Quality recommended when you've got time to kill when at the airport this is your nest place.

Great service with food and drinks, special mention to two staff members, Beth & Gabe very accommodating to myself and my partner, really welcoming and service with a smile before our holiday.

Lazy staff behind counter standing around ignoring customers too busy talking. Table service waiters much nicer.

8 quid for a pint?? 16 quid for a plate of horrible cold nachos??? And to top it off, 6.50 for some of the worst cheesy chips I've ever had in my life. Sort it out.

The staff take they time to serve with no eye contact at all. Coffee varista serving beer enstead make coffee. More than 5 minutes to get my take away coffee

Service was brutally slow. It took 30 to get food. The breakfast was cold. When I was ordering we were told the couldn't serve hot drinks as there was no milk 😫 I got a plant based sausage in a roll l, it literally was a bun with 2 vegan sausage and cost £8.49? If I could give - stars I would.

Thanks very much to the beautiful Natalie, this amazing member of staff who went above and beyond to locate my grans jacket in lost property and return it whilst myself and my Son ate. What a diamond and credit to the company. No hesitation, just helped immediately. Good staff are hard to find , but amazing staff are a needle in a haystack. Disgusting member of staff is all I can say and rude to myself and another person who was asking for some hot drinks for some elderly patients who were in patients transport yesterday as in weds 12th march at 18.30 ...The flights were all delayed and we were refused any hot drinks even though airline staff had said your more than welcome to get drinks until your flight leaves we are sorry about traffic control ..but to no avail we were refused... I totally felt for the older folk in our group who were very shocked and disgusted that there is no customer service at all these days and rudeness seems to be acceptable in our society...so I like the other folk would definitely not recommend this place at all....

The food was very nice a little expensive but that’s expected from an airport, Anna was lovely and polite to us and provided us a great service.

Bar and restaurant are a nice atmosphere. I ordered the chicken burger and upgraded to sweet potato fries. The burger was ok, nothing special but the fries were very stale, almost inedible. Mentioned it to the waiter who didn't even acknowledge or offer me an alternative. Last visit here for me

Very incompetent in regards to customer service skills, we were 4 people here, tried to order via “scan to order” but could not do it, system most likely not functioning well. Went to the bar, been told not to use apple pay and try again. Went back tried paying by debit card, same issue, went to the bar again and they said to use another card, now at this point all four people tried different cards and THE SAME ISSUE AGAIN!! Went back to the bar again to ask why is saying that there is issue with the payment? Lady that we tried to speak to was arrogant and rude, literally we been told if we don’t like something we free to go somewhere else as they have plenty of customers, how bad is that? Finally we stay at the bar and place our order. Food comes pretty fast, tastes nice, however green tea and pineapple juice was not brought to us when they brought our order, we start eating our breakfast and wait for the remaining drinks, 20 minutes later and still no drinks. We see the same lady, and ask about our drinks, she almost yells at us that everything should have been brought to us there and then when they brought our order, in the end it turned out that our drinks have been sitting at the bar on the side! Green tea was almost cold, instead of pineapple juice they poured apple juice, nice place and the food was delicious but customer service absolutely appalling

Waited over 20 minutes for toast, turned up cold and charged me 4.50 for a piece of toast they added jam onto the bill without me asking for it, bad service

£9 for a pint of warm beer after queuing for 10’ isn’t what I was expecting

Had horrible tasting warm lager and equally poor cider. Almost makes flying from Manchester look acceptable

I ordered poached eggs and avocado, but what I received were hard-boiled eggs with avocado. I won’t be coming here again. The waitress seemed unhappy, as if they were there as a punishment. The waiting time to place an order could also be improved. This is an airport—we want to eat quickly and board our plane. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

The food is always dismal here, I don't know why I always tend to go here before a flight for a quick butty that costs excess of £10 for slither of bacon and a sausage that tastes like it's been in a hot hold for a week. Avoid!!! Great views of the runway though. Hope the refurbishment definitely sorts the food out.

Had a breakfast sandwich and cold drink before our 7am flight to Amsterdam. Very busy and tables not cleared quickly enough for the customer turnover.

Breakfast was generally good but bacon was clearly heated up from pre cooked and was leathery. Otherwise excellent.

Worst airport food ive ever had anywhere in the world. A £17 korean bunless burger. Salad had no dressing and burger was a frozen breaded chicken fillet. Just so basic. They brought the wrong pasta for my child and then when i corrected they took 20mins to get another. Didnt want to go to burger king but now wish i had.
