Food come ordered a full breakfast plus extras got the extras but no breakfast

Being generous with 1 star. Cold food, toast, egg etc. Ordered a breakfast then had to wait 12 minutes for the toast that should have come with the breakfast and when it did it was cold and only done on onside! Best thing was the hot drink we made ourselves. Shocking and rude service. Wished we'd checked out the reviews before going.

The pizza was wet and soggy! Absolute filth

Breakfast was barely warm , 3 pieces of egg shell between both eggs , hash brown missing and special notes / instructions were ignored. Last time was great but this time terrible

bad bad decision to order a breakfast!,was a cold mess! old beans,1 cherry tomato, tiny black pud like cardboard,cheap sauasage,bacon almost still oinkin,gno toast even though its on the photo,hash brown same for meal deal&you cant order toast seprate! half a cup of black sugarless coffee,wont order again

Ok this summer I went a rush! I went with one friend tried to pizza, which tasted like dominoes needs a 5 star and got the chips and drink bundle recall it's 5 pound loved it 2nd time I went pizza was soggy? Cheese was overfilled and everything fell of? Chips had tasted uncooked I could tell it was frozen but the 1st time it didn't? Drink was drink but I don't know the service is good they handled the rush! The atmosphere the tables were not cleaned with seating covered in crumbs which OK I Get the rush! But the tables had leftover drinks? But one thing is they had unlimited refills and microwaves prices are cheap but last thing is atmosphere I'm eating next to clothes and toilets not a good atmosphere but one thing is the huge windows! So idk about this place

Really bad service 1 old dark haired lady stressed and snappy, saying they haven’t got any pizza when there was pizza on the back shelf! Really strange and rude the poor blonde hair girl working was also so confused 🤷🏼‍♀️won’t be going back

Hardly ever have any food in, always understaffed, the pizza is really nice and prices are good, but id say half the time I go in there I just give up and leave.

got to the cafe around 12:55 only 3 slices of pizza left, to me this is still lunch time (late lunch). By the looks of them they had been sat for a while, when I asked if there would be any more pizzas coming out soon I was told by the woman behind the till ‘no’. So I ordered 2 pizza slice meals (chips & drink) 1 kids hot meal, asked if there was a drink with the kids meal & was told ‘no only with cold meal’! The woman who served us acted like she couldn’t be bothered with us (abit out of it) & the guy cooking seemed very laid back. I never got the kids meal (chicken nuggets, chips & beans) instead was given a slice of pizza & chips. By this point the queue had built up & with the attitude from being served we felt like we would be ‘bothering them’ to swap it. When leaving I smiled at the woman & she gave me a side eye & the man waved bye. I understand its a sunday but what happens to good customer service?

Called in while shopping, ignored while waiting to place order. She then took another order. That couple said I was 1st, the female staff said your waiting in the wrong place... That's it. Not hello what can I get you. Asked for pannini, then she pointed. No words. To a fridge. That was it for me. Time to leave

If your shopping for a long time or over lunch the café upstairs is well priced and gives good size portions. Child friendly, the food is served hot and there is a decent variety of dishes.

Service here is abominable, they don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Slow, incapable and unable to even get a simple order right even following my having to go and remind them I’m waiting, thoroughly disappointed ☹️

We just popped in for a coffee and a soft drink. My son decided to have some chips. even though it was busy we got seated, service at the counter was speedy and friendly. The place was clean and the drinks/food were great.

The food is literally perfect every time. The gals that work in the kitchen are always very nice to everyone when we go into the store too.

The delivery driver was very friendly, fantastic pizza!!!

The pizza meal deal is a bargain :) the food is tasty and delivery is always a reasonable length of time. Order from here quite regularly now and will continue to do so as a Sunday treat

Ordered 3 pizzas and a cheesy garlic bread. Garlic bread was amazing but the pizzas had toppings missing! The American sizzler didn’t have any jalapeños which I was gutted about. Pepperoni pizza was extremely greasy.

An hour later than expected delivery due to lack of driver, shocking Just Eat!! My son ended up without his lunch and had to wait, he’s only a toddler and it’s wrong!!! He went to sleep on an empty stomach. Absolutely livid and won’t be ordering through you again.

Food was good, hot and quickly delivered. Unfortunately we had 3 items missing, they only delivered the meal deal.

Called into Asda diner. Had breakfast was great for price. Would definitely return 5 star easy!! Service, staff, food hot! All good no complaints, big smiley face 😀

for the price cant complain good food good price its Asda there is a large section near to large windows so plesant surroundings

nipped in to take my little in for breakfast before school as she was on a school trip. She had a full English so did I food was ok for price bacon bit dry but in all would go back

Had to stop to refuel with food for ourselves and the kids,so stopped off to get items,we couldn't believe how much there was and very well priced compared to some of the bigger stores.the deals and buy one get one free deals.the kids were happy with the toys that they had and the amount of stock.Cause sometimes you can't always get a complete range.I have to say staff seemed both happy and helpful in their roles with in the store i would defitinity go back here again.

This store has recently improved with layout and cleanliness - the staff also seem alot happier in their work therefore their customer service improved

This is my local. I have Been going here for many years. Asda is the only supermarket we shop in,the price items are good value for anything

We went to Asda Westbrook today the 20/03/2017 for a spot of shopping, when my little boy said he was hungry my little boy is autistic and was getting a little upset at the time.So we went upto the Asda cafe for a bite to eat, to help calm him down when we arrived at the cafe we were met by Sheila who could clearly see my son was upset. Riley was not happy as he wanted food straight away, Sheila spoke to Riley and told him all the different foods that was on offer, Riley started to settle down. Sheila was speaking to him as if he was the most important person in the world, and as a mother and father with an autistic child you do not see enough of people willing to help. She was kind, helpful and polite, we will deffo be coming back to Asda cafe again hoping to be served by this wonderful lady who in our eyes and that of our sons she is an asset to the company. Thank you Asda Cafe for employing such caring staff.

The staff were lovely and friendly the food was lovely so I was told BUT all tho there own shop sells gluten free they don't offer it for us in the cafe! This is poor 👎 gluten free people like to eat as well🙀👎.

Staff was really busy but they managed to serve on time.Tash and Janet were really good.Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We were shopping at george and decided last minute to have an early dinner at ASDA CAFE it's basic food but it taste and look delicious.we were served by a Cuban lady who works in there.Good service she was very friendly and helpful.Good value for the money.
