Drive through 40 minute wait... No parking spaces Filthy inside Staff lazy and incompetent Hannah the manager rude and ineffective , sitting out the back Terri the server a snarler I complained that we waited 40 minutes, was informed it was 20, told yo park up and my drink would be brought out after 40 minutes...young chap shouted at me and Terri barked back when I replied 'he's a child" if he was a child why was he employed to pass drinks through a window, which is what he did sitting down at a window for 40 minutes Disgusting experience

Working across the North of England, always on the road, I visit many Starbucks stores. This store I pass a few times per week, so out of convenience it was easy to stop here. Okay, so everybody can have an off day, even more than one, issuing wrong drinks with a can’t be bothered attitude. Anyway, today has got to be the last straw at this branch. No please or thank you. Asked if I wanted cream on my white mocha to which I said yes but it was served without. Very little eye contact and staff so miserable, it’s was clearly yet another off day. My wife had a latte. Now how strange that her latte and my white mocha both tasted exactly the same, both tasting like a bitter chocolate, which leads me to believe that they are not cleaning their utensils, or they are not serving actual Starbucks coffee. A total waste of money for not just the appalling drinks, but the lack of interest in any form of customer service, leaves me to say sorry to Stonedale, I won’t be visiting you again

DOGS NOT ALLOWED X This starbucks is always empty when I drive past and now I know why. This starbucks is on a busy cycle/walk route and would be lovely to stop at but unfortunately they don’t allow dogs inside (unlike the other local starbucks) Will be sticking to the ORMSKIRK Starbucks where they are super friendly and allow dogs! AVOID THIS KIRKBY STARBUCKS. Not friendly at all 😪

Went to sit in last week and the place wasn’t the most hygienically cleaned, hardly any of staff had a welcoming presence. The service was averagely quick and drive-thru wasn’t a pain.I bought the chocolate coffee crunch decaf it was decent. I would only recommend for a quick drink and bite to eat. Thankyou Sugarbrook

Popped in after a visit to local Cinema at the request of my son who had never tried Starbucks before. I normally prefer Costa if Im honest after a stint as a barista myself many moons ago! Anyway the place wasnt as grubby as as I was lead to expect by previous reviews but I did find the young girls who worked there very poker faced and not very welcoming towards customers although fist bumping middle aged male colleagues! Bit cringey to be honest. Wont be returning anytime soon!

I went to Starbucks on 9th of August at around 8pm. I am a regular customer and I normally receive a good service from this place, but this time was a different story. I normally use the drive through service and this was my first time going inside the store, I wasn't familiar with the place so instead of going to the till I mistakenly went to the place where the customers pick up their orders (it was very quiet and no other customers were there) the staff treated me very disrespectfully and she was very rude, she also told about this to the other staff and her colleague who was working in the back looked at me and made faces, I made a mistake, was it really that bad? did I hurt anyone? why was this that big of a deal, I just don't get it. I changed my mind and went to McDonald's which was across the road, interestingly the customer service was absolutely great considering they were super busy.

This is definitely the dirtiest coffee shop I've been in this year! Staff were unhelpful and seemed really miserable and vacant. No pumpkin spice drinks even though advertised. Our drinks were luke warm. Wouldn't return

Went to Starbucks today for a New Years Day for aCapucino which was Quite good but the service was Dreadfully slow with the young staff looking like they wished they were somewhere else,-same old problem ,the drive through get quicker service,The place feels like a canteen in a factory and just as noisy,no wonder Costa is doing so well

I recently visited this Starbucks the day the ‘red cups’ came out and was looking forward to a gingerbread latte. However the gingerbread latte tasted like a normal latte and when I watched her make the latte I noticed she didn’t put the syrup in. Not impressed as £4 is a lot of money for a gingerbread latte nevermind a ‘normal’ latte, so I expect it to be perfect.

We had a business meeting in here yesterday and we were so shocked how a relatively new cafe has got so dirty. We didn't want to sit on the filthy leatherette chairs and the whole shop had a dirty smell. The ladies toilet had no paper and the hand dryer was broke The coffee was look warm and the same could be said about the non engagement of the staff. Filthy tables filthy floor. We all decided not to return but to meet at Costa instead

Great location, forcedly staff and coffee is always good. Would recommend to anyone who needs a caffeine filler

Fit for function as an engineer would say, the flat white was ok but not the best by a long way and the croissant was eatable! fairly clean table and easy to access the main road.

