Exactly what you might expect at a Subway. Fast service, good BMT, easy check out, affordable cost. The Scouse accent of the seller is an add on to the experience.

Pretty consistently get half the amount of filling in the subs compared to any other subway, for the price point I expect to taste something other than just the bread I'd recommend others going to the exchange street or Whitechapel or any other subway nearby

Female server was quite abrupt. I wanted to use my rewards to pay for 2 subs but there was no scanner due to upcoming changes to the reward system so forced to pay for what should have been free subs. I wasn't allowed any additional salad items as the subs I ordered were 'set' items. I've never experienced such poor service in any other subway

I was at 499 reward points. The server didn’t ask whether I wanted to use reward points or pay for a side, so she ended up deducting 200 points off me for a 99p side, when actually I wanted to pay for it and collect one more point to get a free 6 inch sub. Now I have to spend £20.10 to get to the points level I was before.

Very rude staff Saturday night closing time 10 o’clock I come 9:40 and they close the door and they digging in phone and chatting each other 17/09/2022

Worst Subway I have ever had and I’ve had many - really mean with portions of meat - didn’t bother to measure the chicken until I expressed concern at amounts - mean with vegetables and salads - just ate my sandwich and it was dry and lacking in ingredients - severely lacking in customer service - will not be back!

Love dropping into Subway when I am pub and bar hopping, quick,tasty meals on the go ,perfect sandwiches to soak up the beer, visited this outlet on a Wednesday afternoon while heading to Mathew Street and I must say my visit was good.Ordered a cheese and salad sandwich ,prepared in front of me,fresh ingredients and very tasty indeed ,environment of this outlet was covid safe and staff very pleasant, all in all I couldn't fault anything about my visit to this Subway that's located on North John Street, highly recommended if your in the area.

Food was standard Subway, but the man that served us had no manners also i had to reach under the screen protecting us ti get the sandwiches, very unprofessional i won't go there again

I am appalled at the service i received in this Subway. The man was rude and did not make the sandwich properly. He messed up the order and when asked for something he was rude about it. He then over charged my friend for a sandwich, charging her the price of a meal for 1 sandwich.

Entiendo que los lugares pueden quedarse sin cosas, especialmente hacia el final del día, pero el hombre que nos atendió ni siquiera se disculpó. Rechacé su oferta de una hamburguesa vegetariana [Yuck] y dije que la dejaría.Mi hijo luego ordenó un derretido de atún y el hombre no preguntó si quería tostarlo y simplemente nos lo entregó frío. Debería haber estado prestando más atención, pero estaba ocupado preguntándome de dónde podría conseguir algo de comida y mi hijo era demasiado incómodo para decirle.Sin embargo, la pista estaba en el nombre; Atún MELT!

Bad service ever from subway we knew. Never see attitude from supervisor of the place like this. She made mistake not add topping and we left and returned to add it but she refused without any reason. We asked for new ordered but she refused to serve us even we want to pay for it. It is strange from Subway staff and not acceptable. We hope management take corrective action to satisfy their customers.

Evito este metro en la ciudad y voy a otras sucursales. El personal es grosero y poco profesional. Había una fiesta de turistas españoles frente a mí en la cola y me sorprendió la forma en que se habló, no es bueno para la ciudad y tampoco es bueno para el metro.

Staff here is the worst type of people you can find in all the city. Very unprofessional, making sandwiches with long hair hanging, chatting between them instead of attending clients, bad manners, laughing at the clients and not even answering their questions. The manager here should make some changes in their staff. I will never come back to this place and I will not recommend it to anyone

Había un miembro del personal de guardia a las 9. 25 sobre el 24/10/2018. Ella no tenía modales para hablarme. Ella fue muy vergonzosa y me dijo cosas muy horribles. El inglés no es mi primer idioma, pero viví en Liverpool durante 13 años y nunca se ha hablado así. Ella no merece trabajar en este lugar. Esta ubicación del metro está en el corazón de Liverpool, pero el personal siempre es racialmente abusivo.

One of the worst Subways I ever had

I like subway but I won't go this branch any more. One woman worker was very arrogant and unclean. At the paper wrap, there were some sauce marks that even she didn't know. I said about the mark but her attitude was really bad and the sandwich inside was all spilled so I couldn't eat well. Anyway the woman worker at here should be educated more. Please go to another subway near.

