Had.a takeaway from Here last night all 3 of us have had severe sickness and diarrhoea would never get another meal from here this used to be great, never again we are so poorly

It is a place worthy of the praise it deserves for its kebab taste. We are lucky to have found a unique place where we can always go, with master Harun, his friendly staff and delicious presentations made by skillful hands. Top quality fast food at unbelievably fair prices. Always great service and laugh with the staff whenever I visit here. (Which is quite regularly!!)

Fellas were unbelievably sound, however all 4 people that ate from here are now very ill, and I doubt this is a coincidence as the rest of the group that ate elsewhere were unharmed. Guy who sliced the kebab for me was self-proclaimed best barber on the Wirral. No relevance to kebab and I still left the place feeling stunned. Best of to anyone who eats here, maybe we just had a bad experience.

My go-to place for kebabs pizzas and burgers. Never had a bad meal in all my years. Top work guys!

Used to love the food here and was always my go to place. Food has gone really down hill, chips aren't fresh and the pitta has a funny taste to it. Wont order again.

Ordered from haruns for many years now never had a problem .loved the food. Found a staple in my sons food today so I rang and they said it must be from the house as they don't have staples in the shop .unwilling to accept that it was in the food. We'll you have just lost a good customer .never ordering from there again

Always order from there last few times have been so bad soggy burger asked for mayo on the chips got it on my burger and not on the chips. Burger bun had a funny taste. Won’t be ordering again!

I visited on the 29th of December 2022 initially was going to go Manchester from Cheshire oaks so was looking for a quick bite to eat before heading home to Birmingham found this gem of a place haruns kebab house in Ellesmere Port and was not disappointed food was on point the kebab box and pizzas are tasty and filling and also very reasonably priced would recommend to anyone travelling to Cheshire oaks looking for something near it also halal so was a bonus met harun the owner to very friendly and also whatever was recommended was brilliant a must go to

I order from here every week combo kebab with donner and chicken with mayo and hot chilli YUMMY. I will defo be coming again

The reviews do not do this place justice at all. I have been coming here for years and can safely say its the best mixed kebab ellesmere port has to offer! the meat is of very good quality and melts in your mouth! ran by a great group of guys who work hard!

We orderd large mixed kebab + large chicken kebab with salad & garlic mayo. We have orderd same me over years & allways been fine,last order wasn't that hot & seemed realy greasy,my husband & myself were realy ill night after & for few days more,will never order from here again bad experience.

Ordered a half pounder beef burger with chips and kids chicken nugget meal and a doner kebab The kids meal was terrible I could only give my child the nuggets as the chips were that over cooked it was like chewing on pieces of batter the potatoes had disintegrated as my chips were the same too The burger and doner meat were absolutely drenched in greese it was un eatable as soon as I picked up the burger the bread just fell apart it was that soaked in greese £20 down the drain Haruns used to be amazing but some reason have gone down hill very quick its like they just slap it together and its like they can't be bothered

Okay so I will change the review once the food is back to normal. Order from here like twice aweek. Food is fine apart from the chips, it's like they make fresh chips and mix it with the old ones left on the fryer, which is so hard to eat. The chips are like a stone going down your throat. Normally haruns is one of the best in the port but I think harun has sold the establishment to someone else. Not slagging this place off but its been happening non stop for a month now so I had to share my view. Sorry

Image having a kebab house but not having Nan bread and the meat was like chewing an air max 95, ended up taking second mortgage on the house to pay for it, thanks harun the kids are crying now

Went hear after four star, dominos and pizza hut would not take cash payment. Food here was very good, non greasy and reasonably priced. Would go back

Disgusting !!! just ordered this and i am highly disappointed. Chips are old and reheated, pizza is sloppy and undercooked. Phoned to explain and all we were offered was new chips and all he could do was to speak to the boss (which he never did). Terrible customer service and very patronising, telling me how it's good that my order came in 20 minutes of me ordering. Not in the case mate. Al be staying well clear from now on 👌🏽

Efficient service and very good food.

Tried it twice , first time thought ok an off day , Lamb was just Gristle ( it wasnt Lamb it was Mutton ) my Wife had Large Donner on Nan bread ( Nan arrived it wasn't Nan it was a Tortilla wrap. Forgot we ordered from there , it was lockdown , ordered again same things but this time worse - Lamb inedible in Mixed Kebab , Very little Chicken , mostly Donner and overcooked Shish. My Wife's Donner was literally burnt , it stood up on it's own. Never again. On the Positive side we got a Free Garlic and Cheese Bread so at least we had something we could enjoy. Shape up guys , you should be able to do better than this - especially in lockdown. Customers have long memories when it comes to expensive disappointing food.

Absolutely disgusting food turned up wrong cold and soggy rang them up to get more food and refused as they said we ordered it! Told him I would bring the food back myself to then be threatened with the police absolutely vile behaviour and will never be going here aga6!!!!

Ordered large doner meat and chips when opened was hardly any doner meat loads of chips which are soggy these should be separate from doner meat. Asked for little bit of chilli soaked in it. Very disappointing

Really unhappy my order came basically no donner meat about 2 tiny pieces in the whole thing but I paid for donner meat on it so I expected a lot more than what I did not ask for because I don’t eat them I couldn’t even take them off because they are everywhere really not happy spent £28 on it as a treat for my tea and now I can’t eat it... must of got confused with orders not happy about this!!i have older large donner meets give me small one and 1bottles off Pepsi but Pepsi is fake food is no tests!!!!!!!

Food was nice except donner meat missing off special burger. Then I asked if I qualify for the free garlic bread cheese as the web site clearly says over £18 to be told no. Fair enough. When I called up and explained my complaint I was very rudely talked down to which I do not appreciate as I run multiple restaurants myself and wouldn’t dream of talkers no to a paying customer in this manor! I have been to this shop may a times but I will not be using it again!!!

I ordered on the 1st of January it took about 2-3 hours to come and when it eventually turned up it was cold and horrible, I spent about £18.60 including £2:50 delivery, I wasn’t happy at all because that was money that couldn’t be wasted and it wasted by being cold, they don’t care about customers as long as they get paid, so I won’t be ordering from here again, Now that’s my review....

Make sure that if you specify that closing times is 02.00 am to pick up your phone at 01.10 am not committing to opening hours not good for your business.

Ordered from here a few nights ago and have gotta say it will be my last, prices are ridiculous and the portions are so small spent £37.00 and not even a free garlic bread or bottle of popp very dissapointed i have to say paradise is the place ill be ordering from now on.

Simply the best kebabs in Ellesmere Port, I have enjoyed chicken kebabs and lamb kebabs from here and always enjoyed them the place is always clean and tidy with friendly staff.

Had the chef special which has all the kebabs and it is very nice and juicy. The meat just melts in your mouth. Pizza for the kids and it was buy one get one free cant beat the price and taste.

When ever we go out, it seems to be the done thing. Have a skin full then a kebab. Always have a mixed kebab no salad no sauce with chips. Yummy

great Kebab, fries but pizza even though its buy one get one free it is made by placing in a tray so you only really get thick crust. Not very tasty cheap type of pizza.
