Tim Hortons in Warrington

TLDR; bad food, loud, unclean. Avoid like plague. Huzz are here tho Loud, but there are huzz. Food was sub par, could’ve scraped something nicer out of a dumpster fire. Unclean tables, small portions and chefs with no gloves. Absolutely hopeless. Edit: they just started playing the worst Christmas music remix ever after serving me a lukewarm minute chicken wrap. I’m gonna flip a table why is this place still open…

I would have liked to give this place a higher rating because the service and ambiance seemed wonderful, but unfortunately, it’s a cashless establishment. I believe that customers should have the freedom to choose their preferred payment method, and it was disappointing that cash wasn’t an option. On my visit, I had only some cash with me and had left my wallet behind, so I had to leave without making a purchase. This was especially tough on my children, who were very excited to visit and left quite disappointed. Adding cash as a payment option would truly enhance the experience for a wider range of customers.

Tim Hortons is what it is but food is decent and good selection of brews . This one is always clean although there seems to always be one order terminal out of order

The staff are well mannered and the place has a casual chilled out vibe to it, coffee is bussin too what with the large verity to choose from just as much as the sweet treats to choose from, strongly recommend guzzling coffee here 👁️‍🗨️👄👁️‍🗨️

The place is absolutely stunk of fried food. We were in there for approximately 15 minutes, and all of our clothes stunk when we came out

Food was good although expensive for a fast food restaurant, we found the coffee a bit weak for our taste.

great little restaurant burgers are nice doughnuts amazing, Coffee top notch stuff also thank you to the guy with the green hair he had a amazing approach, it was busy the day I went in and he apologised for the wait time which I appreciated 👏

Went here with my 2 children, 2 & 4 yrs old We got a table instantly and the service we received was really.good, the table we got was hidden to the side and the children were so happy with the food and that they could get there own drinks from the fridge. Would definitely recommend to everyone

If you want Tim Hortons please do yourself a favour and go to the one in Gemini which is much better Tim Hortons in Golden square always has slow service, food is lukewarm and they always get my order wrong. Also they do not accept cash? Wouldn’t recommend.

French Vanilla coffee, hash brown, pancakes and bacon with maple syrup, Strawberry and Lemonade cooler, hash brown, and a cheese melt. Two breakfast meals and under £10.00. Very busy and the staff getting a little stressed but the food and drinks were excellent.

The service was good speed and food was good. But the restaurant is filthy. Table were all dirty, chair were all stained. The floors were not swept or mopped. I am not saying this because I am upset over the restaurant - I am saying it genuinely as Tim Hortons in Great sankey is so much better in hygiene and cleanliness

I was very let down by the chicken tenders. It's a VERY dry coating, I think, perhaps over-fried? They were really hard to swallow, even with the dip! Ate one and a half of another. Cold, too. I guess that it would be hard to keep them hot during transit as they were so small. Don't expect the type of chicken tender you would find elsewhere.

We wanted to order at 1750 then staff sent out us as nothing left so we couldn't try it.

We hadn't been in a Tim Hortons for some time and were pleased to see it. It offered a breakfast option which seemed a bargain so we ordered coffee and a couple of these breakfast options. The server asked what exactly did we want, we didn't realise there was a range of breakfast options so asked him about it. At that the server turned away from us and muttered those immortal words that no one should ever say that to a customer: "For f's sake!". I almost left at that point but carried on and ordered the specifics of the breakfast options. Food was great, service was abysmal!

My first time visiting Tim Hortons, I wasn''t impressed but not disappointed. The food was decent, but that's about it. Like another review mentioned the beef burger doesn't resemble it's made of meat and has a strange texture. However, the chicken burger stack was decent. It feels this place is made more for just coffee and donuts. The staff were friendly, but service was quite slow. I did see quite a few people return orders due to missing food/wrong food served. We checked our food before leaving and everything was correct. I would visit again for a coffee and a sweet treat, but would avoid the hot food.

The food was disgusting, burgers were warmed up and tasteless, the iced lattes were horrible, and the service was terrible. AVOID at all cost. Oh also its a rip-off.

I do not understand why the selection muffins begles, etc, is better in Tim Hortons Nefoundland Canada. You can also pay cash.

I visited Tim Hortons today with my family for breakfast. The staff were really welcoming.Chloe went above and beyond to provide a top class service. We will be back if ever in the area again. Tim Hortons lives up to the hype.

We visited when it had only just opened...The food was nice ...But the place is filthy.. Tables covered in food... Toilets a right mess ! So it mustn't have been cleaned from the day before.. IN DESPERATE NEED OF A CLEANER !!

Been into warrington branch today food was horrible only 5 wrinkle chips in the box and the wrap was hardly ewt in it then they charged me nearly 9 quid for the privilege won't be goin there again

Horrendous. Fries were stale and I asked for plain chicken was given southern. Honestly poor food in my opinion. Not enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons recently. I ordered a delicious burger and an iced latte, both of which were absolutely fantastic. The flavors were on point and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Not only that, but the service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure that my order was just right. I will definitely be returning to Tim Hortons for more of their tasty food and great service. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I went in to get some food towards the end of the day. The customer service was excellent, all the staff were helpful (particularly when choosing doughnut flavours) and the restaurant was clean. Would absolutely visit again. To top it all off we got a free doughnut or two as it was the end of the day. Really kind team.

