Staff need training in customer service . So rude and not friendly at all .never made yo feel welcome. I been in a few times and always feel the same

Clear the tables please - disgusting Been here 20 minutes- nobody cleaning up? Won’t be coming again

Went in and immediately noticed that there were numerous dogs inside. Two of which were vocal and another which kept jumping on the soft sofa style seating. I asked if animals (other than service dogs) and didn’t get a reply. One woman then promptly got up to collect her drink, carried her dog at chest height, hovered with it over the counter where drinks were being served. Last time I ever go in a Starbucks if this is how low the hygiene standards have become.

I've been to this Starbucks a fair bit and it's just getting worse. It's never remotely clean. The floor is always dirty, the tables aren't cleared, the seats are dirty. The staff seem to change every time you go, which makes service worse. It used to be a nice Starbucks but has gone downhill since a refurb that has actually given it less comfortable seating.

My wife and I have visited this Starbucks regularly and have found the standard of hygiene deteriorating. Although we are dog lovers, we don’t find it acceptable that some dog owners and staff think that it is ok for dogs to actually sit on the seating rather than remain on the floor where they belong. That was our experience today, 11th Feb from 3pm. One dog was actually allowed on a table, the owner finding this quite funny. No doubt a following customer would have do idea that a dog had previously sat in the seat and table they were eating at. If dogs are to be allowed, perhaps signage stating that dogs are to remain on the floor? What people allow in their own homes should not transcend into a “public” cafe. ……and our coffee was served warm not hot!

Poor experience. Young staff all talking not interested in customers. Won’t be going again. People leaving getting frustrated waiting. This is the worst experience

Always love coming to this starbucks but was really disappointed with the service I got today. Me and my boyfriend came in for a quick coffee around 7:30 (1/11/2022), as we do most weeks. Although there was no queue we had to wait to be served as staff were playing with the sink (?) but I forgave it because I know work can sometimes be boring and you need some entertainment ! I ordered a hot chocolate with oat milk, but it came with regular milk, but again can be forgiven as maybe I wasn’t heard correctly. However, whilst waiting for my coffee, the staff were, again, messing around with the sink and suddenly I was completely splashed with water down my hair and back. I’m not a confrontational person so was too afraid to say anything but I was genuinely shocked, especially when there was no apology given by staff. Very sad because normally the service here is great but clearly the customer service was lacking this evening.

Waste of time lots staff just no one wants to serve you so walked out second time at this place don’t go unless lots of time

The woman who served me was so rude. Her attitude was dismissive and ridiculous! I would not visit this place again as the way she addressed me was hostile, condescending and at best, inappropriate. I suggest that there should be some staff training around customer service, and how to address people!

Rude staff served us with stale cake When we took it back as inedible they heated it up ???? And said that would make it more moist WHAT???? Tallish blonde girl obviously in charge has a lot to learn about how to talk to customers Awful experience

This is a really lovely Starbucks I met my friend in here and the staff were very friendly and caring , our coffees and cakes were delicious and the staff could not do more for us .what a difference it makes to be served by smiling friendly faces ,and not being rushed at the end of service to leave ,we were enjoying our chat and hadn't realised the time .I would definitely recommend this starbucks and look forward to our return .thank you .

Since this changed to a drive-through, service is bad. 7 people behind the counter concentrating mainly on the massive queue outside and not the queue inside!! 20 mins to get a cinnamon roll!!

We visited the newly refurbished Starbucks at Gemini around 18:30 for coffee and cake. While trying to decide what cake to select we noticed a large blue bottle fly happily tucking into the Lemon drizzle cake in the glass display cabinet which had its doors closed. Nobody behind us in the queue so when placing our order (minus the cake) we quietly and politely informed the barista that there was a fly trapped inside the cake cabinet that was feasting on the lemon drizzle cake. Her response “ they are such a nightmare”. Nobody else came in while we waited for our drinks so plenty of time for the fly to be eliminated. How was the fly tackled.....The simple answer....it wasn't instead it was left to continue its gourmet feast locked inside the cake counter. Basic food hygiene skills.....we think not. Certainly wouldn’t recommend and certainly will not be returning.

