Very disappointed to receive a stale panini and lukewarm latte. The issue seems to just be this branch as l get the same order every day from different location and it’s normally very, very good. Some training is needed at this branch as it is never acceptable to serve stale food which I’m assuming was from the previous day as it was very early. 9/3/24 @ 08:45

Excellent location, great service

Been going here for years. But lately it’s a joke. Always wrong coffees.who ever does the food for drive through hasn’t got a clue. It’s gone down hill so much . Just got two drinks from there and got home , they’d put cream on my no cream drink then took it off before giving it to me. Not telling me now I’ve got home and can’t drink the drink I payed half an hour wage for. It’s disgusting and they need to sort it out.

Still in a state of shock at my drive through experience at this Starbucks today. They got my order wrong, I asked for an iced white mocha and they gave me a hot one. I was very polite in how I said oh sorry I ordered iced. She rolled her eyes, snatched the drink off me and didn't even speak to me. She was visibly so angry and I felt so uncomfortable. When she handed me my drink (which upon arriving home I've realised still isn't the actual drink I ordered), I said thank you and have a nice day. I was totally blanked. I have never received such rude customer service. There are many people who order extremely complicated drinks at Starbucks - surely mistakes happen. Reacting like this to every minor hiccup must make it difficult for her colleagues too. The attitude was appalling and I will never go back to that Starbucks again.

Came and sat inside today rather than using the drive thru. Lots of new faces who didn’t interact much but Ryan was there as always with a smile & a few words.

Used drive thru, quick service. Happy with drinks.

They have got my drink wrong a number of times- a one shot mocha with cream. On this occasion (02nd April 23), I ordered 2 drinks and asked when they were handed over, which one was the 1 shot drink. The barrista handed a drink which he said was 1 shot. It was a double. Which I cannot tolerate as it is too much caffeine, and gives me issues.

Visited here for a morning coffee, staff are pretty much rude, and uninterested. It's not busy, told no cups and paper cups only. Can't use your starbucks app because we're a franchise, can I scan and get the point......."I literally don't know.....so no" explains the helpful staff. Paying over £3 for a coffee has literally never been so rewarding.

Just been served today my cappuccino by lovely smiling young lady , makes lovely change as most kids these days are pulling faces 😁👍

Never had any problems with the staff working here. They are always friendly and extremely helpful. Whilst I was waiting to be served, another customer was being shown the allergy information for the baked goods. Just shows that the staff are attentive.

My first experience for starbucks in a very long time and a new starter Dave, really helpful, above and beyond what he did for us. Great customer service, very polite. They made a mistake on a drink and we offered if we could have it anyway and he was kind enough to give it to us! Thankyou Dave

Nice and friendly staff. They were attentive and went the extra mile. The store was clean and the deli counter was full. The drinks were delicious and one it is one of the best starbucks I have been to for the food and drink. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because there was a couple of mistakes made that meant drinks were delayed, although these were acknowledged by the staff before the drinks were handed to us, causing a slight delay. Would recommend

I do not normally do reviews but I think this one was definitely justified in doing. I have just been to the Speke Starbucks drive thru. They staff were so lovely. In the last few months I’ve been to so many places were staff look so downtrodden but the staff here today wished me a good day and it does go a long way.

I wrote about Starbucks here in 2019 and justifiably gave it a terrible result as a result of staff attitude at the time. This time around it couldn’t have been further from this experience! The staff were excellent, very attentive and went out of their way to be really helpful and It was a completely different staff from the last time I visited and I have to say they were brilliant and friendly. From giving them a 1 on the last to a 5 n this visit speaks volumes about the improvements made here.

Used to be a lot better. Recently the staff haven’t been very attentive and coffee varies from ok to awful.

It's OK. Add some smiles and it would be way better.

Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee. Wherever you go. That's the way it should be! But customer service can be as variable as the British summer. However, at THIS Starbucks in Speke, Liverpool, customer focus is the main event! Welcoming, kind and courteous staff, clearly pride themselves on going the extra mile to make your customer journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Considerate , attentive and knowledgeable, Jay went out of his way to make sure we felt at home and were completely replete, whilst Ryan brought me up to date with the soccer scores I'd been asking about! An unbelievably efficient and effective team all round. Thanks for the outstanding experience guys and girls. We aim to do an 'Arnie' - we WILL be back!

Staff member Terry (I really hope I have that right, nice guy with the glasses started a couple months ago) is absolutely lovely, such a pleasant guy, always smiling and friendly - absolute credit to the team. Really makes a difference to your day when someone is super nice to you. Thanks for brightening up my day x

This place is a joke.....over priced food, over priced coffee. Staff look like they are working in a morgue. Go to costa much better!!!! Just been in here again as wife loves the pumkin spice latte. Was enjoying the experience until staff turned up the music. Felt like I was in a bloody disco. Suppose to be back ground music. -2*

Had the nicest customer service ever here today. Lovely new guy Adam served me, if only all staff were as kind. Made perfect cappuccino, will be back again.

We go to this strabucks quite regularly and never any issues. Sat outside recently ... there are only 2 benches but can fit about 6 people on each. Drive thru always quick

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever visited! Slow service, had to repeat order 3 times to three different staff members, drinks tasted awful so we’re left half full! Waste of time and more to the point waste of money £22 spent and left feeling disappointed with the whole experience!

