We order through just eat, very good food, kebab, pizza, chicken, garlic bread was all very nice, got the mixed box offer at £22 very good value for money and was quick too. Good place to eat if you want a good kebab or pizza

This for me is the best takeaway place in Chester. Visited many times and had lots from the menu on that time and everything from the calzone to the kebab and even the chips cheese and gravy is beautiful. Also get a free garlic bread on orders above 20 pounds and also 20 percent off when ordering online. Will definitely be using them again and again

Well…. First off, we ordered 2 doner kebabs which were expected to arrive between 19:05-19:25, tell me why we finally received our order at 19:50. Very poor service, we called to see where it was and we were met with an unfriendly and blunt tone. Then at last when we (finally) received our kebabs we opened them up and to our disappointment it was nothing like the picture. No salad or sauce as in the picture, just meat and bread, this confused me a lot as there was no mention of this in the description and the only available topping was cheese. Dont buy from here for your own sanity.

Awful service, the woman kept throwing dirty looks at me and my partner. Order was completely wrong, onions on the pizza after telling them I was allergic, chips cheese and gravy bashed up and the men in there looked like they were high on something. Ketchup on chips cheese and gravy when told NO SAUCE

Ordered a doner meat kebab as it was a late one and asked for some mayo with it. Food was served and the thing was smothered in sauce could barely reach the meat or pita bread underneath it all. Worst kebab I have had will not be going back!

Never ever will we order from here. Ordered online ( said 45 mins ) rang after 1.5 hrs. To be told it was sent 20 mins ago. Then lied to again. Until l it arrived 1 hr 50 mins later.

Was a very regular customer here for 4 years. Last visit ever, now. Ordered my pizza last night and expected arrival of 1147pm, got it just before 0030. Donner meat on it burnt and crispy, pizza cold, Pepsi can warm. Went today with my receipt to ask for a refund and was told no - not a single ounce of care, made me feel embarrassed. Will never ever return - thanks for that (Called twice after receiving my food no answer, they didn't care to see my call history which I had ready. Disappointed)

This takeaway is awful. The service is terrible. The delivery was 40 minutes late and the food was genuinely the worst I’ve ever tasted. On top of this the order was wrong. Avoid this takeaway at all costs

Ordered 2 kebabs with salad to be delivered. They tried to deliver early and when they did deliver no salad. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from customer service, if there was any and problem was not resolved. Deliverey man was not helpful and quite abtrup. Awful service

never going here again, was having a date night and found this restaurant and everything seemed legit and cheaper than most other places, ordered food from them online and no one came, called up and was rudely spoken to being told "what food?" and then they hung up on me. they are just scammers and I don't understand how this business hasn't been closed down by the police yet for stealing money off customers. absolutely disgusting customer service and management, someone needs to report this to whoever deals with problems like this. Judging by other reviews seems I'm not the only one being scammed.

Awful kebab! Meat,tiny amount of chips buried underneath and no pitta bread. One smothered in awful sauce and charged £15. Wont be going back!

I ordered from here as a change thought it would be nice and it wasn’t definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from here as my food was late they didn’t try to contact me and the driver didn’t knock on my door and when I called the restaurant the guy who answered was rude and was just horrendous to talk to I will definitely be calling back tomorrow

The website will say you have a certain pizza or food such as ‘donner’ pizza and give you no donner on it but the other 2 toppings (which is not what is said on the website) as it is called ‘donner pizza’ and asks you to add other toppings which are the only ones that will be on the pizza, so then you assume you have the donner but instead you just had the 2 toppings and not what you purchased. Will absolutely not order from here again, staff do not give you any reassurance or help.