Table we sat at was dirty, asked staff to clean it and was directed to cleaning products to do it ourselves!! Floor very dirty and touch points unclean, obvious finger marks on glass doors. Considering we are all supposed to be doing our bit to help contain the spread of Covid-19. Starbucks Warrington Gemini is seriously falling behind!!

Socially distanced catch up in the open air with nursing friends. Drinks as always good. Service was friendly. The only problem with the cafe is that the exit is a pull, rather than push door, so lots of people are stuck juggling with hot drinks, not thought out well for the customer.. an accident waiting to happen. Need to change the exit and entrance or get automatic doors.

Good place to meet up with friends and have coffee.....great food and cake choice...and staff are very friendly...would recommend just to chill out for an hour....

Have been coming here since it first opened several years ago. Having travelled all over and visited a lot of Starbucks this is my favourite outside of America. The drinks have been consistently good, the staff very pleasant and most of all i love the laid back atmosphere of this particular Starbucks. I no longer live near it but still visit when passing along the Motorway. Keep up the good work!

Stopped off at this worn out motorway services that resembled the shape of a spaceship and looked like it was designed by someone with epilepsy. Despite the people in the car park all looking like they were meeting someone from Grindr I popped into Starbucks which was very clean and tidy. I had the worlds most expensive wrap at 4.99 which also appeared to have been shrunk by the spaceship. Still it was very tasty.

As a regular visitor to the Gemini Starbucks coffee shop, I was disappointed this morning to find that its opening times have suddenly changed. Whereas this branch used to open at 6am each weekday morning, it now seems it is not going to open until 7am each morning. This might not seem like a big change to a lot of people, however as someone who only gets to pass by the shop each day at 6.30am on her way to work, it will mean I am no longer able to get my morning cup of coffee "to go". And I know I will not be alone in this disappointment as there are several regulars who frequent this particular Starbucks between 6am - 7am on their way to work.I doubt the chain will even notice the effect of missing the early riser orders in the morning, but it is still a huge personal disappointment and I am sad that I will no longer be able to visit my favourite coffee spot. :-(

Always start the day off well getting a coffee from Starbucks. The staff are always happy and the place is always nice and clean.

End of the day it’s a coffee shop.It gets busy.Customers leave a mess.Some customers are arrogant.On my visit I did tidy my own table, I was happy too do so as the staff where working flat out. I’m not above tidying tables.Coffees ( we had 3 ) where great, served with a smile and hot and just great.Place was full so that says a lot in its self.

Had a lovely breakfast in this friendly Starbucks. The girls were nice and the food perfect for our trip.

Tables needed emptied and cleaned - staff were talking and laughing that loud behind the counter they were louder than the volume of conversation from the customers which isnt usually the norm when you are wanting to sit and enjoy a coffee - we actually ended up cleaning our own table - disappointed as Starbucks are usually better than this.

Staying close to this coffee shop, decided to go in for morning coffee.can be busy during the morning with business reps using tables for meetings.A lot less busy on a Saturday morning, usual selection of hot drinks and sandwiches.Staff were friendly and service was quick, can be a bit noisy if you don't like Jazz.

This Starbucks is like any other Starbucks. Nice coffee. Good selection of snacks. Friendly staff. Very predictable.

Stayed a the travel lodge a few times next door, twice in last week I arrived to find the store closed when I searched the store opening times on line and the store has not been open. Once in an evening i5 closed earlier than stated and Sunday morning i5 opened later than stated. Staff friendly, coffee good but floor on Sunday morning looked like it needed a good cleaning.

I love this little coffee shop, they have friendly staff and it is a nice atmosphere to sit and have a quiet drink with friends or to get on with a bit of work. One of the male barrista's offered me advice on adding a particular syrup and it was the best advice I have ever had.

We called in here today as we were passing to go to the Gemini retail park , I have had a bad experience here before so was surprised at how nice and friendly the staff were , drinks were nice and hot the only negative I have is that none of the tables had been cleared any available table ( if you are lucky to get one ) had empty cups /plates on and spillages on most tables , something I personally find frustrating is it is always busy with people sat on lap tops for ages whose cup is empty !!!