Great place if your in the area and need some fuel from the garage next door.Why not park up and enjoy one of their fantastic coffees before you hit the road again ! Theres a place you can park up to drink it and relax.

Asked for Cappuccino last Sunday afternoon without chocolate. Tasted bitter and undrinkable with no creamy froth on top. If I had not to leave to catch a plane, I would have asked for my money back. Indifferent service! An expensive disgusting attempt at providing a decent cup of coffee i am a seasoned daily cappuccino drinker and this was the worst ever tasted

I love Starbucks but the normal coffee tastes worse than Costa coffee. How can it differ so between countries?

These have been brilliant since reopening apart from a certain person in there, everytime i put my order in, he always messes it up and i get the wrong order! I can only drink a specific coffee and the fact that it isn't what i ordered means it just gets thrown away, after paying £4 odd for a drink, it's not acceptable, either train him up more or get rid!

It's cheaper to use the machine in the petrol station. You can't sit down in there at the moment anyway.

Apparently far too busy to serve 2 coffees after taking my money, or to clear up a little. Terrible service & attitude. Filthy place. I expected better for the cost. Just average would have pleased me Keep away! Go elsewhere.

Coffee served cold, poor service and disgraceful staff hygiene practices by the staff. I'm a former food safety inspector and if I still had my id they would have had an immediate inspection.

Its starbucks...... what more do I need to say. Have meetings around the corner once a month here and this is my go to destination

As someone that works in Starbucks myself I’m very disappointed at the quality of service and the drink quality. My drinks. G/ skinny decaf latte T/ caramel white mocha. Before any milk was steamed the shots where on. So they where dead by the time the milk was poured. No bar routine was followed at all. If it was busy I’d understand but there was only one person in front of me. I asked for them to be remade and the lady making them stomped of in a huff to do them. It cost just over £7 for these drinks and expect for them to be made correctly. They both seamed to be interested In the conversation and drinking their own drinks and looking at phones to do any aspect of customer service properly.

Cheaper than Liverpool airport where I was going to and it serves coffee.

Disappointed that my dog wasn’t allowed in, so had to sit outside (in November ...). (I had been travelling a long way, the dog had been in the car for hours). At least it wasn’t raining or windy, but the outside tables were filthy, and the seats covered in cigarette ash, which I got all over my hand whilst trying to clear water off the seat. The coffee was perfect, but took a long time, as, even though staff were working flat out, there were not enough of them. It would be nice if there was some list where you could quickly look up which Starbucks allow dogs in, as lots do now, and would have saved me queuing for an eternity at traffic lights on Speke Rd.

Three, sorry, four customers at present... Time 13.00 hrs, the place is a tip! No milk in the jug, no napkins /serviettes. Eight of the empty tables have cups, plates etc.... Been here 20 minutes, no attempt made to tidy up. Just plain bone idle... It's the same every time I come here!

Two girls struggling with 10 customers in a rush to get a plane. Come on, give them some support and hire another person, at least!

Poor Jay. The sole Starbucks employee managed to channel his irritation that management had saw fit to leave him solely in charge of a starbucks at the airport, into a leisurely work ethic. Mind you, if tou were the only person on, and there were a tonne of people waiting to be served, you’d pace yourself too! 12 mins in.....the queue moves, everyone stares daggers at the man who orders a frozen tropical mango...it takes like 4 mins to make....but at least Jay’s taken my money so it’s not like i can go anywhere else( Joe’s Coffee House opposite has run out of coffee - i’m guessing maybe the same manager as pooor Jay’s?) Anyway, chin up mate, you get paid just the same and you worked hard in the face of obvious management incompetence. To your manager - i could do your job. Not giving one is totally easy.

Was clean and served quickly. Unfortunately I didnt get the whipped cream I had requested. I didnt realise until I got in the car and had to get back to work. Bit disappointed.

Visité este lugar antes de mi vuelo a Francia y el lugar estaba moderadamente ocupado. Parecía que la capacitación del personal estaba ocurriendo, pero nada fuera de lo común. La cola era de longitud moderada. Llegué a la caja registradora e hice mi pedido de 3 Frappes de caramelo para mis hijos y el servidor me dijo en blanco: "No estoy haciendo más Frappes ahora". . . "Me sorprendió considerar que algunos clientes antes de mí habían hecho pedidos de Frappe y los recibí. Evidentemente estaba nerviosa debido a la nueva capacitación del personal, pero es ridículo negarse rotundamente a atender su pedido de cliente debido al hecho de que está un poco más ocupado de lo normal.No se habían quedado sin ingredientes. Entonces, ¿por qué no dirías que tu pedido demorará un poco más de lo normal debido a la capacitación del personal?Una actitud realmente decepcionante del servidor y, obviamente, necesitan una nueva capacitación en servicio al cliente.Evite si tiene más de una bebida a la orden.

¡Pedí café blanco y obtuve leche con sabor a café! Me parece que estaba a medio tiro de café y leche de descanso. Deben estar abiertos hasta las 8 pm y las 7. 40 pm nos dijeron que se estaban cerrando, así que tengo que irme. Nunca voy a volver allí. ¡Perdida de tiempo y dinero! !

Was completely ignored by barrista lady, it was not busy but i was waiting for my soya cappuccino more than 20 min. I can understand that some order can be forgotten, but i asked few time if they still remember me). Almost missed my flight.