Orderd through uber eats, fast delivery but horrible food! Chips were not cooked and hard, cold. Our desserts didnt even came. Would not recommend

Me and friends were having a party and ordered a takeout, only half of what we ordered arrived, we didn't realise until we started unpacking and I hate phone calls due to mental health but I called on behalf of the group and asked where it was. They claimed they'd send it out and it'd arrive in 30 minutes, 5 minutes later he calls back again, however I don't fully understand what he says as I struggle with accents but it sounded like I was being called a liar and I didn't want to argue so I restated the situation again saying half the order was missing, he then sounded calm and agreed and said it's on the way and then hung up on me.. An hour to 2 hours later as the film ended I called and asked again where it was and the guy said surprise surprise "It's on the way" yet again. At this point we gave up and we never got it in the end. If I didn't have such anxiety I'd have called non stop until I got it sorted out and fought harder but instead I reported it to Uber Eats.. much to my demise they didn't refund the full amount and now I have a dispute with them too over this thieving rubbish. Luckily it was my friends money who paid for this one and they don't care too much besides me but we were left having to portion half a takeout we spent £30 on and it ruined a Saturday night. Never ordering from these again unless that person who answered the phone or delivered the food and stole our takeout gets sacked..

Waited over an hour for food to be delivered to our hotel and no delivery appeared. Tried to call numerous times and no answer at all! Disgusting behaviour and now they have our money with no order

Absolutely disgusting! The lady who delivered my order didn’t ring the bell instead she banged on my door so aggressively she was shaking the doorframe and woke up multiple members of my house. Food was ROTTEN. Full of greasy floppy and wet. I called up to complain (I was polite) the lady started being rude saying ‘ ok why you here what you want me to do?!’ I didn’t get an apology she was so very rude and disrespectful. They refused to resolve my order and told me to take it through Deliveroo. She hung up on me as I was talking and also started talking to her colleague in another language presumably about me. Terrible food and even worst service actually the worst service I have ever received in my 24 years on this planet. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Just came to collect my order (28th November 00:44). Everything was wrong. Women on the phone couldn’t understand English. When I came she was arguing with me I have ordered something else. I was regular. I will never eat here again

Asked for a small chicken meet and they gave me something that would do for a child and they charged over 6 pound when phoned up the lady on the phone gave me attitude when I wanted to know why charge that price for a tiny bit of meet that worked out to be 10 pieces very rude and over charge and the shop floor is very dirty on the in side

Ordered food today morning around 12am,they delivered it around 1am after so many calls.The food was not good and it was totally disgusting and they didn't provided the items in the discription.The food looks like it is quite old.worst customer satisfaction and its really awful. Miejsce z pozoru wydaje się bardzo dobre i tyle z pozytywów , niestety kobieta która odbierała zamówienie nie rozumiała najwidoczniej tego co chcieliśmy zjeść...zamówiony kebab miał być zawijany w picie , a to co dostaliśmy nie polecam nikomu, było to okropne w smaku ,rozcięty chlebek w którym była sałata bez smaku , nie doprawiona niczym, cebula obficie polana olejem,czerwona sałata , która miała w sobie tak dużo octu ,że była niejadalna oraz mięso ,które było średnie, po dostaniu jedzenia uderzył nas intensywny zapach octu i spalonego oleju. Jedzenie które widzieliśmy na zdjęciu nie odpowiadało temu , które dostaliśmy. Nie polecam ,najgorsze miejsce z tego typu jedzeniem w mieście

Used to be a loyal customer as the food was delicious but the constant late delivery of cold food and sometimes soggy food from being left in condensation, we switched to Caprinos. Fancied kebab pizza tonight so we ordered from here, hoping things might have changed, and got yet another late delivery of cold pizza that started to taste like the cardboard box it was in.

I had to wait for my order it turned up cold not happy😩

Ordered a pizza and it was marked as complete and I hadn’t received the pizza I phoned up and asked where it was to be told that it’s on the way. It then arrived over an hour after I had placed the order, The pizza turned up cold I then phoned up again and was told there was nothing they can do other than speak to the driver. Absolute joke of a company will never be ordering from them again.

The worst food I have ever ordered from I waited nearly 2 hours outside my hotel for my food to come cold and give me 5 pieces of burnt chicken as my chicken kebab meal, told me there was nothing they can do about it as I ordered through Uber eats, I don’t ever recommend anyone ever going there, worst customer service and staff, horrible place

Absolutely awful, if I could give -5 stars I would. I ordered a chicken kebab, waited over an hour to receive our food and after calling multiple times, we were told 5 minutes wait each time, and it was never there within 5 minutes. When the food finally came after over an hour of waiting, the chicken was dry and burnt, as in black burnt, and all I got on a chicken kebabs was 3 tiny pieces of chicken, burnt to a crisp and a pita bread, absolutely nothing on it which I ordered, absolutely ridiculous, I really do not recommend this place. Staff were rude, only good thing I could possibly say is the gentlemen who finally delivered it was very sorry.