Pop in here fairly regularly and staff are really friendly – got some new faces too who are great. Just wish Starbucks would have some different sandwiches as it's ham and cheese or cheese and ham!!!

Just been to this Starbucks for my caffeine fix before shopping, tried the festive cold brew (Which was awful, like cranberry and coffee why???) decided to get another drink instead, and the lovely server behind the counter noticed and refunded me for the drink I didn’t like, which was lovely! Good availability and very friendly staff, would recommend!

Here for 9.00 am breakfast with my daughter & overall view on the visit was poor. Neither of the hot breakfast meals advertised on the in-store posters was available - and I am afraid a nice smile with no explanatory words is not the best response to questions about why they advertise something they cannot offer. And delivery of the hot drinks was very slow - probably around 10-12 minutes - but easy to see why ; 5/6 members of staff behind the counter amusing each other, but only one preparing drinks. Overall poor service & in a competitive sector, not good enough to sponsor repeat business.

We came here yesterday for a coffee and brunch. Nice coffee, nice sausage butty. Only problem I find with Starbucks is you have to keep telling the staff that they can put your money on your loyalty card then use that money to pay for your purchases there and then. You don't need money stored on the card to pay. Management need to tell the staff this. Overall nice.

Visited this Starbucks today 13 November 2016 .to be greeted by a very large dog inside the store the policy of Starbucks is small behaved dogs .the problem is that the staff seem unable or unwilling to approach the customer when the customer arrives and refuse admission which leaves the rest of us having to put up with eating are food in the company of dogs My advice is to give this store a MISS

Visted twice and both times got a nice cup of honest 'filtred' black coffe - I can not be doing with the 1001 different concoctions some "coffee shops" sell!

Visited this Starbucks last month to meet up with a long lost University friend.

I would not routinely review a Starbucks as you generally get the same presentation throughout the UK, however I have been visiting this establishment for several years on trips to Widnes, and its going downhill. It needs a good clean and refurbishment. Tables are sometimes in short supply given the salesmen using it as their work station, or for business meetings. Some staff seem disinterested, and during my last visit many tables were left uncleared for almost 45 mins. The single shared toilet was a disgrace, and seemingly used by non patrons as well. The drinks and food were the standard fair and quality, but Starbucks need to up their game at this venue.

With Starbucks you know what to expect and usually get the same every time this Starbucks I sat outside with a venti vanilla latte. I am a former coffee master and like a used to do I tend to have a look around and found this Starbucks to be "one of the good ones" meaning it was very relaxed and I felt like I could of sat there for hours just reading my book staff were friendly although had limited knowledge on the coffees but I don't mind to much as I just like to have a natter about coffee. Recommend if your passing by or live in the area!

Another Starbucks. Same layout, same formula, same system. I always give them a false name when they ask - you never know who's listening!! The last one was I gave was Alphonse. The look I got back said it all. Enjoy!

I am a big starbucks fan and visit every week , i like to go to different starbucks and have visited here before however today when I went I was disappointed !! There was a notice on the door saying that there had been a bereavement asking customers to be kind and gentle towards staff and to be understanding , this is a sad thing to go through and suggested it may have been a member of staff / family who has passed way but I feel this is a strange notice to put up , when I got to the till I was upset as there is a tip box with words to the effect of " dont make us depresso tip for espresso " as someone who has battled with severe depression for the past 20 years I find this extremely insulting , I might have taken this the wrong but to me but the words are all wrong , i left without buying a drink and doubt if I will go back to strabucks again if this is how they view depression

This is a great Starbucks to work from in the morning. They have enough power sockets that I never miss out. The broadband sometimes seems to get saturated when do many other folk are also using their laptops. They actually get a good mix of business types, parents with their young ones and pals meeting up. O assume this is because of its great location and masses of parking!

Went here with a friend today , latte was ok , service was ok , cakes look non appetising and over priced tried a muffin that was well past its freshness date ( nearly requested a steak knife ) , place needs a good clean , the clearing and cleaning of tables wasn't done in the 2 hours we spent here catching up with friends .

We are weekly visitors. It's a good space for a bunch of us to get together after work for coffee and catch ups before the weekend. Nice sized space, and though it can get busy w usually manage to get a table.

