carvery is outstanding. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure.

The place is filthy, cups left on tables, the toilets an absolute disgrace. Ladies sanitary bins overflowing & placed on a shelf at head height (I’m 6ft 2) in the unisex toilets. Lots of staff, of course hiding behind the counter messing on mobile phones! This place doesn’t have a drive thru, so no excuses whatsoever to ensure tables are cleaned, cups collected, half eaten food removed from empty tables, a damp cloth to wipe them over & my god, the bomb site of the toilets are addressed! We walked out & went elsewhere for a family cake & coffee meet! I didn’t fancy having to need my tetanus jab being renewed. Really disappointed, management needs to get a grip of this potential gold mine!

Place has very rude staff, which have experienced on multiple occasions. Standard of coffee is poor and drinks always cold. Is no longer dog friendly, which will prevent me from visiting again.

I’ve ordered online but haven’t received my goods and no one will reply to my emails and there is no number to call. Will not use again