Not the most engaged staff I have ever experienced, didn’t take names so just shouted out the drink names in the hope that customers recognise their order

Stopped for coffee and snack between appointments in area. Filthy place, all available chairs/tables in need of wipe down. Floor didn't look like it had seen a mop or a brush in a long time, food remnants under tables. Staff not exactly enthusiastic but in that environment I'm not surprised. Safe to say wont be returning.

I visit the Starbucks on the east lancashire road weekly and each visit is always a pleasurable experience , the staff are all ways friendly efficient and they have a great knowledge of the products they have on offer , the seatring area is always clean the drinks are always made to perfection and the food is very nice , I would recommend a latte and a slice of chocolate cake very nice . Great service from Tom and the staff .

Family catch up after family member had their final radiotherapy, coffee was ok but it was freezing in there. Uncomfortably so even when asked they still didn’t reduce the air conditioning.

Dropped in for my usual Cafeine fux. Disappointed. Surprised previous reviews not mentioned it but there were tables not wiped down and floor had crumbs everywhere. Flies all over the place. Staff didnt reallt seem to care. This is certainly not the standatd I have come to expect from one of my favourite coffee places. Staff need to be trained to be more attentive to cleanliness. Putting me off.

Visited the Uni for the first time yesterday, and stopped in for a coffee. It was very quiet, and there were 3 staff working. From taking my order to giving me my coffee the staff chatted amongst themselves with their back to me, and therefore the barista's focus was not on making my drink promptly. Tables outside were uncleared, despite having the time to chat. With so many options available for Coffee Shops now, great service is the differentiating factor. I won't rush back.

Not too bad for a service centre café. The cakes weren't too bad. The coffee was a little weak. The staff were friendly.

Disappointed .... slow service and WIFI is beyond the joke .... seeing people watching tv or streaming on their laptops slowing everything down ... lucky to get 3 -4 mb speed ... which means slow for loading pages

I've always found this Starbucks to be very friendly. The service is good and the staff always keep this places so clean. The coffee and fruit toast are always pipping hot. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. Finally the disabled access is good but the automatic door isn't automatic and need pulling but that's the only negative thing I can mention.

I've been here a couple of times now and found the coffee to be lovely. The staff are friendly and the cafe is kept very clean. The disabled access is good and the loos have always been clean. If you are in the area it's worth a visit.

Called for coffee and decided to use the drive through as the car park was full and customers queuing inside. I was served quicker this way and my large Cappuccino was free because I had 15 points on my Starbucks phone App to exchange for any drink of my choice. Coffee as good as usual but they forgot to put chocolate sprinkles on top!

Visited after a game of golf and glad I did we both decided to go with the salted Toffee Macadamia Latte I went for the healthiest option without the cream so on the photo you can see the difference.

The male staff were very helpful and friendly!as there were NO gluten free sandwiches but they did have a brownie . So up the calories devastated! So you mite be best to call and ask if they have any think in Gluten Free for you or there is a subway 2 second walk that dose salads. Over all was a good meeting but with NO Gluten Free. Food ?? Nice atmosphere and decor. Loved the leather sofas although had to wait a little for one. Decaf coffee was great. Service pretty good although server kept talking to other people which was confusing. Food wasn't great though. Salmon bagel was too dry. Salted caramel brownie was too sweet. Disappointing.

Service good.prices expensive.seems at weekends they are understaffed.on my visit floor needed sweeping.no fault of staff they were all busy serving customers.will return good location.

Stopped here for a coffee to get through my log journey home and the staff were so pleasant and accommodating.

What a fantastic place to stop off for a break. Both Emma and Kirsty have great 'people' skills and make your visit extra special. Highly recommended

I arrived here this morning for breakfast. The staff is friendly but inside the tables are dirty and the milk is out of date. I am really sorry to write this but I payed 5£ for nothing. I repeat again, the staff is very god, i think they are losing their time to work there. No more starbucks for me. Enjoy this comment like i did with your milk!

Went for chill out with family service really poor & slow, got 1 drink then waited 10 minutes for other drinks! Staff don't smile, don't want to help & look miserable. Tea was so bad we asked for another cup ended up with refund!! How can you get tea that wrong!!!

Great take out breakfast for the whole family . Really welcoming staff and our dog was welcomed inside too and she her own drink. Enough breakfast pastries to satisfy every palate - young and old! The coffee of course was spectacular .