Store is well situated and easy to find on entry to Gemini business park. Loads of parking too. Drinks and food ok if expensive for what you get. When we visited they were only accepting cash, no cards and staff weren't very helpful. Loads of people were just coming in and walking out.

Arriving yesterday hoping to use a table with a power socket for a lap top, however every free table was full of empty and dirty cups and plates left uncleared. The location was not too busy but felt dirty and uncared for. Whilst never expecting 5 star I would settle for a clean table to sit down to and staff who don't ignore the state of the place.

This Starbucks can get pretty busy at certain times of the day and even when you get a seat the furniture is not particularly comfortable. It can also be pretty cold when you are near the two main doors.

Have recently had several early morning coffee's and bacon rolls here (and the Starbucks Bacon Rolls are the best 'on the road' for these), all have been perfectly made, the staff, even at 7am are always cheerful (and no, I'm not related to any of them), and the bacon rolls come along with the coffee and not 10 minutes later. Good layout and plenty of parking. Give it a try.

I am usually not a Starbucks fan, but this week I had to go there twice.

Superb location just off the M62. Been here dozens of times. It's busy but plenty of staff and things usually move pretty quickly. Few tables outside and massive car park so very convenient in every aspect. Decor and furnishings starting to look a bit tatty but I expect a refurb is on the way before too long? Perfect for business but probably not best choice for couples to get cosy.

A great place to meet up as is convenient to M62 J8 and has lots of parking. Usual high starbucks standards to boot.

You know what your getting with Starbucks and a trip as a treat with my little girl didn't disappointed. Quick to be served and no arguments over getting the infamous Short size for my daughters hot chocolate. Coffee nice and hot, plenty of clean tables/seating. No complaints from me!

Standard Starbucks, so you know what you get. Adjacent to the Travel Lodge, this premises is convenient for breakfast. Open early (5:30) so is a real bonus when you need a coffee fix.

Fast efficient service food hot and very tasty and of course you can have your drinks to your own liking like I say it does what it says On the tin

Ideally located for a quick coffee and bite to eat. Customer service sound and ambience ok. Maintains the 'corporate' standard you expect of Starbucks and is recommended.

Hmm drinks seem ok pity about the general hygiene. If it's not in a wrapper forget it. Flies all over food. The dining area seemed ok as well but behind the counter was atrocious. Constant cleaning and brushing required in this job. Lazy teenagers stood around talking while floors are very messy and tops covered in debris and flies on cakes four of them.

Not really my cup of coffee. Staff were friendly enough and the premises were clean and pleasant. I prefer other coffees to Starbucks!

My oh My has this place gone to the dogs, visited on a weekend and was confronted with dirty tables and tables cluttered with used cups and plates. The furnishings have seen better days but thats ok it is what it is but dirty tables is not on.

I come here quiet often but today seems to have been a rare disaster. The place was busy for a while but soon emptied out. I noticed how dirty the place was all the windows were filthy and the floor looked like it hadn't been wiped in months, straws, napkins and crumbs everywhere. The tables were wiped as the staff went round but on closer inspection were really caked with ground in dirt. We had a 4 month old with us who likes to wriggle in your arms which is when I noticed beading around the edge had a nail sticking out. I quickly tapped it back in with my glass jam jar I had used, but she could of easily hit her head on it in my arms. The service today was not as friendly as normal either no real how are you's etc. One of the baristas came in to work in just a tshirt n tights that barley covered her assets and everyone was staring at her until she got in her uniform. The coffee was fine as usual I've never had a bad coffee I just feel the shop today was a let down. Please tidy yourself up before you lose more customers!

My local Starbucks. Excellent for business and pleasure. The staff are courteous service excellent and it's always a pleasure to go there. If your on the M62 near Warrington this is a far better bet than the adjacent services

Starbucks are pretty much the same everywhere, but my wife had recently received an email from the company telling her that their delicious Christmas drink (eggnog latte) was available but off menu - so it can be ordered, but you'd also have to pay for it using a Starbucks pre-pay card. This wasn't a problem because we have one, and we were in the area doing a spot of shopping, so we parked up and went to see if the eggcellent drink was available...