I have no clue how a kebab house I have used for over three years has got so bad 🙁, tonight the lamb on the combination 2 was as tough as old boots, the chicken was still “pink”, the Doner meat looks like had been cooked with a candle, absolutely shocking, it’s all now in the bin !!

3am. Shop empty save for myself and three friends. We made our orders. Some came in five minutes, except one - mine. We waited one hour for it. Despite asking multiple times how long it would be ready, with a promise of "seven minutes, nothing came. After the hour the gentleman who served me asked why I'm still here, and to move on. I said that I had made my order. He had zero recollection of serving me. He asked for a receipt, knowing full well the likelihood of taking a receipt, drunk, at 3am on a Sunday morning was just not going to happen. Luckily I paid on my phone, and had the receipt that way. He went red-faced. I came away hungry.

I’ve just had my first kebab from here and to be fair if the boy had listened to what I said about little chilli and little garlic sauce I think it would have been the best soba kebab I’ve ever had the parts that the sauce hadn’t soaked were really nice had to throw rest away as was soaked to death in sauce sorry if you listen to your customers request you’d have 5 stars

Didn’t deliver the cheesy chips, delivered normal chips which were very soggy & disappointing. Pizza was good, chicken strips were okay.

Diabolical ordered on 27th August waited 3 hours cold food arrived all sloppy, called restaurant for them to say restaurant closed now and that to make new order when reopen to reiburse me, when tried do this over phone they tried say no only 1 item when clearly spent 23 pounds. Friend tried these again as only place open and food arrived 4.50am stone cold again

In chester for the night after visiting a local attraction. Staying in a hotel that doesn't provide evening meals so me and my partner ordered on just eat to the hotel. Food was lovely! Very hot and didnt take long to come either!! Very very impressed as always a bit curious of ordering food from a place I don't know. Thank you all, and the delivery driver too! Very happy and cheerful man.

This is our favourite take out place of all! The meats they use in their kebabs are high quality and we never have an issue on any of the many orders we have bought. Thought these guys deserve a great review for never letting us down....Thank you

Ordered chips & cheese. Cheese was cold and didn't melt. Fries were not hot and over cooked so very crispy. Friend ordered a kebab he said was "okay".

We normally love the food from here, but today we received the incorrect order and Today Kebab refused to send the correct one - saying we were liers!

Pizza was 10/10, curley fry’s were a bit wet but by the 4th portion you forget about the quality. Could be a different experience if you were sober but I can confirm it was a drunk girls dream

Ordered food for my self and my partner who has just finished work at 1am, ordered a chicken burger with sweet chilli sauce and I pacifically said multiple times that's not hot chilli sweet chilli and he has a intolerance to hot chilli, that was all fine the waiting over and hour and decided to call them back and they said it will be 15 minutes, no apology I requested that I should get something free for the wait and they said u could I garlic bread, so waiting a further 30 minutes my order came with no free garlic bread and the burger had hot chilli sauce on so called them and and they denied offering me one and they offered nothing but a different burger in an hour I said no il just write a review food was also luke warm when I came aswell

The kebab on chips is brilliant, the chilli sauce was also brilliant. A great little find and get a feeling of nostalgia eating here as the kebab tastes like the best kebab joint Ive ever been to. The guy also threw in a free garlic bread pizza, but didnt need to as was impressed enough with the kebab.

If you order chilli sauce then you're going to get a spicy kebab, the garlic mushrooms are not battered but instead like the ones from an Indian however the popcorn chicken is delicious and tastes like it came from KFC itself xx

Used this kebab shop before and usually ok but after today never again, reduced portion size and flat bread stale, not the best, used to be better

Peckish after a night out, we annoyed our taxi driver by requesting to be dropped off here rather than at home. We duly ordered a medium and a large doner kebab and munched it on the walk back home. Liked the fact the pitta bread didn’t get soggy with excess sauce.
