Love coming to Liverpool Airport Fantastic atmosphere and great food Always can not fault the staff here and especially a server called Sarah I think that was her name. Very accomadating.

Orderd a bacon roll it was cold. It was also on a burger bun that wasn’t really what I wanted not a hinge fan of picking seeds out of my teeth on a flight. Anna asked me to leave a review so she could win a bottle of wine please just give her the wine she will need it after a shift here. And don’t get me started on the price. High price poor quality oh and the plate was broken

Nice place but outrageous prices over £8 for some draft pints, to the point where you have one beer instead of 3 or 4 so long-term probably damages their overall profit margin.

We had such a great experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to the wonderful waitress & waiter Ella and Oliver . They were both so friendly, It’s rare to come across service that feels so natural and kind they truly added to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy spot with great food before a flight. We’ll definitely be back! 😊

Beer was flat but staff, particularly Oli were sound.

I had a full English breakfast, I swapped my fried eggs for poached and they where just perfect, the bacon was cooked really well, however not enough beans. I also had a big mug of tea and then a pint of Coke. The restaurant itself has huge windows looking out to the runway which is nice. And the staff are all really pleasant and friendly. Olie was helpful and polite. I would recommend.

As airport food places go, it's pretty decent. Oli gave us excellent service and everything came promptly.

Bloody expensive, but Ollie provided great customer service.

Oliver Green what can I say? The best server on the planet. Made my holiday before we even took off. The crispest coldest pint I’ve ever had. Celebrating 20 times with the fellers. Shots of uniteds tears on the house. Best bar in the whole of Liverpool airport without a doubt. Cheers

Shocking... At 8am like a bomb hit every table! Complete state of a place. Some people starting to clear and wipe tables but left like half washed swimming pools soaked in water. Service was timely by silent waiter. Food was edible, barely pinged in microwave to warm up. Disgrace for the price. Burger king better option

I paid money and received no service. People ordered beer and stuff in front of me and took there order immediately. I asked for a latte and a cookie and was told to sit and wait for 5 minutes. 15 minutes passed and my order never came and my gate was due so I left. I did not make a fuss over the 5 pounds because it is not worth it, but very bad service.

Oliver Green was lovely and so friendly! His smile was infectious and he smelt divine. The drinks he served tasted better coming from him. I don’t even want to get on my flight any more because I want to stay here

A very scruffy place, all empty tables had food wrappers and dirty glasses and plates left there. Rubbish strewn over the floor. Staff were very disinterested, it seemed in cleaning up. Liverpool airport has gone downhill.

Just been served by the fabulous Oliver Green! Me and the kids are gobsmacked as we just seen him passing balancing 30+ glasses, marvellous. Keep shining at the kissing gate Oliver!

The only reason they got 3 x 5*’s was due to Naveen. I am stone cold sober. The only person I felt genuinely cared was Naveen. Extremely good with people and our complex order was dealt with without a second thought and very gracefully. Naveedn is arguably more of an asset to The Kissing Gate than their actual venue. He deserves a raise. P.S Joe and Adam

Ordered food on their qr code ordering service, the food was quick in arriving and was decent but pricey enough. Bar service was painfully slow. One lovely young lady was trying her best, but with her the only one taking orders, taking payment and fulfilling them was a joke. One other young lad floating around like he had zero interest. Queue was a mile long and very frustrated. A pity in such a well decorated place. Bad staff management

lovely experience with nice views out onto the runway & mersey. Came in for breakfast before an early morning flight; service was very fast, multiple different staff members were very friendly. Coffee very large for the price - much better value than other cafes in the terminal. Would recommend.

Ordered a sharing loaded nachos. Certainly wasn't loaded. States piled with pulled pork. Could eat pork with 2 mouth fulls. Spot the cheese. Wouldn't recommend for food. Very poor, very small portions
