Best place in Chester for lunch - friendly staff and tasty food.

This is an authentic Turkish restaurant, not like the BBQ places that offer mostly meat dishes. The food, service and atmosphere are all great, give it a try on the upper walkway.

Wonderful place food was like home style had the days special which was slow cooked beef with potatoes and rice very nice different I think this is proper authentic Turkish food and the BREAD was out of this world

Came here for an early evening meal to celebrate my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary. Lovely friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and enjoyed the fact my wife knew a smattering of Turkish. They interacted with us during our stay and did a lovely touch for my wife's birthday. The mezze we had was tasty , beautifully presented and freshly made. Wonderful ambience and decor. Definitely recommend a visit here because you won't be disappointed.

Friendly waiting staff, but the kitchen was too slow. We waited over 45 mins for food and the place wasn't full. Underwhelming food, not representative of Turkish food. Under seasoned and wishy-washy flavour. Where was the richness and Spices? The prices would be fair if flavourings better.

Relaxed atmosphere and great food. The breakfast was lovely, especially the menemen. The simit is authentic, I'm looking forward to my next visit.

This restaurant was recommended by our guided walk tour guide as a little family-run gem and he was so right! Absolutely delicious food. Staff were really helpful, answering our questions. It genuinely felt like they were proud to show us the food they grew up on. Gorgeous little seating area outside on The Rows with big floor cushions and kilims. And some Turkish homeware, wine and cooking ingredients for sale inside.

Amazing place! Highly recommended, we found this place and cannot be happier. The Food and the service were excellent, we were absolutely taken for the Turkish specialties, that we recommend to share, so you can enjoy all these exotic flavours. To top that, our waitress Eleonora was so kind and friendly, also they make everything easy for us to get the best experience of it. We will come back!

Have to agree with all the recent reviews, this is a lovely little Turkish, authentic restaurant in Chester. Food was very good, service with a smile and the place has a nice atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Chester. (NB - check access. We had to climb around 10 steep cement steps to get to the 1st floor level but probably there's an easier way! And what a fab place to relax outside in nice weather. Well done Pars Kahve)

The food was well made, fresh and flavoursome. 'our waitress' was incredibly kind and helpful. Overall a good experience only downside was the alcohol galore.

What a delightful find, simple menu with absolutely delicious food, we had a lovely evening, and found ourselves wishing we could have tried everything as all plates going to fellow diners looked amazing. The staff were jovial and made us feel like old friends. Would highly recommend. We will be back when we visit again.

This was a lovely meal. We had Turkish Meze and shoulder of lamb. Both dishes were superb. £18 each.

This is probably the best value food I've eaten for some time. Very tasty and served with a smile. A Wednesday night so not buzzing but a pleasant experience nevertheless.

Very disappointed as we checked the opening times on Google and when we arrived it said closed with a hand written sign and people renovating inside. Could have updated Google saying temporarily closed. Very misleading , wasted journey.

On Chester Rows by the Chester Cross,Turkish Restaurant and Bazaar with some Turkish gifts and homeware. Adorable cushions area outside on the rows. Could be in Istanbul with their interior and exterior design. Never seen a menu like it with Turkish drinks and dishes, quite fascinating just to read let alone eat it 😁 We tried out a Turkish breakfast Kahvalti Tabagi and an amazing tasty not really spicy (better for me 😁) Tavuk Doner, Chicken doner with pilaf rice, side salad and garlic sauce. Both were delicious. Try it out yourself to experience great Turkish food and meet the husband and wife owners who came over from Turkey to open this lovely place in 2021.

We have spent a week in chester and this place is no doubt our favourite. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The service was quick and so friendly. The atmosphere was really relaxed. All in all a wonderful experience. Would recommend.

It was my first time trying Pars Kahve my Aunt took me here yesterday and I absolutely loved it. The food is so good and the staff are so warm and friendly the place gives off great energy. The turkish music in the background is a vibe and it feels like I am in Turkey so happy that they do Turkish tea as it's my favourite. Highly recommend

Gorgeous home baked lunch plus cushion covers hand made from Turkey provided an unexpected and wonderful lunch visit in Chester. Service superb. And you can sit outside on cushions if you prefer. We missed those until we left! Baked aubergine was the best we have tried.