Badly made sandwich due to poor compiling and folding skills, it fell out everywhere when i opended it and had sauce on the outer wraooer. It was also not to store specifications (I used to work for the company ) too much meat and too little veg. They didn't have the ingredients for the original sandwich I wanted and the coffee machine was switched off so I couldn't make it meal deal which was part of the reason I went there in the first place. Disappointing and now I still need a coffee ! Wasn't even allowed my receipt so I could complain vs the website so now doing it publically. Train your staff

Visité su tienda el 15/07/18 a las 3:00 p.m. durante mi almuerzo de media hora, la tienda apenas estaba ocupada con 2 clientes, esperé más de 20 minutos en la tienda mientras la mujer detrás del mostrador conversaba con su novio por el altavoz por teléfono . Sin disculpas. Capacite a su personal y al servicio al cliente sobre lo que se debe hacer y lo que no se debe hacer, a pesar de que esto se debe aclarar por sí mismo.

Normally nice and friendly service but the staff member today was not friendly or polite. She walked out from the back and ignored me, I was the only customer in the shop. Then when she eventually took my order she made little to no eye contact. After paying for my sub she just walked away and I had to stretch over the counter to grab my sub. The whole time I was in the shop she was having a conversation with the other staff member and she was more involved with that conversation than dealing with me. The other staff member was cleaning down the work surface using a spray bottle. The contents of the bottle was sprayed over all the uncovered food. I don't expect a 5 star service but a little bit of professionalism would be nice. Won't go back again

Me tomó un amigo para un bocado rápido para comer durante nuestro viaje de compras. No comer carne y la señorita me preguntó si yo quería cambiar de tenazas antes de que ella hizo mi comida. Me pareció muy bien pensados. Ella realmente significaba que y me sentí muy respetado. La comida era deliciosa y rápida. Mi amigo nunca ha sido un metro antes y quedé muy impresionado.

Very small subway, not much seating, they promote the subway subcard system but 9 times out of 10 the system in the shop isn't working so they can't scan your card and over the past few weeks their payment card system has been down.

No customer/staff relations .... standard of food hygiene very poor, fact that when you handle cheese and you have someone with milk intolerance and don't even change gloves but handle the milk intolerance persons food with SAME gloves, disgraceful, pitiful standard of hygiene... The fact that when the person/customer said 'cross contamination' the staff became very agitated and remarks given were NOT very helpful...... Sandwich went straight into the bin OUTSIDE the shop!

Great service as always, but the shop is small and seating very limited. There is a larger subway near Whitechapel (a short walk away). Can be extremely busy at lunchtime due to location.

No uno de los mejores y los metros que necesita a alguien que se enorgullecen de lo que hacen ya que es claramente no es el caso por el momento. No es la primera vez que hemos estado aquí, pero sin duda será la última. Siempre hay algo no funcione o no disponible. Hoy fue la leche en la máquina de bebidas que había acabado y que necesitaba una puesta a nivel tome 30 minutos! Anteriormente ha sido no botes de leche para nuestro té, pero nos dijeron que ir y vigilar algunos de la puerta siguiente o McDonalds" greggs también visitó una vez y no tenían ensaladeras? Mala gestión

Cuando llegue a Liverpool fui directo a reservar el tour de los Beatles pero en el camino me agarro hambre y entre a Subway,hice el pedido,me lo prepararon y cuando me llego el turno para pagar les di mi tarjeta y a ellos no les funcionaba,la pasaron varias veces sin éxito,cuando no anduvo me fui y la sra de la caja me dijo llévate el sandwiches le dije que no tenia dinero y me lo dio igual,al otro día volví a pagar con efectivo y no me lo quisieron aceptar,sale y les compre un chocolate y nos dimos la mano en agradecimiento!!Gracias!!!!

A pesar de que la cadena subway mantiene los mismos productos en todo el mundo, esta sucursal de Liverpool incorpora choclo (maiz) entre sus ingredientes, además de contar con otros tipos de pan que no estan disponibles en mi país. La calidad subway es siempre la misma, es buena y economica.

Got fed up with the usual sandwiches, so had freshly baked baguette with all the fillings added as you watched. So much better, for the same price.

The WORST Subway I have been to! ... I felt slightly unsure about it at first as it started by having to wait a few minutes for someone to serve me - while I was waiting, I also noticed there was bread left out of the bread storage. After having ordered a footlong sub, the bread and some of the salad tasted out of date - I ended up having throwing most of my sandwich away :(
