The best restaurants in North West

Very poorly cooked risotto. Sticky, clumpy and unappealing. Battered fish slimey and batter undercooked. Told server who sent message to chef - no feedback received and no reduction of bill. Would not go back or recommend it to anyone. Spoilt the evening.

Had a lovely meal with family, all dishes really nice and thoroughly enjoyed. It's been a number of years since I'd last been, but I will not leave it as long until next time.

Love this place! Had quiche of the day and the hubby had the steak burger, all delicious. Got the table in the back corner with the beautiful views too!

We had a lovely meal on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious and so much of it!! Service was excellent and the atmosphere was brilliant. It was very busy but you really can't beat an Italian on Christmas Eve

Super easy to get to. Cafe opposite also. I went during torrential rain and the trail was only ightky slippery but waterlogged. The waterfall was very powerful so I'd rwxommenr it during wet weather

Only a quick visit after a long walk but we all enjoyed our hot drinks. Good coffee as well as the expected hot chocolate. Very friendly owner who clearly enjoys interacting with her customers.

James produced a fantastic menu for New Year’s Eve. LRK was a first visit for the family and we were truly delighted by the whole experience. Apart from the nice welcoming and exemplary service throughout by the staff, the dishes were of the finest quality produce and presented beautifully. It was impossible to identify a favourite dish they all were full of imagination and lovingly put together. Fully recommend. Thanks

We have just returned from a visit to Chez Nous, where we went to celebrate our 60th birthdays. A lovely welcome, very organised, great food and service. We had a mix of Sunday lunches, gammon and the fish on noodles with Asian teriyaki sauce..... delicious! (Only one suggestion for improvement is to provide steak knives for the gammon). A lovely restaurant with great food......thank you xx

Booked a rum tasting experience and although looked forward to it for a while the actual experience outstripped all my hopes. Setting and staff were both stunning especially our host and rum expert Micah who was fantastic, absolutely 5 star. Will definitely be returning

The tap is a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Aesthetically pleaseing place for people who wants drinks for snacks. We passed by to buy snacks on their cafe luckily had the chance to takr photos of their bar! This is newr the parc and an hotel