Amazing place - made a large booking for 12 people on a Saturday night and was so well looked after, lovely staff, the food was incredible (a lot of us said the best Turkish food we'd ever had outside of Turkey) and really accommodating and helpful with dietary requirements. Thanks so much, would highly recommend!

If we could give 6 or 7 stars we would. Absolutely amazing experience, great food and great fun. Our Portuguese waiter was totally awesome!! Thank you! Our large group covered most of the menu - every one of the appetizers was great! Loved all the mains: Turkish pizza, lamb and eggplant, chicken, meatballs - awesome! Tasty white and pink wines. Turkish coffee and Turkish coffee w pistachios. Made our evening after a day of hiking and castle seeing.

Amazing food and wine, something different and well worth a try.

Brought my son here with a voucher he had won at the Chester Raft Races at the coconut stall. I knew it was a good sign that they were the type of business to support the local women's charity with a voucher for 2 free brunches. I am glad to say service was excellent as was the Turkish brunch we both had. Highly recommend this place! Hats off!

This is a great restaurant on the rows, beautifully designed and with such a cosy atmosphere. It was my first time going to a Turkish restaurant and it was amazing. We all chose the Tepsi Kebabi and I would highly recommend this. The staff were incredibly friendly and lovely to chat to. Thank you!

Very small portions compared to other restaurants and poor service. Had to order several dishes to make sure everyone is not hungry. Too expensive and taste not worth the price.

Hidden gem in the rows food is flavorful and good portions and great range of mezze. The server is ways super helpful and great recommendations shes truly a credit to this place. Highly recommend

I’ve eaten a few meals here, and absolutely loved it each time. The food and service are both excellent and it’s one of my favourite places to eat.

Very good restaurant. Excellent food. Have the meze deal with wine and have a main course. The white wine is fine the red is not so good. Overall very good value and lovely Turkish food. Very helpful staff.

Dined in, indoor and outdoor seating. Very authentic food and made very fresh. Waitress was very attentive and kind. Nice place. I’d eat here again for sure.

An absolute gem in the heart of Chester and still a hidden secret. We had the Turkish coffee, tea, Menengic with cake. The cake was topped with ice cream and we received an incredibly warm welcome by the staff throughout our visit. You have not been to Chester if you have not been to Pars Kahve!

We had such a lovely lunch here. We sat outside on the comfy pillows and enjoyed a glass of Turkish wine. The food was amazing, could not fault it. The service was just as good as the food. Would definitely recommend and visit again next time we’re in Chester.

A total gem on the Rows of Chester. I have visited Pars Kahve for coffee and for food and both times experienced great service and outstanding food. The family here really know how to ensure you experience the right tastes for you and offer a great gluten free range which was important to a party member on my most recent visit. Well priced drinks and food, a menu bursting with great flavour and friendly staff. What more could you want. Can’t wait to go again.

We stopped here just for a drink & both decided to try the Menengic which is pistachio coffee. It was really yummy! The staff kindly explained to us how they make it and they also have the powder (along with some other lovely bits) for sale in the corner. We sat outside which was nicely covered in the Rows as it was raining. We didn’t eat here but the food selection looked great!

Great place for lunch, dinner or coffee - my friends and I go to Pars Kahve regularly for all sorts of social occasions including my recent birthday. The food is great, we’ve tried most of the menu by now and it’s all delicious, flavourful and fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful. One of my favourite places in Chester.

Pars Kahve is a little niche in The Rows. Lovely welcome great service. Small but perfectly formed menu. The Turkish Red Wine is gorgeous and warming. Make a visit!

Had an amazing experience here last night. The food was lovely. I was on a short break from London and wanted some Turkish food. This was the nicest I've had for many years, and I often eat Turkish food in London. My friend and I were served by Ele, who gave excellent service. I would highly recommend!

Lovely place and staff but the portion sizes are tiny for the price. 4 tiny beef meatballs and a very small serving of rice for £16

I had a lovely experience with my server Elenora. She recommended Kofte Pilav to me and my husband had the lamb. The meal was amazing and I would definitely go back.
