This particular Costa is inside Warrington Hospital. There is comfortable seating available and the quality is as good as you would expect in a Costa. The only drawback is that they do not credit your Costa card. As it is situated near to the main entrance it is very convenient for anyone in a wheelchair.

I really appreciate the effort and service you get from the costa coffee. 10/10

Always very busy but everything we have had from there has been nice. Only reason iv give 2 starts for atmosphere is that it's in a hospital.

Absolutely shocking. I had just received some terrible news and sat down in the coffee shop, a member of staff asked me to leave as I hadn’t purchased anything yet. She mentioned something like ‘if the big bosses came in we would get into trouble’ The coffee shop is in a hospital! They should have more compassion really considering the type of customers they were recieving. It wasn’t even busy and there were no ‘big bosses’. Jobsworth.

Shocking service.lady with crutch just sat down and asked to move. Party of 3 already sat with drinks asked to move. Why because at 5.35 they wanted to clean that section. shop only shuts at 6.30. Informed they were just following the rules. We all know where that leads. Cappuccino was so weak anyway was happy to walk out and leave them to clean to their hearts content. Definitely a Costa to avoid!

Staff Really good quality coffee and food

Absolutely disgraceful! I love Costa, most of the Costa's in Warrington are very well managed! Shocking service, empty shelves and unprofessional and rude staff! Didn't take the app or points! I'll be giving it a miss in future!

This is a poorly managed Costa with long queues and staff shortage. The coffee isn't great either. Waste of time

Used to be great before Covid. Deteriorated massively since. Opening times used to be 7 till 21:00 which was perfect for day and night staff. Now opening times are erratic. It’s never open before 8 and on Sundays it opens 11 . I am surprised hospital allow such greedy businesses to operate onsite. Today it’s only one single staff serving for the last 2 hours and the queue is getting longer and longer. Management barely ever seen and they obviously do not care.

They should open at 8am Its now 8.20am and we are still waiting whilst they are talking and not doing anything

I used this coffee shop as I had an appointment at the hospital. After waiting to be served I ordered 2 lattes overpriced at over 3 pound each. When served I can say I was given 2 watery coffees which looked and tasted as if no coffee had been used. I returned them to the counter to be told is was because they use skimmed milk and told me she would replace with 2 using full fat milk which she did. These we just as bad as the first so just left. So be warned don't waste your money Will never use again

The staff are always friendly and willing to help their customers, I like the prices of everything I often buy

Not much to say really, just drove in, drove out, treated with respect from the young staff, enjoy a good cup of black coffee with no sugar. Thank you 🍿🎃🙋‍♂️

Brilliant Place! Mmmm do I love Latte’s! Absolutely wonderful staff, always make me come back for more! Lovely food and drinks, with that mozzarella and tomato wrap, mmmm scrumptious. There is only one flaw in this place, and that is that tall long haired barista, man is he rude. I once ordered a medium latte and he give me only one shot of coffee! Absolutely fuming. Next time I come in, he’s going to get it!

The Christmas menu is what brings me to costa more than anything the black forest irish velvet and the ginger bread man hot chocolates are amazing 😍

Cant go wrong with a Costa coffee, always consistent, hot and served well, just sometimes a slow process getting served.

Was disappointed with barista ordered a gingerbread latte.. And he made a messy attempt was awful. And no gingerbread man or taste like ginger.. Think he forgot to add the syrup Disappointed what a disaster... So thick with cream. Not a fan anymore.

Staff very rude only shared information after service that it was take out only were my brother in law who is diabetic needed to sit and eat and have a drink after spending many hrs in the surgical unit.There were also other customers in that had the same experience so i won't be shocked to see more bad reviews at your unit in Warrington Hospital

Costa Coffee at Warrington hospital has got to be the best run coffee house I've been in! For the amount of people continually passing through this establishment the staff are so efficient fast and very friendly it's definitely 5 stars from me 👍👏

What a busy location for the time of day but I guess in real terms it’s as busy as other outlets. Coffee was fine as it always is. Tables getting cleared so actually no issues, even the price was ok! Hard working staff in a hard working environment.

Great, but not happy about being charged 10p for extra butter for my toast, standard 3 butter for 2 large slices isn't enough, poor and very short sighted

Situated within Warrington Hospital so it is very busy. On the 2 occasions I visited I found the staff both friendly and helpful. The only problem is that because they are busy it is hard to find a table that has been cleared which is why I have given 3 and not 4 because the actual coffee shop is clean.

Great coffee. There was quite a queue as there was only one lady doing the till and making the coffee but she was efficient and worked thru the queue quickly without compromising my flat white.
