All served iv foil small trays sausage in a separate tray beans and tomatoes in separate cups no cutlery no napkins all food returned and refund processed

Discusting food and customer service.. Loads of food missing off the order including the lettuce on a blt.. How do you miss something off when it's in the name? Asked for them to come and pick it back up and want my money back which they agreed. Over half an hour no driver so we rang back to be told that they would drop us a fresh breakfast in the morning as they were shutting soon I told them I didn't want another breakfast tomoro I want my money back today to which they said they can give me my money back tomorrow!! Will never order from here again!!!

Came in yesterday ordered some sausage on toast waited about 45 minutes the cup of tea had what I could only assume looked like seamen floating around on the top or some sort of discharge, food came on bread instead of toast and the staff looked like they had been sniffing shabongy all night

Not all food arrived. Called restaurant straight away who said they would get it right over to us. Half hour later called again to be asked what it was that we were missing and was told that driver was out doing other deliveries... Hour later food still hadn't arrived... it is now 14:36 its closes at 14:30 and we have not been informed we are not getting our missing delivery. poor poor service.

absolute joke this place is. Dont order from here. my order was 40 minutes late so I called them and politely asked how long it would be. The girl new my address before I even had to say and then told me she was sorry it was on its way. I live about half a mile from this place if that. Yet it still managed to take another half an hour to arrive. The breakfast was cold and they only gave me half a black pudding for some reason. I can only assume the delivery driver got peckish on the way over. I wouldn’t waste your money or your day waiting for the food to arrive

They've charged me and not sent the food,I spoke to a girl after the delivery time and she said she was just making it!? Still not received food or a refund???

The food was lovely and the delivery girl was really bubbily, energetic and chatty, food delivered with a smile. Nice friendly service.

Proper vile meal coffee freezing toast soggy no fried bread with the breakfast asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes eggs were rock hard.... Chicken pasta looked dry as anything and sausage and bacon toastie really soggy

order was placed 1:45 mins ago- One colleague said the order would be out in half an hour - “yours is the next one to be delivered” Called again 40 minutes later to be told it would be “another 45 minutes” Would NEVER order again. would strongly advise no one to order from here unless you have 2 hours before you want your food. food hasn’t even came yet- not expecting much

Over 2 hours late and told another half an hour after 2 phone calls. Still no food! Why accept an order if you can't deal with it? Ridiculous.

Ordered food at 1025 delivered at 1150 in the mega breakfast there was a sausage missing. Beans were cold. Waited far to long. Wont order again. They said it was because of traffic! I live 10 mins away

Missed parts of our order, did not make an effort to try and deliver it to us as priority, or refund it back to us. Shame, as food was good. Had to raise a complaint to get it resolved.

Ofdered food at half 11, still not arrived at 2pm. Phoned up and got told it was on its way and it still never arrived. Couldnt get my money back because they hung up on JustEat when they tried to get my refund. Never ever ever again. Wish i could vote 0 stars but cant unfortunatley.

Late delivery, rang cafe and said that it was cooked at 13.10 but waiting for the driver so obviously came cold and toast was soggy when it came 45 mins late.

Gorgeous food 👌 arrived so hot and 20 mins early !! Would recommend to order from this cafe.. Thanks

disappointed, been to Parker’s a few times over the years but today was not great at all :( ordered 2 large breakfasts (supposed to get 2 eggs, 2 sausages, 2 bacon, mushrooms, black pudding, fried bread, beans & tomatoes) horrible cheap sausages used and each brekky only had 1 egg and neither had mushrooms....slightly disappointed as never had a bad brekky before today and it’s put us off ordering again :(

Ordered food at 11:44 and waited for my delivery time. After 20 minutes waiting I rang the cafe to confirm my order had been recieved and what time it would be delivered. I was told they were busy but food would be sent asap. Then I checked just eat and delivery was confirmed for 12:35. Recieved a call from just eat saying my order hasnt been confirmed and its being cancelled. I told them it had been confirmed and to check with the cafe. Waited til 12:47 still no food!!. Called cafe was told it would be 20 mins. Waited til 13:16 and called back was told the food was just leaving now. Called back again at 13:36 to be told its on its way. Absolutely disgusting treatment. Wont be using JustEat again confirmed delivery is now over by 1.5 hrs. Paid for food but cafe said they didnt receive my ticket from the JustEat machine but yet my order was confirmed and a delivery time was given. Disgusting experience from JustEat and Parkers Cafe. Never ever AGAIN!!!

They were 45 minutes late with the delivery, the food was very poor quality and the order was wrong! Even after calling them up to check on the delivery and confirming the order was correct, then it was still wrong!! It's actually the second consecutive time that all the service was poor quality! Think twice about choosing parkers cafe!

yoak was all over the bag full breakfast was everywhere and the box was squashed I ordered 2 cups of tea and never got them,then when I rang 4-5 times no one answered.

Ordered 2 large breakfasts and there was items missing from both of them. No beans, tomatoes or mushrooms.

After the order taking an hour and a half to come it was completely burnt including the mushrooms and hash browns. The beans and tomatoes were cold An we were given the wrong drinks.

Delivery was 1 hour late and the order was wrong, I understand Sunday must be a busy day for a café but the food was below standard.

This is fast becoming one of my fave for breakfast deliveries.

The food here was very nice and has been the last few times we have ordered. Although, disappointingly, of the 4 things we ordered, 3 of the items were incorrect. Hopefully this was a one off. Thanks

I placed an order for a Large Breakfast and a Bacon Toastie at 11am for collection. I was advised it would be ready to pick up at 11.20am. Great, so far so good. This was then pushed back to half an hour later - 11.50am. 50 minutes to cook 2 breakfast meals seemed rather excessive to me. If I knew it was going to be this long when initially ordering I probably would have gone elsewhere, but by this point I had already paid and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I turned up at the cafe at 11.50am to collect my order. They hadn't even started to cook it yet! It was only at this point they began. I was then waiting another 10-15 minutes in the cafe waiting for my order. Really unprofessional service. I then returned home somewhat annoyed, but looking forward to our breakfasts. Unfortunately, it was not worth the wait. The toast was severely burnt and lukewarm, and the Large Breakfast was quite average and sweaty. The only redeeming factor is that the staff are really polite. I would not return, very poor service and poor quality of food.

I ordered at 12.24 and received it at 14.10, cold soggy and disgusting. Do not order from this cafe you will be disappointed. They can’t even deliver the right drinks!

Paid for food online £23 1.20pm ordered phone call at 2.25 saying they can’t find address so explained where it was 3.20pm still no food and you are now closed so now have no food and no way of getting my money back until they open again.

The girls are rushed off there feet at the weekend as the café is very very busy , so all these reviews I'm reading about food being late at the weekend GIVE THEM A BREAK GUYS they can only work as fast as they can .

I have been eating at parkers café for a while now and I have got to say it's really improved loads. My order arrived really quick (20 mins early ) and when it arrived it was hot and tasted great , and the delivery driver was sound , really polite and friendly would recommend parkers to anyone , really improved well done !