I love Tim’s dark roast coffee so we go to Warrington branch every week. If you do survey you get free doughnut this is also very good offer. It is very disappointing that survey website isn’t working so we couldn’t get our free doughnuts last 4 weeks. I hope it gets sorted soon.

Picked up a coffee and breakfast as the place opened. Quick and efficient with a reasonable quality. Really well priced. Surpassed expectations.

Food was nice, courier was lovely, not his fault the food was so late as the restaurant kept him waiting ages! Over 30mins kept pushing back for a small order.

I don’t often leave reviews but I wanted to give credit on behalf of my mother to the lovely young lady who looked after her on Tuesday afternoon. My mother is elderly and struggles to get around due to numerous health conditions. Unfortunately she did not catch the name of this particular member of your staff but in her own words, ‘as soon as I went in she helped me to decide what to order as my eyesight is so awful I couldn’t read the menu. She brought my tray to me and helped me up onto my feet when I was finished as my legs are weak and my knees lock in place. She waited for me while I used the loo to make sure I was alright and made sure I was okay to walk with my frame before I left the store. I often feel like a burden especially out alone, but the lady really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and I can’t sing her praises enough. She is a credit to your company and I now feel less anxious about coming back despite my poor health and mobility thanks to her outstanding service and kindness’.

Ordered from Deliveroo and the store completely forgot about one of the meals. I wouldn’t mind but it’s not exactly cheap and by the time the order was actually put out for delivery, it was past breakfast so i couldn’t even reorder from them. Not Deliveroo’s fault at all, the store were completely at fault here for missing out an entire meal

It's relaxed and informal , which I really like as I'm always here with my disabled daughter and her 3 carers.food is always fresh and piping hot and reasonably priced around 8.50 for a chicken burger , fries and a decent bottle drink.and you know what tge best bit us they do absolutely boss donuts which are gorgeous.its a superb place to eat well and relax.

Awful service. In fact, no service, its self ordering. A guy with no personality shouts your order with a terrible attitude. No interest in the customer. The only person interested was the guy making the coffee. Far too expensive for coffee in a very cheap cardboard cup. Never again will we go in there..

Had a tropical smoothie with a caramel & maple doughnut was lovely. My parents had a burger meal with a skinny latte, which was nice & good deal on Sunday for a variety of lunchs at 4.99 for regular, extra 0.75 for medium was also a large option but did not note the price but still a very offerdable lunch compared to other coffee shops.

Gave me my coffee as soon as ored was taken ,asked have it with my meal.got my order wrong , second time wrong again gave me the original coffee which had stood for a good 10 mins,asked for my money back which they did.During this time several other people complained after waiting longer than I did .Staff not a clue what was going on all looked out off their depth.

Timbits all the same flavour no variety very disappointing

Me and partner visited the Tim Hortons in Golden Square Warrington around 15:30 today which is a Sunday. It was our first time at this particular Tim Hortons, I've never been to any Tim's full stop so this was my first experience. When we arrived it was busy but not rammed, there was a queue for food 'collection' which was awkwardly set up as there's not enough room to form a neat organised line and you end up waiting around people's tables and there's a table in the way of collection also. So that side of things was a bit awkward and the self serve machines were in the middle of the entire room which I'm adamant doesn't work in food places but they keep doing it. They could be against a wall on one side as a suggestion like some McDonald's do but I digress. As we'd never been we used the self serve to figure out what we'd like and the menu's were clear and simple, but it was so we could go and order in person as I have a blue light card. The man said Tim's accept blue light but kindly mentioned the deal/offer they had on today worked out cheaper so we appreciated that. The food came quick and came hot and we liked the idea that the burgers came in foil as it possibly kept them warmer for longer. I got a meatless chicken sandwich meal and my partner got a chicken sandwich stack meal and we could not fault it the burgers were delicious. Thanks to the deal, for 2 meals it cost us just under £15. All in all we had a good first experience and on this visit would recommend. The low rating for atmosphere was due to the self serve machines and collection point being where they are, when people were waiting they all seemed a but stressed. We had already eaten the food as it was delicious before thinking to take a picture - apologies!

Order was 1 hour and 24 mins late, everything arrived cold and full of grease. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times whilst we were waiting and no answer. Poor experience all round.

Tried bribing me with free TimBits when I came through the door to leave a Google review. No idea what happened to this place but it's spiralled and nose-dived since it first opened. After visiting Canada on several occasions I can say that UK TimHortorns pale in comparison to it's Canadian counterpart, it's quiet embarrassing really. Food is Luke warm, drinks are mediocre and service is dreadful. I would strongly recommend senior management to cut losses and stop rolling these subpar chains out in the UK.

The food is great and the customer service is amazing and it’s a fun place to dine with friends and family.

Came in during peak period during lunch for a quick bite and Angel was very accommodating despite of how busy they are. Food was served hot and fairly quickly.

Would highly recommend TimHortons GS branch for a very welcoming. Always greeted with a smile and very polite staff, service was outstanding with kind gestures. Always went out their way to help. Thank you so much, Angel and Team GS for a wonderful experience. 😊