As a paranoid coffee lover, I like to go to stores that have staff that can't read my mind. Other members of the public seem to confuse this place with all the other places where their minds have been read, and their various foods and drinks, maybe even clothes, have been picked out for them by the staff with no words said at all.

Went for lunch with my husband and his elderly father, we found both the food and service to be excellent and the place had a very friendly and relaxed feel to it. The drinks were lovely if a little too large and the cakes are delicious. we will definitely be visiting again.

I've been to this Starbucks on multiple occasions and always found it to have been excellent. The staff there are always friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and you never mind a little wait for for drink as its always spot on. The store gets really busy at times and yet the quality never drops. I've seen some negative reviews of this store but not experienced anything like it myself. I guess some people just like to moan.

It's not the cheapest, but the coffee is great and the staff are very friendly. It wasn't that busy when I went, but I could imagine it gets busy in the mornings, since it's on the main road and it's got a drive through

I have been there a few times just as it is so convenient, and usually use the drive-through. I have never known a place which is so slow. I tend to be there about 7am, and there are 2 members of staff on duty, and always seems to only be 1 who is serving - not sure what the other one is doing! There have been times when I have got my "skinny latte", drove into work and opened it to find its something completely different. The turn over of staff is incredible - very rarely have I seen the same barista there. The operational running of this store needs to be looked at,

Called into the drive thru after getting diesel in the petrol station next door. This was the first time we had tried the drive thru and it wasn't great. Very busy so we had to queue , the coffee was not as good as in other Starbucks outlets, so we were a bit Disapointed .

Looks like it's newly opened. The staff looked and dealt with me as if they were new. Always seems to take a long time to make a Starbucks than a competitor coffee brand.

Il never learn,I keep thinking they will train there staff ,another £3,55 wasted on drink that taste like hot milk wen I clearly asked for a mocha,plus the boss was in,this place will be shut down soon

Stopped off on way home for a skinny cappuccino, only Starbucks make them good enough for me. This place can be a hit or a miss!

I live and work near here, I love coffee and need a wake up fix. Each week there is a new untrained Barista making awful coffees. I've had nothing but awful coffees from here and can't learn my lesson,I will start going back to McDonald's again for hot drinks. I asked for a skinny mocha no cream tonight,only to receive a creamy hot chocolate and also had to correct her she was using full fat milk. Last week I put another £20 on my coffee card,only to go St. Helens star bucks and ask me for cash wen I passed them my card. The manager of sugarbrook promised a refund that night and took my card num and said she would call me. She never did and I went back the next day to complain and got my money put on my card. Very disappointed customer/Coffee Lover

I have never written such a "split" review, but please bear with me.

I am a regular at various Starbucks across the whole of the UK, and I have to say that this particular site in Fazakerley is hands down the worst I have ever been to for service.

Went to here with a friend ordered are drinks I got a tea my friend ordered one of those fancy coffee I got my tea straight away my friend was told we will bring it over 10 mins passed no coffee so he went up and asked where it was reply from the lad sorry it's been here all the time, place ,was empty friend asked why they had not drought it over to my shock they were talking about there xmas night out tables and chairs were dirty staff not interested don't go

Waiting times are terrible! I do not blame the staff at all ! There always apologetic when having to wait on a latte for nearly 15 minutes!!!

Muffins with bluebarry are fantastic at Starbuck...coffee excellent...nice place...nice view...in the center...

Nipped in as we fancied a quick brew. Service was awful - all staff (4) too busy on the drive through. Then after we had ordered we were called up for each individual drink(3). Not even an apology. Coffee ok, but service not up to standard. This is not how to look after your customers.

The atmosphere was lovely for a nice cup of tea. Relaxing music nice service and some nice food. Definitely a place to relax.

Drive through or sit in the choice is yours ! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is spotless . Starbucks offer the same menus in all so nothing different there .

Handy and convenient for a wake up and caffeine fix , local and always open, lovely delicious tasty coffee a change from McDonalds coffee, great selection of coffee items to purchase to have the delight of Starbucks at home. Drive through for when ur on the move or pop in for and relax

Starbucks have recently opened a branch on the East Lancs Road, sandwiched in between Fazakerley and Norris Green on the edge of Liverpool (as you leave). This is a great location for us as we live just over two miles away.

I visited this Starbucks and left with a smile on my face! Great staff and a clean, welcoming environment! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
